I think, Sacchi critisized both Carlo and Galliani co. We all know, the most possible one to be changed is Ancelotti. But Galliani co. should also hear such critics from a master tactician. Our team this season have no clarity. We brougt strange players with respect of the Milan's need. And I doubt this condition (our squad) will change next season (except Milan get very bad result in Serie A).

Agger-Milan appears again! I hope Milan will finally get Agger after so many news in January about Milan's interest in Agger.

So does the rumour linking Milan with Eto'o. I really admire his quality since he played for Mallorca years ago, but didn't he refuse to move to Milan last year? I remember reading somewhere that Galliani publicly showed Milan's interest in him, but he just didn't want to move to Milan. If so, then why would this rumour float again? Did he change his mind or could this be just another BS from the media?

What I know is that Eto'o costed much more money than Ronaldinho. That's why Milan turned their target to Ronaldinho. CMIIW.
Agger+Eto'o will be great (plus of course with some decent players injection). |

Eto'o, Adebayor, Hernanes all are non-EU, right? Or does Adebayor have french pass and Eto'o spanish one?
Edit : I read somewhere that there is an idea to change Pirlo with Ronaldinho (yes, R80 plays as deep playmaker). What do you think guys? Last edited by Siregar; 18-02-2009 at 06:54. |

I must say the rumours of Eto'o and Agger are very promising. It gives the impression we want to head in the right direction.
Agger's a very good defender who could be very useful for us and Eto'o has been incredible this season at Barca. Him, Kaka and Pato would be a scary attack to face. He has pace, power and a great striking sense and while isn't necessarily the big forward we need, he does provide a good alternative to what we have. My only worry is I'm still not fully convinced with Borriello being our option of the target man coming off the bench, but it may be difficult to find another player of greater quality accepting the bench. |

But that being said, why'd we want to change Pirlo ?? He keeps performing every week, and besides from the Italy game i can't remember him having a bad game. He haven't been doing as many killer balls lately, but he still keeps the tempo and keeps the play flowing. Also he seems to have grown defensively in Gattuso's absence. Eto'o is one of the best strikers today, and it seems he's not to happy with how he was treated at Barca last summer. I just can't understand why we seem so keen on Adabayor though. That guy misses so many chances it's unbelievable, he's decent i'll give him that, but he'd demand an insane amount of money, and be way more expensive than what he's worth. |

Sacchi slates AC Milan: There's so many problems
18.02.09 | tribalfootball.com Arrigo Sacchi has taken a swipe at his former club, AC Milan. Reflecting on their derby defeat to Inter, Sacchi snapped: "At Milan I have many friends, but I believe that the coaching at the Rossonera has proven to be incomplete and unfinished. "The squad is not a perfect mix, it has too many duplicates, it is not balanced and this is not tactically good. "They have so many problems that can be resolved only when the club targets their technical faults." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sacchi is a brilliant coach...there you go. I just posted the whole thing so people dont have to open the link. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- "too many duplicates" means the squad is not built with balance and that now we need to recunstruct with carefull planning. Eto'o doesnt have a place to play in Milan. Where will he play? We have Ronaldinho and Kaka', there is room for just one more forward that will constantly play. Nor Eto'o or Pato can be substitutes, its stupid to b3ench such players. Eto' has scored 100 and something goals in 120 something games for Barca. He is in perfect shape and why would Barcelona sell him? Flamini, Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Emerson - duplicates. Seedorf, Ronaldinho - duplicates. Sacchi is saying Milan needs reconstruction from tactical aspect, not just buying some players. Starting with new coach and if Galliani is no longer able to work at highest level then new GM and new associates. We are now destined to play 4-3-2-1 with Dinho and Kaka' here. And its not a problem, we have played some great football with 4-3-2-1, but the mix was better. Maldini+Cafu at flanks/FB's, fresh Seedorf as classical MC with powers that Iniesta has now in Barca. Pirlo with greater movements + Rui and KAka',which is different then Kaka'+Dinho. Milan needs different TIPES of palyers, not just new players. Those different tipes are players like: Gourcuff for CM, Aquilani, Montolivo - central midfielders with attacking caracteristics. Not Hernanes, not Cigarini ( if Pirlo is about to stay ). Milan needs TWO great fullbacks if you are to play with one CF. We have one right now, Zambrotta. And most of all, we need one more CB to pair with Thiago and a coach that will make a team play high defence with pressing and not deep defending. SAcchi is right, and finnaly someone said a normal thing. But this thing goes directly on Galliani and Ancelotti, and Berlusconi should listen to Sacchi. For the past 4 years Galliani has made few good transfers, but not more: Flamini, Zambrotta, cheep bonera was a good move, Gila with the help of Berlusconi is the end...Antonini was a good move tough we was our plaer already. Pato, Kaka', Thiago, Mattioni ( if good ) are Leonardo's players. Emerson, Ronaldo, Vieri, Amoroso, Oliveira, selling Vogel for Oliveira, selling Sheva and not replacing him, buying Ronaldinho but not predicting the mix of the squad, Senderos, keeping Dida for 4mln a year, keeping Carlo so long who destroied Oddo's, Gila's and Yoan's confidence, not replacing Nesta properly...loaning and then buying Boriello with financial minus, $HEVA back and taking non-eu spot for Thiago... I think that is enough. PUTTING CLAUSE ON YOAN! Change it and start working properly, with game in front of the money. To conclude: hire a new coach, ask him what he needs and get him that. And not like with Carlo who didnt get what he wanted, and worked wrongly what he had/has. And staying quiet all the time so Galliani can work his money around. Coach says: I need those tipes of players, Galliani buys them. If the coach fails, he gets fired. Professional behaviour. EDIT: And for those who say Gourcuff "only" plays well in French league which is not strong I will say this: Zidane came to Juve, Ribery-Bayern, Malouda-Chalsea, Abidal-Barca, Diarra-Madrid, Nasri-Arsenal, Guly-Barcelona, Trezeguet from Monaco to Juve, Mexes from Auxerre to serie a Roma as a central defender - do you need more proofs how French league does not show players quality. If some need I can continue...

This post would make sense in another universe, on another planet.
Last sentence is the ultimate childish utopia... Also, we all know who Silvio Berlusconi is. There is no coach in the world( or GM for that matter) who will tell Silvio what will he do in his own club. He wanted all those transfers that Mrki was so kind to point out for us. Mrki, sorry but you just waste space and time calling for a new coach, new system, new players... They will be tossed aside when Silvio had enough playing with them. P.S. How can you put pirlo in that group and say they are duplicates?!? He's the exact opposite of the rest of them. |

Read what Galiani said about Milan and Inter trying to sign Agger.Very funny.
"Inter know how to win a derby using their hands, so they will get Agger too because hands are necessary to sign contracts" Link: http://www.transfermarketweb.com/?ac...ad&idsel=31769 |

because for example you are consistent in bashing our poor coach. however, you are not consistent with evaluating "useless" Becks "who doesn't help the attack". You are not consistent in evaluating Pato, who at the beginning of the season "was a ruined talent, just like Gourcuff, by the source of all evil - Ancelotti"... (i know, I know, the boy must be so good that he overcame our coach's incompetence)... erm... see no point in continuing... Quote:
we had 2 Patos - Pato + Kaka... or 2 Kakas ... whichever way you want to put this Quote:
Many times the MM community embraced your spot on predictions. p.s. we won't have a Gattuso vs Beckham problem. don't ask how i know. Quote:
