For the last ****ing time, im sad as well about us being like this but i'll be here even if we had oddo kaladze favali janku in the back line. Our these my fist choices? Hell NO! but Its my team and the coach plays them. I have every right to say **** Milan and follow some other team but i will never. Complain all you want stupid, but make it about not signing Fabiano or Hernanes, not things like Kaka would have done this, Carlo would have done that BS.

I dont watch it at all. But when i think of Argentina i think of Boca and River. LOL you would be one of the last people i would think that would start getting pesimistic on me but **** welcome to there club. Sorry that i see the cup half ****ing full instead of half empty. You guys make it seem like im not hurt by a loss. But **** man its a game. We win, we lose and we draw. PS. I'VE SAID THIS BEFORE I'LL SAY IT AGAIN. I DON'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT FOOTBALL, I NEVER SAY I DO. I ONLY JUDGE A PLAYER AFTER I SEE HIM PLAY OR A TEAM AFTER THE GAME. MY OPINION ONLY NOTHING ELSE. Forza ****ing Milan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear OCMilano, using **** once or twice is understandable, given how poor Milan has been (for a while, now).
But using it consistently makes your thread extremely unpleasant, for several reasons: 1) It's hard to read a sentence with **** in your mind in every other sentences. 2) It's hard for you to convince people. 3) It makes a bad reputation of yourself. There comes a point when you have to be careful with your language. Asking people to "STFU" is in no way better than spelling out the four-letter word. And, it's very rude. I guess you have been around long enough that you know that this is totally uncalled for. As I said again, I understand your frustration, and I don't think anyone will disagree with you on the forum, but, please, don't over-do it in the future. Thanks. J |

We are in trouble ok. But let me ask you, will you stop watching them this year, will you stop looking on this site or other sites to see if we made any trades or not?
If you said NO to these questions then you are a Milan fan, and all we can do is hope we do well this year and the years to come.

I've just read a complete thread, so I will try to calm situation down a little.
![]() First, about formation. It was reported that Leonardo will play 4-3-3. Well, against Chelsea, Inter and Boca it was 4-3-1-2 and against Bayern 4-4-2, with Abate and Jankulovski as side midfielders. Anyway, 4-3-1-2 will actually be our formation. Now, about this "disaster" of Milan. Let's start with the games played in America. Against Chelsea, Milan was clearly better team on the pitch until (as some of you pointed out) Onyewu replaced Nesta. Than, under 48 hours we played Inter and lost, which was expected, because Inter played their last match 5 days before. After that, another nonsense decision, we went directly from a plain to Audi cup. I want to point out here that none of you should judge our players based on Bayern match, because they were really tired. And next, against Boca, we'd won if Pato scored a clear-cut opportunity. From what I saw in these games is that we desperately need a penalty-box striker. Borriello never convinced me in Milan's shirt and he was really bad in these preparation matches. Inzaghi is too old and he could be used in important games. There's no need to worry about the center of defense, though. Nesta is recovering very quickly, he's great again, and that's fantastic news. Thiago Silva was great in all of the preparation matches, except against Bayern. I'm really impressed by him: he's calm, quick, agile, good in the air, strong, great reader of the game and he can come forward with a ball and score on free kicks and corners (he already scored two goals this summer). What he didn't show this summer is a MONSTER of a right foot and that can also be useful. He really reminds me on Baresi a lot. I spoke about other problems in LB thread. I only forgot to mention that Onyewu is absolutely not useful. Bonera is better. For all that's been said about us, I've heard some saying that Fiorentina is better right now, it's not fair. Our team is not as strong as it should be (perhaps), but look at the other teams, Juventus first. Grygera and Molinaro are a middle-table team material and they will be starters! Then Inter, now when Ibra is gone, they don't have a player who can cut ANY defense with a through ball, let alone tight defenses. On the other hand, yes, we don't have a world-class left back, but we will probably have a striker soon. We really need a striker, type of Luis Fabiano, and some cover for our midfield. One midfielder for the bench perhaps. Now tell me that this team is not the strongest in Italy: (4-3-1-2): Abbiati - Antonini, Nesta, T. Silva, Zambrotta - Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf - Ronaldinho - (Luis Fabiano), Pato. ![]() |

- Ancelotti totally lost his authority; - Ancelotti got his tactics not wrong but awful in most important matches, especially 2:4 loss against Juve (when he fielded absolutely crazy lineup) and 1:2 against Inter (when it was obvious he should start with 2 strikers). And tactic was his main strength for all his years in Milan; - We had many of our important players injured (Nesta, Borriello, Gattuso for practically all season, Abbiati, Kaladze and Kaka for most of it); - We didn't had a 20-goals-per-season striker since Sheva left; And don't forget that last year Kaka wasn't a shadow of his old self for Milan, so comparing to the last season, it's hardly a loss. It's even debatable if he was any better in 2007/2008. He simply lost all of his motivation in Milan, which often happens if a relatively young player wins everything with one club. This year is different because we have new and fresh coach. Leonardo is a clever man, and I assure you that if Huntelaar scores 20+ goals next season we have nothing to worry about. Again, we're not as strong as we once were, but one should also consider the strength of the other title contenders. |
