Pity to see Senderos is playing poorly.

The first Pippo strike, ruled out for offside, was definately not offside...

Deserved equalizer for Werder. They've been outplaying us in the 2nd half although we've had a couple of decent chances.

Because whenever we take the lead we sit back, defend and let every team outplay us instead of trying to kill the game. It's the same thing over and over again. Coward tactics.

And a bit more defensive, as usual.
Becks for Ron
Janku for Seedorf

Well that was dissappointing, hopefully we'll try a bit more next leg.

Dida - Reasonable performance. Still universally despised I'm sure.

Bonera - Did not contribute a whole lot in attack but was defensibly stable though lost out aerially a couple of times.

Senderos - Dealt well with Almeida and Pizzaro's strength well except the goal. Good performance overall.

Favalli - Decent but unconvincing in the air against the tall Bremen players.

Zambrotta - Impressive again. Made the left flank is own. Nullified the left sided attacks and made strong runs in the first half. Easily one of our best players this season.

Flamini - Hard work, missed challenges, bad tackles and protecting the defense. Runs sometimes like a headless chicken. Typical Flamini performance though he lacks the sharpness of Gattuso.

Pirlo - Quite poor in my opinion. No notable contribution in attack and gave balls away unnecessarily. Wasn't great defensively either.

Ambrosini - Like Flamini, was decent without being brilliant. Was beaten by Diego a few times. Didn't play a role in attack today.

Seedorf - Ran today but lacked any end product. Not particularly impressive.

Ronaldinho - The past few games he's given glimpses of his old self. He was good again this time though at times has too much to do on his own. Passing and control was good. Two things that need to be done for Milan to get the best out of him,

1. He needs to move around a lot more and not restrict himself to the left flank.
2. The players around him need to run a lot more. At Barca, he had Eto'o and Guily who made constant runs. This guy can pass brilliant but there often isn't anyone to pass to.

Inzaghi - Scored one and hit the post. Couldn't have done much more.

Commentator - Referred to Flamini as Favalli a couple of times and made other noticeable errors. I'd be happy to blame Ancelotti.

Chop Chop. It's 3 am in the morning.
