Well, we don't know if Kaka himself wants to go or it's the wish of Berlusconi (management) to sell Kaka. In addition Ronaldinho is the beloved player of Berlusconi (no need to discuss).

About Leonardo, what he can do is only accepting what Berlusconi does with Kaka's selling since this is really not the area of the coach (this is really a special case, just like Sheva saga). But for other possible transfer (players coming in or moving out from Milan), Leonardo should have influence.

Indeed Siregar....my assumption is that Kaka doesnt want to leave...those are the last things we have from him, apart from his mysterious "I will speak when its the right time" quote.

Now if he does, and its because he wants a revised contract, ie higher wages, then he can leave. Hes already one of, if not the highest paid player in the world...so if this is about a wage increase, then I have no problem with us selling.

Take it easy boys, Kaka's staying! Enough about him. So we can't get both Dzeko and Hernanes, it has to be one or the other? hmmmm, I would have liked to get both. Doesn't one of them have an EU-passport somewhere? If I were to chose between one of them.....I think ... i will say..... Hernanes. Our midfield is the one that needs a creative player right now, our strikers arent great either but they are better than the midfield. I think we should also get Rossi as a striker, he always wanted to join Milan (he's a fan too).
That's not what Maltese Charlie is saying, I think.

The elections end today at 10 pm local time. If Berlusconi were to come out and clearly say "Kaka' is leaving" it could have an impact on the elections. So, when Maltese Charlie says, "it was all planned," he means that Berlu knows Kaka' is leaving. I think that's what Maltese charlie is saying.

Also, as someone who follows Italian politics, I can assure you Berlusconi was not in need of a boost. He was leading comfortably in polls. If anything this whole Kaka' saga, alongside debauchery at that villa, his alleged affair with a minor and marital meltdown, has hurt Berlu's image.

So, now the question is, why would Berlu want this done the week of elections? That is the only thing that perplexes me still. Why not wait, and minimize the political risk? The only answer that comes to mind is that Berlusconi is senile and is losing the plot. It is a dismaying thought, but one that needs to be discussed. Has Berlusconi lost his marbles? It appears that he still has his stones. Just ask his mistresses. But has he lost his marbles?

More than anything, our team needs a big, strong forward capable of holding up the ball and acting as a reference. Adebayor sounds great, but he's not worth the price. Toni is old. Borriello is unreliable. I'm intrigued by the news of Dzeko. He's done some amazing things last season, and would seem to be the perfect partner for Pato. He's tall, fast and lethal, but he also made lots of assists for a forward. Having Beckham or Pirlo play it long and aim for his head while Pato (or Kaka) make darting runs behind him is a weapon that Milan sorely need. Inzaghi cannot do this. Gilardino barely could. Also, Dzeko is only 23, yet he was voted Bundesliga player of the year and won his team the league.

The only negative thing I can see is, of course, the fact that he has no EU passport. This would mean no other non-EU signings (Thiago Silva+Dzeko). Still, I think we need him FAR more than Hernanes right now, especially if Seedorf stays. I'm glad Galliani seems to be making the right moves.

-------------------Dida (I still have faith in him)

Flamini----Nesta---Thiago Silva---Zambro
---------Gattuso--Pirlo---Seedorf(Ambro)
------------------Kaka(R80)
----------Dzeko (Borri)---Pato

Now lets hope for a miracle tomorrow and Kaka stays. If he doesn't, i'd be willing to gamble on Ronaldinho.

Yes, so I do, Warro. If it is Kaka's wish to leave, then why should we keep him. But he always says that as long as Milan aim for thropies (with building a strong team), he will stay with Milan. So, this is really confusing especially for me. That's why I don't get into this problem with my emotion as Milan fan so much.
And yes, he earns really big.

Regarding the use of Ronaldinho, if Kaka really has to leave (from his wish or Berlusconi's wish), then Leo can't do anything. What he can do is trying to convince Ronaldinho to train hard and concentrated like he did to Pato and I hope that can work but I still have doubt if Ronaldinho will train hard to gain his best performance since he seems really having problem with motivation (to regain his best performance by training hard).

Its a bit strange to me that most of you think that one big Cf can change our game completely or at least in a great way. Big forvard is not necessary, quality forward is a key. I'd choose Eto'o in front of everyone.

Eto'o has spanish passport and is able to cover a lot ofspace while playing.

Second thing: im 500% sure Ronaldinho CANT play as a central AM. And if we play Pato-----Dinho that is completely misplaced Pato playing out too wide.
CF

More, we will have midfield of: Pirlo, Ambro, Rino, Flamini, See, Dinho, Abate. This midfield lacks quality CM that can play up and down and one good and fast am ( Dinho can move with fast tempo he showed it milion itmes in past 2 years ).

If we are ready to change our formation we need a player like Fabregas and one MOVABLE CF that covers a lot of ground.

Dzeko means no more non eu players, we must choose carefully. That means no Hernanes. Also, Dzeko will cost 20mln, Milan will buy one more CB for 20 and one fullback MAYBE for 7,8 and we have "invested". That will be completely horrible to see.

I expect 80 mln investment, the oney we gained from Yoan+Kaka', not less! Not a euro less.

Hmm maybe he wants to turn the attention away from his orgy scandal and that's why he's inventing a story that Kaka will be sold, who knows.
But, if he was doing this to get more votes, he would have come out a day earlier and say that Kaka won't leave, since the elections end today but he didn't do that, so it's something else.

Berlusconi has the election pretty much wrapped up:

In Italy, Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's centre-right coalition finished ahead of the socialist opposition, with between 39% and 43% of the vote, exit polls suggested.

Well this is what Galliani said a couple of days ago:

In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport published today, AC Milan GM Adriano Galliani said : "If Kaka will leave, it will be only due to money. We cannot afford to ignore lucrative offers anymore. With 70 millions or more, we might sell Kaka. I am aware of how AC Milan fans may feel if Kaka would leave, but feelings are separate from business. I also know that Kaka is very attached to the club and to our fans, but even an affectionate and loyal player like him has to deal with business and should think about the financial aspect of football. Anyway, we are not going to sell all of our stars. Kaka could leave, but our other key players are not for sale. We still have Ronaldinho, who can play in Kaka's position. Moreover, I can say that I am in the process of signing a top forward and you will soon find out who he is".

In the meantime, AC Milan boss Silvio Berlusconi said on TV station Canale Italia : "All offers for Kaka from other clubs will be considered, but I have told Galliani and Kaka to wait before making a final decision. I will talk to them in person on Monday. What I can say now is that the final decision must be made by Kaka. That's what happened a few years ago with Andrei Shevchenko. When we received Chelsea's staggering offer, I told him to make the final decision".

Now apparently he's trying to sign a CF, and if what has been said here about Galliani being in Sarajevo is true, then I'm absolutly postitive that the CF is Dzeko.

With reports that Fly Emirates will pour money into Milan, and Berlu's political party way ahead in polls, why haven't we considered a rather obvious factor in this situation?

Berlu is a businessman, one of his major sources of income is the media.

How does he generate increased viewers of his media? By creating something for the world to watch. What would that be? Reports of Kaka leaving, if they are just reports, and the club quashes them, then there is no buzz, no internet clicks, no tvs turned on, no newspapers bought. Don't you see?

I think Kaka not speaking about this is because since he has a man of high-morals, he probably doesn't like the idea of being misleading. He said so in his last comment on his proposed transfer.

So, if Berlu doesn't have to worry about his image (because he's won his election), the money, or any other factors, the only one that I can think of, that makes any sense, is that his media outlets need more people looking because profits are down. Which would make sense, especially since newspapers across the world are falling behind in profits, it just seems that he's attempting to garner attention to his publications and media, while also setting a screen for the intended transfers targets of Milan.

If Kaka is sold, then Berlu played the whole thing poorly, but if Kaka isn't sold, that frankly Berlu did quite well to milk the issue to its fullest.

Fullest? We keep over rating businessmen even when the whole business system has collapsed. A week's worth of higher ratings is considered genius? not that we have any proof that that's the case at all. Maybe even on the whole this is more negative than positive (if he stays, nevermind if he leaves).
Let's say he creates excitement by coming on tv tomorrow and says 'Kaka resta...' so? he was already a player under contract...

Milan is one of the most prestigious names in world sport, no more games using the name.

Eto'o has spanish passport,is not hard to get,but yet he asks for 10 m euros a year, its impossible for him drop 4 m euros for Galliani while Dzeko is the best option for Milan, theres a problem for us,if we sign him we wont be able to sign Hernanes.unfortunately, both would be so important for us.

i dont expect anything from this midfield,Gattuso-Pirlo-Ambrosini and Dinho.static, slow, soft midfield,we at most can be 3rd with them.im very optimistic about them.at least we should add Hernanes to him.

is it to hard to have a mercato like this,Marchetti,CB,Maxwell,Hernanes(or Cigarini),Sneijder,Guiseppe Rossi,Dzeko.

are we dreaming about next season?we will stay with like we were in midfield?Static, slow, predictable, soft midfield, now we'll add Ronaldinho to them now.now its Toni's or Trez round or Forlan.Galliani style of signings.

Iniesta has a turn of pace and dribbling ability that Cesc and Xavi lack,we have any iniesta in midfield?Seedorf was,yet he passed his best,we didnt replace him yet.he is still the best according to Galliani.i know.for 4-3-1-2,a player like him is too important.

Marchetti

Zambrotta CB/Nesta Thiago Silva Maxwell(Jankulovski,Kaladze will be sold)

Gattuso/Flamini Hernanes(or Cigarini) Sneijder(Ambrosini will be sold,Pirlo and Seedorf will be sold)

Guiseppe Rossi(Kaka will be sold)

Dzeko Pato(inzaghi will be sold or let him go)

Spend Kaka's 68.5 m euros for these signings,Real is willing to give Sneijder)and with Gourcuff's,Pirlo's sale, solve your debts problem)then everything is solved.

but what Galliani will do,he will sign Getafe player and Forlan.same midfield will continue,we'll have 30 players,25 of them are finished and old,4-5 of them are young and at their prime.he will pay ridicolous amounts of wages to old and finised playera and we will have to sell Pato next season to close the debts.

If you don't see that then, frankly, you know very little about football. Having the right player in your team is far more important than having the best player.
