i wouldnt say he is crap, but i think he does play alot better for his national team, than he does for Milan.

if we were to sell him,i wouldnt really be opposed to it.

i know i havent been here for awhile, so i am not sure if this was discussed earlier, but what are you guys opinion on Hamsik of napoli.

now idk how legit this is, but i would be open to selling him to them if it involves a hamisk swap.
http://goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-...simo-ambrosini

So i would go all out 15-25mil + ambro for Santacroce and Hamsik.

Adriano Galliani: We Are Building A Young And Fresh New Look AC Milan
The Milan chief gave insight into the Rossoneri future plans as they look to put the Kaka saga behind them…
14 Jun 2009 12:09:03

Speaking shortly after Milan announced their signing of Aly Cissokho from Porto, the Rossoneri general administrator Adriano Galliani was undoubtedly optimistic for the future as Milan look to build in a new post-Kaka era.

Speaking to Ansa, Galliani looked to outline the Rossoneri’s plans for the near future as they look to take a new approach from seasons past. “We are trying to build a fresh, young, new look Milan side that will leave us with a balanced budget sheet at the end of the season," he said.

“After having already added Thiago Silva to the squad who is still 24, and now Cissokho, it seems quite clear that we have addressed a specific matter that will enable us to compete with the best clubs in Europe.”

To be honest, I am not trying to be harsh and all, but just by having T. Silva and Cissokho won't put us with Man U, Barcelona, Inter and even Chelsea or Real.

What bothers me is how one signing done by the MGT and most fans already forgot how bad Milan were the past two seasons, or the fact that the deadweights are still around, or the 50/50 chance on Dinho being his best, or the departure of Gourcuff and Kaka, and most of all, when Galli specificly mentioned T.Silva with Cissokho, it pretty much means, the MGT is done with the defense.

Ofcourse I hope I am wrong and that Galli and Briada are working on Zapata and Santacroce.

Yes, Dzeko, a experienced defender and finally a young goalkeeper is all that I want now. We still need another fullback to hole up the defence, and am concerned that we haven't begun to make a proper move for one just yet...

last season, i think the only reason we did not win the scudetto was due to injury.

That is rather optimistic. Inter had prolems down back as well, but had the depth and consistency to battle through. The margin between us and the winners was a bit too much to say it was all down to injury. Of course, injuries didn't help us, and probably barred us from getting second spot.

Soccer must be popular in Jamaica. Probably not as much as cricket I presume...

Maldini already did turn down one Milan offer as a youth coach, despite the fact that he'd probably get to work with his son in this role.

There are grumblings that he was upset with the Milan fans and how they treated him, especially on his final game, and Galliani for not publicly standing up for him.

I hope he returns to Milan in any capacity that he agrees to. He's a stand up guy and a Milan legend. Many players could learn from him, so I hope that you're correct.

keep in mind Nesta, Kaka, Pirlo, Gattuso, Dida, Bonera, Boriello, Kaladze, abbiati, R80, Janku, Sanderos, (i think Ambro) were all out at some point in time. all these players except sanderos and dida, and maybe bonera could have easliy been placed in our 11 man team. Also that could have even been our starting 11 for afew games (except the 2 keepers).

As i have said before, even in a player mentoring role he would be fantastic. His auro and experience could inspire players to improve and play like the legend himself!
