Apparently it's just the Sun that doesn't know how to translate. Here's what he originally said according to milannews.it.

And the google translation (better than the translator at the Sun! )

In an interview with Sun, the striker Alexandre Pato of Milan, having sworn that you want to remain at Milan for life, seems to have made a step backwards. Here's what the duck said to the Sun: "Ancelotti is very important to me. E 'stato lui a wish and make me grow as a player. I have a contract with Milan, but I would be very concerned if I was calling to Chelsea."
Certainly after the episode Pirlo-Irish Independent, the credibility of British tabloids is still what it is ...

I Am Looking For Another Club For Roman Pavlyuchenko – Agent
The Russian is eager to end his nightmare spell at White Hart Lane and has instructed his agent to find him another club...
20 Jun 2009 09:17:40

Roman Pavlyuchenko’s difficult spell at Tottenham Hotspur is set to draw to a close this summer as his agent has declared that he is currently searching for a new club for his client.

At 27-years-old, Pavlyuchenko should be in the prime of his career. He achieved what he thought would be a dream move from Spartak Moscow to Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

The Russian international has since become disillusioned with his situation at Spurs, where he has struggled to find a regular first team place. It now appears that the Russian international is ready to move on to find a club that appreciate his talents more, instructing his agent to find him another side.

"I am busy with the search for a new club for Roman," Oleg Artemov, the player's agent, admitted to The Daily Mirror.

"Earlier this week I received a phone call from the Stuttgart manager [Markus Babbel], who officially confirmed their interest in Pavlyuchenko."

Roma are also interested in signing Pavlyuchenko as Mirko Vucinic could to leave the Stadio Olimpico.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is unwilling to take a loss on a player who he paid around £14 million for last year.

"I talked to Daniel Levy,” Artemov confirmed. “He told me that he doesn't think that Roman has become cheaper now. Forwards are always in short supply in football and their value shouldn't drop, even in the credit crunch times."

Perhaps a second-choice if Dzeko deal fails?....

I think that Russians only look good in their National team because of Hiddink.
But all and all, they're not WC individuals

...unless Berlu plans to buy the entire Russian National team and employ Hiddink as a manager

Come on guys, we're being picked on simply because of stupid moves in the market made by our management, its simple as that. The English papers all hate us, simply because they think we're a $hit league. They can't say much about the Spanish league because they're current Champions League holders and European Champions. I do remember that aside from the Spanish papers, no one was talking crap about us when we won the World Cup and the Champions League within 12 months of each other.

Seriously people, they're just picking on the weakest victim and hiding behind their "I'm a newspaper, you can't sue me" attitude. Stuff like this would never be tolerated in the US because the rich people would sue them for slander. Not so for old-fashion Europe. where institutions are trying to maintain a good relationship with the press.

Truth be told, for all we know Pato could have been asked "Would you consider Chelsea IF THEY CALLED YOU AND YOUR CLUB LET YOU LEAVE?"
He answers something like "Its nice to know I'm liked by other clubs (or rather by individual journalists)"
Then crap like this gets published. It's not hard.

I'd seriously issue a statement to sue some of these English papers, but they probably hide behind the fact that they report only part of the truth to protect their sensationalist reports.

Well said. I don't buy BS from English media anymore.

We need wingmen I guess, if Leo will push ahead with his tactical system. Most likely, Berlusconi will be cheap, forcing Leo to play the wrong players in the worng positions, or give the coach no choice but to play a formation he does not prefer.
Still, the near capture of Cissoko was a good sign for the club's future intentions, and I hope he is not the last of some young talented players we will chase this Summer (Winter in my country.).

Who is this player? Is he the striker that Inter is chasing, or someone else?

He's been compared to ibra..he's very skillful and plays as a wide forward...he lately had a foot injury so he wont be playing immediately but he sure is a good prospect..Yes he's wanted by inter..

If we could get arnautovic and eden hazard as young subs for ronnie and pato then we are moving in the right direction...

Despite being a disgraced man, Mogi's comments reflected what most of us fans on this forum think of Milan currently:

Milan's Situation Is Unreal - Luciano Moggi
The disgraced Calciopoli mastermind has given his views on Milan following a number of massive changes at the club...
20 Jun 2009 10:05:15

Former Juventus director Luciano Moggi has returned to talk about Calcio, and he feels Milan have plenty of issues to deal with, claiming it will take a lot of work for them to get back to the pinnacle of football.

A storm of criticism has been hanging over the Rossoneri ever since they sold Kaka to Real Madrid. Rumours followed, with tales of how Andrea Pirlo, Gennaro Gattuso and Alexandre Pato wanted to leave. Moggi believes vice president Adriano Galliani needs to bring out his wallet and work hard to make the club great again.

"The situation seems unreal at Milan. Gattuso says he likes Chelsea, Pirlo also. It looks like everyone wants to escape," Moggi wrote in his column for Libero as reported by Milannews.it.

"Galliani doesn't say much about Milan. He speaks about a young and strong team but it seems like a contradiction.

"From being the strongest club in the world, they face a real risk and it will take time to rebuild their status."

A number of players have been linked with exits, but Galliani did say on Thursday that the club's key men are 99.9 per cent likely to stay. He also confirmed his intention to bring in Edin Dzeko from Wolfsburg as he looks to strengthen the squad.
Goal.com

What Galliani needs to do is sign a few young players VERY soon, as to make a serious statement to anyone pondering a departure: "Milan is serious, and a club to challenge for the trophies in the near and further future."

To hijack any player off Inter would be sweet. I think Dzeko is more similar to Ibra than this player. Now i know who you are talking about. He is in a similar situation to Cissoko wiht this injury. If he was injury-free Inter would have already snapped him up, so lets remain calm! It seems our arch-rivals will get him eventually, but Milan be on stand-by just in case....

Guys, this may seem a bit obvious, but Milan better get Dzeko soon to level the playing field. Diego was the one that did the serious damage to Milan last season in the UEFA cup, and now he is with Juventus. Maybe nothing to worry about, but we sold Kaka! We need another star to level the playing field; a man that can change the outcome of the game all by himself. That man is Edin Dzeko.

Inter are pondering for a loan deal with a buyback option...We need him more than inter..Cuz we dont have replacements for dinho and pato to play wide in the new system Leo has for the team..I hope Galliani remembers how inter hijacked ibra's deal from us and i hope he offers them the same treatment...

Since the negotiations are so tense due to this player's injury, Milan can't go in demanding a cheaper transfer fee, or they will sell to Inter instead. We must offer the superior terms and catch our rivals by surprise, just like they did for Ibra. Revenge is sweet, but we have done little to avenge such a massive loss following the Serie A scandal.
