PS1: It is a real mind game for Leonardo to make that team working ... anyway, the first half seemed to start like a 4-3-3 (on paper) but that never was a 4-3-3 on the pitch: why didn't Ronaldinho play on the left (always in center).

Yup, in the first half it was pure 4-4-2 formation (I only watched the first half).

I believe pre season friendlies are good for a team to an extent that would help them get their morale and their abilitites back provided its been properly structured. Just as some of u ll in here had mentioned that the pre season in America was actually a joke which is so true. And it hurts to watch Milan play in the manner they are playing right now. Leonardo cant do much provided we get a few new faces in our team soon. And if Milan s hoping Dhino to come up with some magic im not very optimisstic about that.
We are indeed in for a very long season ahead. But just hoping for the best. FORZA MILAN!!

I have to admit, I almost fall into a sleep when I was watching Milan in the first half.

But as I started to wacth the second half, I got an 'emergency' phone call, so I had to go. So, there was no time watching Milan in that time. Flamini almost broke Gomez's leg in the first half,I thought he's the least welcomed player in that match...BTW,he's been used too much lately.Hopefully it won't affect his new season.

You are singling out the wrong player. Kaladze if anyone was at fault in all three late goals. I have no idea what happened to Kaladze, but he is getting worse and worse for every season. Possibly that just Nesta made him look great in the past.

There is no need to panic over this game in particular. Our problems at this point is well documented, but circumstances as for our many games and travelling made it worse looking this time. Not to forget Bayern start their season on sunday already.

The most worrying sign is watching Ronaldinho, whom we are supposed to rely on.

Technically that was not the line-up that beat us 4-1 as that lineup only was in on the first goal.

In the second half Bayern made more than five substitutions. So the last three goals we let in were vs Bayerns reserves and junior team.

Thats the reason why Milan should start playing with reserve and junior players.

Man, thats really pathetic if thats really is the case.

I wouldn't call Schweinsteiger, Breno or Demichelis junior and reserve players ... Schweinsteiger is a starter and Demichelis is often a starter (at least last year). Breno should become a starter (it's this year or never for him in Bayern).

The only one really missing from their first team was Ribéry. Some people should say that Toni and Klose were missing too but Gomez is a kind of younger Toni.

About Flamini, yes, he is great, but in an official game, his first two fouls were two potential red cards ... so he has to calm down.

Good work Onyewu and Kaladze

They put in International players like Tymoshuck though. They kept on their whole defense while we changed ALL players in defense. If one team was more weakened for the end, then that was us. But the real problem was the fatigue we suffered by now.

Well and the fact that Kaladze is horrible now.

I can also tell confidently that we will also lose against Boca juniors. Boca just comes from a finished season at full fitness and we come into our 6th game in 11 days. I hope Leonardo rests some players and give some others more time. Like Di Gennaro instead of big R.

By knowing the situation of our team and the number of games played, I'd like to see tonight against Boca, something like:

Antonini - Onyewu - ? - Albertazzi
---------- Ambrosini ------------
------ Gattuso - Seedorf --------
--------- Di Gennaro ------------
------ Borriello - Zigoni ----------

Maybe include Abate in that formation ... EDIT: If that doesn't work (again), maybe Leonardo should use both Abate and Odu at the same time on the wings ...

A guy like Borriello needs to play while some players like Ronaldinho, Pato, Pirlo, probably Nesta and Flamini would obviously need a rest ...
What I don't want to see is again Favalli on the left side !!

All I have to say about this match is it's clear why I keep saying to sell Kaladze and Onyewu was a poor signing.

By the way, was I the only one that was incredibly annoyed by the way the game was shot? It seemed like the director never saw a football game in his life. They moved away from the game and showed uncomfortably long close-ups of Ribery. Who cares?! Most of us even missed the fourth goal because they were busy showing us the fifth replay of the previous one. It was stupid.
