Translation:

Milan receive 120 million, maybe even 130.

Ricky gets 19 million euros a year!!!!

Plus there is a clause that allows him to rescind the contract if City do not take off as a club.

Details about the agreement: 120 Millions for Milan, 19 for Kaka'

Details about the agreement that would (again WOULD) be reached between Milan, City and Kaka': Milan would receive at least 120 Millions (some voices speak bout 130M), for Kaka', it's an annual wage of 19M.

I don't understand the end but it is about an option for Kaka' to go ...

Even gazzetta reports the same..

Praticamente mancano solo l'ok del giocatore e le firme per concludere la trattativa milionaria per portare Kaką al Manchester City.

Our only hope now is that Kaka says no...

Jim that makes perfect sense, but do you have any reports on that?

I'm asking because if the offer is 120 mil Euro then we should get at least half of the straight out. 120 mil is just too big of an offer to only get 20 mil outright. Berlu would be a fool to accept that.....and a fool, he is certainly not.

Gazzetta confirms.

The only thing missing is the "ok" for Kaka.

From the Gazzetta:

22.20 - Practically the only missing player ok and signatures in order to conclude the negotiations to bring milionaria Kaką to Manchester City. The documentation would be ready. It is learned, the Milan would have found agreement with the English club for a figure of just under 130 million euros. But to complete the task that awaits only Kaką and his father-prosecutor, the engineer Bosco Leite, reaching the final agreement with the leaders of the City with regard to both the engagement - that is between 18 -- 20 million euros per season - and the conditions, starting with the one on the rescissoria clause.

cant believe this.

To be perfectly blunt signing a contract that includes guarantees of whatever is ridiculous, both from the viewpoint of the entity offering it and also the entity signing it.

I can't help thinking that if proper provisions were made while our main investor was prime minister & we didn't waste money on over the top wages for overrated players, we might not have needed to consider their offer in the first place.
Wasn't that Zidane's transfer from Juve to Real also in installments over years? And they could get Buffon, Nedved and ?Thuram?. But again our board is not Juve's bord in that time.

Yep, they say signatures miss ... so now, Kaka' has the choice between winning with us or being paid like nobody else in Manchester City ...

So it's not over, police arrived earlier at the home of Kaka' ... we'll see if he goes or not.

I heard it was a pure cash offer. English journos were saying that was the main reason Milan wouldn't say no. hope they were right.

With a business-head, and if we were Gallini and Berlusconi, can we reject that? Straight out?

Maybe not, but can Kaka` say "NO"? YES - he could have, but he did not and allow his father to negotiate with Man City. EIther Kaka` is an idiot, or he is, idneed, not the person we used to know him.

Either way, it's a wild guess...

I'm only guessing at getting £20 million up front, but i can't see it being a huge percentage of whatever the final price will be.

Someone who knew the Sheikh was commenting on the deal a few days ago, saying how the Sheikh was a business man who knew football and money. They said it would be ridiculous to think that such a sum would be paid off all in one go or in a couple of payments and that it would definately be over many installments over many years. Which when you look at it is the most realistic outcome. I could be wrong though.

If Kaka' goes, I place the blame solely on Berlu and Galliani. There is no doubt in my mind that Kaka' wants to be in Milan; however, these two have shown that they are not willing to do the things to make the team wonderful. They did nothing with the Sheva cash (and they say they'll do nothing with this). They bring in Ronnie, and this couldn't have pleased Kaka'. They bring in Beckham for 2 months-why? They are clueless about our age of the team, our defense, our needs. Kaka' has always said that he would only leave if they wanted to sell him, and it appears they do. This is pathetic, and I fully expect either an exodus of players out of Milan, or a 'lost generation' of the team over the next few seasons until the club is sold and we can begin again.
I don't feel like this is the same Milan. I feel like Kaka' has had his feelings hurt and that he want the love and respect of the club but they are not giving it to him, instead focusing on other shinier things that only stay bright for awhile, while Kaka' burns like the sun, strongly and consistently.
I don't know if Berlu has any regrets in his life, but if he lets Kaka' go, I am sure this is one thing he will regret.

Ok, so you are just speculating. It didn't seem like that from your post.
