I think the fullback position is not as bad as the CF situation!

Also, who was the Club America GK. I am sure it wasn't Ochoa! Whoever he was, he played well and I want him!

Liverpool Defender Andrea Dossena Desperate For Napoli Move – Agent
The left-back’s agent confirms Napoli have tabled a €5 million and that his client is ready to negotiate terms with the Vesuviani. 27 Jul 2009 10:39:19 Photo GalleryZoom Andrea Dossena - Liverpool (PA) Related Links Teams Liverpool Napoli Players Andrea Dossena Liverpool full-back Andrea Dossena is eager to leave Anfield and return to Italy after a single season in the Premier League and his agent has indicated that a transfer to Napoli is a distinct possibility. Varying figures are circulating in the papers over the reported bid tabled by the Partenopei, and the player’s representative has now moved to dissipate doubts. “Their offer is of €5 million plus bonuses - the clubs are in negotiations and we are awaiting news,” agent Federico Pastorello told TuttoNapoli.net. “The player is currently in Singapore with Liverpool and he is also awaiting news. Although he loves being at a great club like Liverpool, he would welcome the opportunity to join Napoli with great enthusiasm.” But would Napoli’s policy of forcing all their players to give up image rights stand in the way of a potential agreement? “Not at all,” insisted Pastorello. “We are very keen to find an agreement. Napoli know how much he earns, which is less than €2m, but first the two clubs have to strike a deal.” Vince Masiello, Goal.com Why let Napoli get him so cheap? We should inquire! He just needs to return to Italy, and iI ave no doubts he is a great player in a position we struggle in.....

I think we can't be ungrateful if we get Elano or Hernanes as a Kaka replacement..... (Elano is more like Kaka, Hernanes like Pirlo)
FOr me Elano is already gone form Man City, and 10 million should do the trick. my only concern is Man City being bitchy due to the botched kaka saga!

This team is simply - weak. now fLame will come in and say that those are all good players etc. But this team can only fight for 3rd place with Napoli, Viola and Roma.
They have butchered Milan and brought players like Onyewu and Oddo, who are not on clubs level. We all know 3 players are needed, and we'll most likely start with Madrid charity Huntelaar. Aldough Hunter is a very good CF, he was our last option and Galliani failed in EVERYTHING. He needs to leave Milan. And, I'll find better GK then Kakac and he'll play for free for Milan!! Give me 2 weeks!!! My God...Kalac is not a GK he is a...strange person standing with Milan shirt on the goal line.

Kaka like Zidane is a player you cant just go out and replace easily. Either potential replacements for him will be too expensive or too young. Elano is the worst transfer we could make. We had flaws with Kaka in the side, think how weak we would be if we tried to replace him with a cheap imitation. We need to concentrate on building the side again. We need a goalkeeper that can actually make a save! We need a world class/ promising young leftback We need a creative midfielder We need a goal scorer If players arrive that are young, then it would resemble a plan and I could be patient for a season or two until the blossom.

Great, now lets steal the money! Jokes aside, all the above is what we need, but at the most, we may get a lB by the end of the transfer window. If we are EXTREMELY lucky, and Galliani feels he has some responsibility to replace Kaka, we may get Hunterlaar. No direct replacement, but helps our attack

Spend little to nothing to remain in the black Blame Madrid for inflating market value of everyone Selling what players we can for good value Cite that we already have squad full of champions Sit on said pile of money and laugh Such short sightedness by our 'management'. In business you need to spend a little to gain a little otherwise standing still means you are falling behind. You need to constantly invest in your team to reap rewards long term, it doesn't have to be mega money but we should have been cherry picking good prospects about 4 years ago like Juve always do. Personally I think Berlu should sell up and go now, his extreme frugality is a joke whilst trying to lead by example to the Italian public in a difficult financial climate. He says he will never sell his Milan due to the love he has for it, does he not realise his actions are hurting them more than helping? We need new ideas, new management that can capitalise on market opportunities worldwide (something which we failed to do as a winning team) for investment and advertising, and has a vision for the club going forwards like new stadium, youth investment etc.

Its been some days since my last post,to be honest i feel so stuffed that i am loosing my will to write or post anything..i will still suport milan,i will still watch every single match but sth is really different this time..
things were pretty clear for me since january,on may i was already "b1tching"(as some of you may say,i dont care)and a lot of people told me to w8 just after roma match, then viola match, then w8 a couple of weeks after kaka's departure, then untill 1st of july now 31 of august etc..we dont have to w8 anything the "signs" are so obvious that we have to be extraterestrials to think that we have a chance of winning anything next year..pls dont start telling me to w8 untill may of 2010.. i wont start posting how many players do we need, because it makes me sad..actually the part that makes me sad is that anything like that(4-5 players needed for e.g.)feels so unrealistic.. ps if i were Leo i would have resigned immediatelly,he must be feeling trapped right now, honestly he has to do magic in order to succeed..he is asking for a defender(full back i guess) and a fw,and i think that he is just desperate for the minimum..even with those 2 we ll have gr8 problems with our tactics(and the key word is dinho),i wish i had more time to coolaborate on that..

Leonardo has now had an opportunity to evaluate the squad under game conditions, so he now knows what he needs and what he doesn't need. I would expect negotiations on a few players will become more serious in the coming weeks.

Remember in the late 90ties when Milan was awful and Juve trashed everyone they encountered, and then suddenly, Berlu decided he would take it no more and brought new players that eventually brought back Milan to the top.........
Until situation like that, we can only get delusional with this decaying team.

Here's my guess for our final summer mercato:
Sell Pirlo. Buy Hernanes, Srna and Loan+Option Huntelaar. ---------------Dida -------Nesta-------Thiago Silva Srna------------------------Zambrotta --------Gattuso----Flamini -------------Hernanes --------------------Ronaldinho ---------Pato -----------------Huntelaar
