De Silvestri is not much of an upgrade from Janku or Antonini. Actually, I would have put Flamini as FB and give a chance to Cardacio and Strusser as back up DM.

Not everyone agrees with you on this especially La Gazzetta dello Sport.

It is saying that Inter had already reached an agreement with Real to take Sneijder on loan.
Only waiting for the player's approval.

He is valued around 5 mil, it all depends on which club is asking for him. If Chievo comes asking its 5 mil, if Milan comes its 10 mil.

A deficit on the other hand just means that club is run on a loss that is covered by the owner. If this deficit is not covered, then the club goes into debt.

(in truth some clubs run both on a deficit and debt basis)
Yes, but let's look at Chelsea who you described as running on a deficit. The last time I heard about them (and it was big news here in the UK), they're covered by Abramovich, but that is viewed as essentially a debt to the owner (maybe without interest, but at something like Ł500m it's a considerable amount). If Abramovich wishes to then turn around and retrieve his money, who's to stop him?

I pretty much agree there.

Is is the same for these arab guys. ManC is a toy for them, a expensive toy. It is not a business.
Berlu knew very well what he did when he spent on Milan, but my point was he didn't ever run the club as a business (thus think of the club's financial health itself). What Perez, Abramovich and the Sheiks are doing now isn't too different to Berlu in the late 80s early 90s.

Nothing to disagree with there.

Fiorentina are reportedly willing to pay 7 million for the kid.
So that means we will have to pay about 10 million. Sportmediaset say Oddo could be inserted into the deal, thus lowering it....

So today we shoould supposedly be seeing a Pirlo sale.....

Adriano Galliani confirms: "We target Luis Fabiano, then the market will end". And on the outgoing operations he reassures: "Pirlo wants to remain at Milan and the club never thought of selling him."

Always hilarious when reading quotes like that a month later.

Real Madrid Giving AC Milan Preference Over Huntelaar Deal

Any clubs wanting to sign 'The Hunter' will have to wait until the Rossoneri have made their move...

According to AS, Los Merengues are waiting for Milan to make a bid, before they consider any other offers.

Meanwhile, according to Turkish newspaper Sabah, Fenerbahce have a €15 million bid on the table for Huntelaar, with a salary of around €4m per year.

However, it seems as though they will have to wait for Milan to make their move, as Madrid appear keen to sell to the Rossoneri.

I would love that!!! But its too unrealistic I'm afraid. roma probably dont want to sell to us, and if they decide to do it he will be damn expensive... + he's liverpool bound.

They've sold many of their players to Inter in the past, so I dont see why they wouldnt sell to us.

But I agree that we wont get him cheap. This guy is worth well over 15-20 million. Probably something like 30+ million.

If we do go for him, we'd be spending all of our current cash plus almost all of our "Pirlo-cash". That would leave like less than 5 million for our other two important reinforcements.
