If we trust what Galliani said before (that our target was Scudetto or at least we must fight until the last game of Serie A/compete with the first place till the last match), Ancelotti should have been sacked. But what you said tells everything about our management (Galliani co.).

Ancelotti: Gourcuff's Milan Career Probably Over
Yoann Gourcuff could not find much space in the starting line-up due to the presence of Kaka and Clarence Seedorf at AC Milan, but he has been in a rich vein of form since joining Girondins Bordeaux on-loan this summer.

The French international has caught the eye with some amazing performances, but Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti is unsure whether the 22-year-old will stay with the Rossoneri once his loan expires.

"The return of Gourcuff in the Milan jersey will not be easy, even if it is not impossible," Ancelotti suggested, according to tuttomercatoweb.

"Bordeaux will probably exercise their right to purchase him. It's a pity, because here he was unable to express himself well, but the problem was only psychological in nature."

Reports suggest that the Ligue 1 club have the option to purchase Gourcuff for a fee of between €13-15 million at the conclusion of his loan period. Meanwhile, German giants Bayern Munich have also been linked with a move for the former Rennes star.

If Carlo leaves Milan Yoan will come back. If not, Yoan will leave and play his great football elsewhere.

How about the psychological conditions of the players who always play, like Seedorf, Pirlo, etc....It seems some players are always under the microscope. If Yoann has a poor game, he is out the next. On the other hand, players like Seedorf can have multiple poor games, but keep on playing---no pressure.

It seems to me that everytime Gourcuff appears to be linked to coming back to Milan, Carlo makes a statement that appears to negate it or make it seem unlikely. Last time was when Gourcuff was on fire and all the papers were talking about his return, only Carlo spoke about how he didn't deserve a place in the side (arguably a fair point, but a poor comment to make). Now it's Gourcuff a week ago said he'd be up for a return to Italy and Carlo suddenly makes comments about him not likely to return.

I'm not really sure why Carlo makes such comments, I mean he doesn't have to guarantee a first team place to Yoann, just say something positive about him such as he's impressed this year in France. Nor is he in a position to comment on the whether Gourcuff will come back, he should just respond in a diplomatic fashion such as "The management will see whether Yoann returns to Milan".

Ancelotti's attitude towards Gourcuff is really irritating, as the guy never got his chance in his first season at Milan, and then clearly lost all confidence in his second and wasn't able to perform. Now he's showing his real potential, Ancelotti's indifference (even negativity) towards him isn't likely to leave us with the option to have him back simply as I can't see why he would want to return.

That really annoys me aswell. The whole world is praising the guy, the least Carlo could do was to give him some credit where it's due.

Problem solved is right. Im a Gorky fan and if he comes back and doesnt show any hope by Jan (sell/loan him).

But im suprised Carlo is saying that Gorky played individual instead of team ball?

Just a chance i ask for from the future coach.

Forget about individual or team. He never even played while at Milan! Except maybe in the last 10 min of a losing game.
