I have a really good feeling that Dzeko will arrive next summer since they built a clause into his extension with Wolfsburg that allows him to leave for Milan for 20 million euros next year. I'd love to have Fabiano, but if Borriello and Pippo can stay healthy Milan would be fine this year even without him. And there are other good forwards who would be available to add to the rotation while waiting for Dzeko next year.

Haha. It's an old American colloquial saying. I'm sure it made more sense 200 years ago when people butchered the turkeys and cleaned the crap out of them themselves.

Guys its not based on the club offering...its based on which club Fabiano wants to play for and its Milan...Fabiano would come to AC Milan....watch and see

Activating the buy-out clause is a very serious thing and I don't think any big club has done that before. If we buy Fabiano and he plays well for us next season then Dzeko will be history for us. Especially since we have Paloschi and Beretta lined up for the striker position.

The only thing is that if Manchester City really offers 25 million euros for him, then Sevilla can come back to Milan and say "see, they're offering 25 million!" and that could make the negotiations more difficult and cost Milan some money.
