i think that pippo will play even if pato is ready.... pato will be just on the bench for the case if he is needed.. and i think that antonini will play in this game, 'cause ancelotti said there will be a turnover in defence...beckham won't play probably, so flamini is our only option as we have only 4 midfielders in the uefa cup team at the moment and only attacking option is seedorf dinho inzaghi... so i would say that our team is sure, except zambrotta/jankulovski 'cause we dont know on which side will antonini play....and the other question is will it be senderos-bonera or bonera-favalli, i think that kala won't play surely....
If that is the case (only Inzaghi is available), why don't we try primavera striker, at least as a substitute. Inzaghi is already old and he can't play 3 games a week. Plus this is only UEFA and we all know that we don't give full concentration in this competition.

But we know Ancelotti. Even in Coppa Italia, primavera players got almost no chance.

Primavera don't need to be registered for official squad, but for b list. They can all play.

Not weird if all other strikers are injured.

Chill on Ancelotti: We know what he is good at, what he is not good at. Why do't we actually think about how we can win the game?

My point is that this competition is only our second objective. The available striker we probably have is only Inzaghi who is 34 years old (?). He won't manage to play 3 games in a week. What I want to say is that how we can think not to lose our important player(s) anymore for Serie A.

Without Kaka our attacking department is already suffering. Only using 1 striker (Pato) and without Kaka will be hard for our team to win against other Serie A teams. We really need two strikers in Serie A especially without Kaka in the team.

So let's save the stamina of Inzaghi (because of his age) so that he can have more probability to do his job well in Serie A. A lost in UEFA means almost nothing for Milan IMO as this is really not Milan target.

Pippo rarely played lately, and even if he did, mostly he came from the bench. So I think he's fit enough to start against Bremen. Btw, what happens to Pato anyway? Is he injured or something?

Inzaghi always played in EUFA Cup as starter as long as I remember and after the UEFA Cup he stayed on the bench and if he came up to the pitch, he looked not a player like he showed in EUFA Cup and this is absolutely logic as he had to play 2 games in 3 days. If he plays tonight, he won't be able to give his 100% ability in the next Serie A games even from the bench.

About Pato, I was only reading from Carlo's interview that Pato is something like a doubt in this match. Maybe Carlo only want to rest him as he did struggle against Inter last Sunday.

But when was our last match in UEFA games? It's been a while, isn't it? And remember, against Inter, Pippo only came in the 2nd half, so I think we can safely assume that he's fit to start this time.

I read somewhere that Sheva is injured, that leaves us with just Pato and Pippo. So if Carletto wants to rest Pato, then I'll agree with that

I have still no idea about Pato. I only hope he is dong allright.

About Inzaghi, what I worry is next game in Serie A. If Pato is really out (I still assume Carlo wants to rest him), then we will only have Inzaghi as our strikers. Kaka's situation is still unclear (I read somewhere that he can play next game but I don't know the truth). So, unfit Inzaghi+doubtful Kaka will leave us Pato (assuming Pato is only resting tonight). This is not good as we will face Caliagri at home. We should put 2 strikers (especially without Kaka) to make the win chance bigger as we know that small team comes to Milan to defend at any cost!

If Kaka and Pato are fit for next game then I don't have any objection if Inzaghi plays tonight even for 90 minutes.

Its good that Antonini is not playing, he would be so tired sa he plays too much. And also that Marek is not played as LM coz that would be too different from 3dm's tratition we have developed.

Antonini-Bonera-Senderos-Zambro-

And not this ****. At least Flamini is playing. And maybe, maaaaybe, after not deciding to go after Robinho when he lost the ball on 16m, not making block for MAicon's cross on Adriano's goal, not making a run after Stanković who was his man on that play and so on...maybe the king and queen of universe, Andrea Pirlo decides to play football and helps us today to create a good result.

Anyway, forza milan! And I hope Pippo scores so he continues his battle with Raul.
