yes it has, hasn't it? I think by making this a global talking point, City sort of shut down any escape routes. If they fail, they will become the biggest laughing stock not onlly in England but in the world.

It 'also finished the meeting between Adriano Galliani and Bosco Leite: the Milan Channel has announced a few minutes ago. As learned from sources instead of MilanNews, the managing director Adriano Galliani now in talks with emissaries of Manchester City

Do you guys think his father tries to use religion to tempt Kaka` away ( e.g., you can get more money from City and do God's will)?

Don't want to get into religion here for sure, as I'm not judging any religion at all. i'm just worried that someone will try to manipulate his thinking.

And what's Milan stand on this? Do they REALLY want to sell, or do they decide to throw the decision ball to kaka` and test his character?

All I can say is that I hope Kaka is as intelligent as he is devoted to his religion, and that he has the strength of character to do what is more ethical, in spite of what the club and his father are saying. I really hope he will listen to the fans about all this. Galliani and Berlusconi are, after all, not Milan. The players are not Milan either. Milan is the red and black shirt, and the fans who support it.

Didn't Jesus want his followers to give their money to the poor?

My head hurts..

yes.. but don't you think "ethical" is too subjective a term, a moving target. If there are one hundred people, there will be one hundred versions of "ethical".
And if his father's "ethical" equals his son's acquiring more cash, for the benefit of God, he will convince his son to go to Manchester. And there is nothing Kaka can say. He will never go against his God. Or rather, he is unable to, because of his strictly Christian upbringing.

That is why I said that I hoped Kaka is as intelligent as he is devoted to his religion, so that he can see through his father's bull****. It is obvious that all the middle men involved in this transfer have the chance to earn incredible amounts of money on making him join Manchester City. But greed is not a Christian virtue, and I hope that Kaka understands this.

I apologise I came across too strong.
BTW That is what I am most worried. Kaka strikes me as relatively naive. If his father tells him that acquiring more money will enhance (their)world, help their church enormously, or will help build some Christian projects when he retires, it will be an irresistible argument for leaving Milan.
It is the time, you see, the time he is taking in deciding, which makes me think he is deciding something more important than his career. His chosen God could be, or must be the only thing he can not neglect. And I could be wrong, but I strongly suspect his father doesn't know the difference between right and wrong, in a normal fashion, at least.

the Ballon d'Or winner came to the window to salute the fans who were present, beating his hand on his chest and waving the Rossoneri's shirt.
