Well it seems we ll get fabiano eventually,as they have once again lowered his price, and i think he is a player that can totally suit us(more than huntlaar for sure, and maybe more than dzeko)..he is a player that has the right mentality and the right style to play as our top fw,and i feel we re getting him at about 16mil(14 we give,18 they want till now) wich is a gr8 deal imo..and that means we ll have at about 65mil left to buy others not counting the wages, that means we have even more..(see brk im not always that pessimistic)

ps i dont think we re going to sell pirlo,to be honest i dont think we re selling anyone else..i dont belive they intend to destroy us as a club..

Marchetti would be a great start for next season,i am going to keep a close eye on his performances.
What Marchetti news? I gave up on him ages ago, after Cagliari's ridiculous demands and EPl interest.....

What do you guys think? Better than Fabiano, no?
I was just going to bring that up. I keep seeing the Eto'o name being tossed in teh same sentence as Milan. Maybe something is happening behind doors? maybe? hopefully?

No, of course not, but Berlu either wants to make cash out of us, or leave us to auto-finance ourselves. Obviously, that's not the way for a president of a top club to operate....

There was a report about Milan agreeing a deal with Cagliari to bring Marchetti next season to San Siro for 8 Million,he would stay this season at Cagliari to gain more experience.

Now there are again reports stating Cagliari is looking at a new goalie to replace Marchetti.

Marchetti is apparently secured for us in 2010/2011, when Dida and Kalac's contracts expire.

I don't think Fabiano is another Olivera, but i'm not 100% yet about him being the right choice. He would be great in the big games, but I don't know how he will respond to small teams, which has been our Achilles heel for so long now. Maybe Borri and Zigoni can be of use against them, and we'd have a striker and formation for every kind of opposition...

I think he'll be good to go. On GolTV they always have Barca Classics on, I just pray that we can see the quick Dinho sprinting up and down that field this year. With Kaka gone, I think Dinho knows his role and he knows the team is resting on him.

That is great! Natural heir to Abbiatti, and beating away competition from the likes of Madrid. Inter won't be after him bcs they have Viviano.

8million is a bargain, but after all, it's just rumours. Cagliari must be kicking themsleves if they let him go that early!

And Mrki,i now Milan will be saving allot of money if they sell Pirlo, but how come D'Agostino isnt worthy to takeover,it isnt a coincedence that teams like Juve and Real are chasing him,he is good enough to takeover from Pirlo....Pirlo will only bring up 20 million, players like Fabregas are a utopia you know that.

But still i was just calling some names, who knows it could well be that Hernanes is his replacement.
Sacchi said today on La Gazzetta dello Sport that Juventus made a mistake by signing Melo. It was D'Agostino the player that really needed.

This made me thinking......could it be Huntelaar?
Of course, we need to have a midfield that can create a chance as well.

I wonder if Borri's inaccuracy in front of goal was attributed to his break-up with girlfriend? Hopefully, he can be more clinical.....
Not sure if the likes of Berreta and Zigoni will get a chance just yet. Anyone post some pictures of the two please......!

Eto'o is not good for us in any way! Over-priced (which is why these rumours will be false)/ Cocky and over flamboyant for a team player/ Wages too high (which is also why these rumours are false)

And yes, he is far from clinical.....

Absoloute last choice for me, but Milan would struggle to obtain him anyway. Inter would be chasing him as a potential replacemnt for Crespo and Adriano....

Spanish and Italian press reports claim the Merengues have turned to the Italy international after failing to land De Rossi and Alonso.
10 Jul 2009 11:43:59

A door closes, a gate opens. After his dream move to Juventus collapsed, Udinese midfielder Gaetano D’Agostino could ‘console’ himself with a switch to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

According to Marca, the Merengues are set to continue their stellar transfer campaign with the signing of the 27-year-old.

President Florentino Perez has reportedly turned to the Palermo native after Roma and Liverpool refused to enter into negotiations for their respective prized assets, Daniele De Rossi and Xabi Alonso.

The Spanish daily claims Real are set to sound out the Friulans over the availability of D’Agostino and an agreement could be reached over the next few hours.

This report has been supported by the reliable Italian media platform Sky Sport Italia, who claim that negotiations between Madrid and Udinese are set to start.

D’Agostino was a major target for Serie A giants Juventus until last week and he had stressed his desire to leave the Friuli for the club he supported as a child.

But the Old Lady failed to reach an agreement with the Zebrette, who valued the ex-Roma man at €20 million, and eventually swooped for Fiorentina and Brazil ace Felipe Melo.

Vince Masiello, Goal.com

Good news. Considering that half of these new Madrid stars will play well, many of these players will be again for sale by season end. Juve miss out!
That's great! I can't stand top-class italian players playing outside of serie A. D'Agostino would be a great addition to our side. A replacement for either ambro/seedorf etc.

Peter Crouch May Leave Portsmouth - Agent
The England forward could be on his way out of Pompey soon it seems...
10 Jul 2009 13:11:12

Peter Crouch's agent has revealed the striker could quit Fratton Park this summer.

The Sunderland target has been linked with a move away from Portsmouth after becoming unsettled over the on-off takeover of the club.

Crouch's agent, Jonathan Barnett, believes that the financial problems at the south coast club mean that anyone could leave this summer.

"I think Portsmouth have financial problems. I think every player is available. You would have to speak to Portsmouth to see if they are willing to sell Peter," Barnett told The Sunderland Evening Chronicle.

Sunderland have reportedly offered £11 million for the former Liverpool man but speculation links several other clubs including Tottenham, Fulham and Italian giants AC Milan.

Barnett confirmed that Crouch is happy at Portsmouth but refused to rule out the possibility of a move.

"We haven’t heard anything from Milan or anyone at this stage. He is happy, but if there are circumstances where he has to move, that is football," he added.

David Kifford, Goal.com

Keep away Galliani! I know it may be a temptation for the big fat wallet of yours, but if this is your attacking replacemnt for Kaka, I will burn your mansion down!
