Hey, don't get me wrong, I would also rather see Agger here than Cannavaro, or Nedved or Figo for god's sake.
That's why I'm not unhappy with the Senderos transfer, because at least, they tried to bring someone younger.

We can never know how a certain player will adapt in Milan team, so it's always a bit of risk

Also, many people think that Milan is better than Liverpool, it's an opinion, everyone has a right to express one......
Agger not good enough for Liverpool, yet again, good enough for Milan...hmmmmmm
Who's saying he isn't good enough for Liverpool? It's more a question of:
1) Agger getting injured and struggling to recover and other players, Skrtel and even Hyypia, doing well in his absence.
2) to a lesser extent a difference in styles: Skrtel is a classic EPL defender, tough and relying mostly on his physique (like Terry), whereas Agger is a more "cultured" player, better suited to a more intelligent league with his technical skills.

If Agger's price is only about 8 million (€ or £), it's a steal - but the major concern is the players fitness: he's been getting injured a lot over the last two years. And another injury prone player (esp. a CB) is really the last thing we need.

EDIT: Oh, I didn't see Christian's reply...

NExt year it will be a circus that Milan fans have never seen...

Maybe we can sell Dinho and Gourcuff and actually make the profit on mercato and now spend a penny on players a big club as Milan needs! Shamefull!

We here talk about Clichy, Hernanes, Eto'o and Gourcuff, Santacroce... palyers everyone in the world sees Milan needs to go for... and Berlusconi wants to "pay" for free Cannavaro, Oddo, sell Yoan... Fine do it. Then Curva can cancel year seats and you can sell the club you greedy *****.

Club is here for the fans, not for 3 people.

Benitez follows 4000 players with his scouts, we need to bring 35 year old Juventini to play for us coz they are famous... and we have like 5 scouts or something.

Mah...circus.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, remember Im telling it you NOW: 2010 england is a world champion 95%. I've now seen what Cappello can do from players like Johnson, C.Cole, relive Heskey etc. The way they move and the power this team now has once it is under brilliant coach... at this omment Brasil is laughable, Argantina lacks phisical presence, Italy is not the old Italy from Germany 2006, Domenech is bigger joke then Carlo and only capable thread is Spain. And of course, Germany who can by some miracle play in the final no matter how average their team is.

bit off topic. You know that for me Cappello is a god so I follow his clubs/NT's always

You love hyperbole--I get it. But exactly how are Brazil laughable?

Guys, we NEED Cannavaro if he is free. He would be a great addition. Obviously I would love Santacroce also, but that seems unlikely at the moment. Canna is fit, quick and is stays injury free most of the time. He is one oldie we should buy.

^^ Did you see Brazil - Ecuador? That was the most horrible match I've ever seen Brazil play in my life. No structure, no playmaking, horrible defense. Ecuador completely destroyed them...only some J.C heroics saved them in that match.

Apparently they played at 1km heigth, and as far as I know Ecuador always does good on their own grass, largely because of this factor. It's not fair to judge Brazil based on that match.

No, but I did see Brazil-Italy. Regardless, most South Americans teams have trouble playing at Quito because of the altitude.

Either way, Brazil are hardly a joke.

I give the green light to Cannavaro.

(People need to keep in mind that we have already used one of our Non-EU spots for next summer - Thiago Silva. The only way we use another one is by releasing one of our Non-EU players in the squad. Could be Sheva, Viudez, Dida)

The problem is not whether Cannavaro can still play because he just might be one of the best 35 year old players ever played the game. The problem is that by signing him, we won't be going after another young defender, as our management has demonstrated to us over the course of the last six years. If we are signing Thiago Silva, Cannavaro and then another young player, then Cannavaro is mroe than welcomed. If, however, Cannavaro's signing means we are not signing that other young defender, then to hell with Cannavaro.

Cannavaro should go back to Napoli and play with his brother - then maybe we can have Santacroce?

Galliani, I command you, make it happen!

What the management really needs to do is sort out all the transfers before pre-season training.Using official league games to organize our team cost us points.

It was more than 3km height...It“s horrible just to walk on the streets at that height...so, you can imagine to play football.

Said that, we put 5 goal on the same team in Brazil. As you said, It“not fair to judge Brazil for that match. As it“was unfair to say that Brazil will be the next champion after the game against Italy in London.

But one thing is sure, with Dunga as coach, and his love with ex-players like Gilberto Silva, Josué, Ronaldinho Gaścho, Adriano...We will need some magic to win.

Well, let's hope we spend on what we need, and not pull the usual trick of picking up an unneeded player on a free.

Dunga has maybe a problem to choose his players ... I won't be clear I think with my explanation , but he has a bunch of very good players and great players (not all in great form anyway), which is maybe something that the previous Brazil coaches didn't have at their disposal, anyway, not that much.

And it's there I think that you're true about Dunga (if we read between the lines, I think we can easily say you don't think he is the right man for the Brazilian NT): with all these great players, the best coaches could probably build the best team of all times or at least an amazing team ... but Dunga doesn't seem to be able to do it, unfortunately for Brazil and football fans, fortunately for other national teams.

He is lucky to have all these great players but he doesn't know how to use them, and he is unlucky as he doesn't have the extra-player, you see, Ronaldo when he was the best, Ronaldinho when he was the best, etc ... the guy who can make you win a game alone, and I think Dunga is only an average coach who needed that extra-player to build his team around him.

We CANNOT get a new spot by realising a player who has a non-EU passport.

We have a maximum of two, and that's it.

I think Agger would be decent but if Silva likes to carry the ball out of def then we need a stay at home def, and that's not Agger.

Zapata is my 1st choice, then Santacroce. No more old has-been slike Cannavaro.

Just now we're going to have another summer of failure and excuses, so doesn't really matter what we want.

You're wrong. It is two spots - one of them is a normal non-eu spot that anyone can have. The second one can only be taken if a non-eu player from the team is sold, loaned out, or contract has expired (not sure about the loan part, but I am about everything else).
