Summer mercato 2009

Actually, this mercato could be quiet weird as our dreams could be shared with our nightmares ...

Gourcuff back, a new striker and new defenders is what we all want, but Gourcuff + a striker probably means a change in our way to play as we will have 4 strikers this time (if no injury). It would be a great mercato if we stop there.
The problem is that I think if that happens, we will also see some of our favourite players leaving and especially Kaka' ... which is something we all try not to believe it is possible.

Adebayor is such an over-rated player that we should have never even looked at. If we are in for a striker like that, I believe Dzeko would cost much less, and is younger, and has dribble, vision, has performed in big games more than Adebayor, has alot of assists. Dzeko seems like a very good package. Above that, he's a Milanista. I wish we don't sign Adebayor, he will be another Senderos, an utter waste.

I really think we should first look for a new coach and then decide for what players should we be getting or not. The new coach would perhaps want Seedorf/Pirlo/R80 out of here and will want to start his own new era. Whatever scenario we will take, we must start off by looking for a new coach. Maybe Van Basten's meeting with the staff earlier in the week was more about the players that he wanted and what he wanted to do with the team? Cause I believe Galliani and Braida were both present.

No, they don't forget since there is zero possibility that Kaka moves from Milan.

When I read about how Chelsea is luring Carlo by also giving a contract to Seedorf, I thought I was dreaming. If that is true, GOD BLESS THE BLUES. As I have no idea how Carlo can play Seedorf ahead of Essien, Ballack, Lampard, Joe Cole, Mikel and Malouda.

U ll be sursprised how will carlo integrate seedorf there.

Those that u mentioned are all midfilders or defensive midfilders...did u forget that Seedorf can be a forward too!!!!!!???? and with reports that Drogba is leaving the purchase of Seedorfs seems just the right thing to do, whad did u think that anelka will get the nod before Seedorf....

I forgot Seedorf can also play as forward. It will be the end of us when such a talented and beloved player leave Milan. I mean without him, we are only a quick, fast and mobile team who plays with speed and beat teams by at least 2-3 goals. Now we must hope guys like Gourcuff-French Int'l-next ZZ, and Ronaldinho-only two times GoldenBallers will hopefully pick up his slack and performs better than him.

I will be bursting with tears when he leaves us.

Our club's management will be official liars and frauds (as if any proof was needed). Kaka's sale will make Real stronger, much stronger. Essentially, we would be strengthening a European rival, whom we hope to surpass in the CL trophy count. Berlusconi does not want to invest in this club anymore--that much is patently obvious. However, the least he can do is have the decency (perhaps hard to muster for a man who fills main political offices with the most qualified racks) to sell. As each day goes by, I fear Kaka' will be sold. Not because of AS and Marca; rather because of the lack of conviction on part of our management. With Perez coming back, cash hard to come by, and the team quivering of old age, we need money to buy players. What better way to do that than that sell our talisman for 70 million euros. With that money we can buy a petulant Mexes and an overrated choker like Adebayor. Meanwhile, Nesta's back will continue to creak, and players of Favlli's caliber will marshal our impregnable backline.

What do you mean?? Every single time AS or Marca came with a story claiming this and that about Kaka, Milan have issued statements denying it just about every time. It's not that many days ago Galliani said we wouldn't sell Kaka because the fans would crusify him.

I read the story on goal.com about Berlusconi saying he could sell Kaka. The source is some newspaper, who at some state dinner apparently overheard Berlusconi discussing Kaka's future at Milan... Come on, it's extremely vague. If it was a direct quote from an interview or something like that, then we should be worried.

Well, for example, it took Galliani and Berlusconi a few days to deny that Berlusconi had said that losing the Scudetto was Ancelott's fault. Even then the denial was tepid.

When asked if Kaka' would leave, Berlusconi said, "I hope he stays." In January, we proved ourselves to be willing to listen to the right offer, which will doubtless embolden Real Madrid to make advances.

when milan has such a cronic problem with the defence buying a 30 million striker isn't the best way to solve milan problems. Adebayor, benzema, villa, eto etc are all very good players but i cant think of one reason why milan need these players. Surely milan would benefit more in the long term by buying 2 cbs and a 20 million euro striker like dzeko or acquafresca. In any case i cant see how adebayor could help beat a inter team next season that could compose of motta, milito, melo and acquafresca. best way to tackle inter next year is to toughen up the defence with mexes santacrose and pasini. get gourcuff, abate back and add dzeko, paloshci, p aubameyang in the attack.
