Also all the formations that have Borriello or Abate replacing Ronaldinho, you gotta be kiddin' me... You forgot that he was MoM against Siena? He was terrible against Inter, but EVERYBODY, except maybe Pato, Seedorf and Storari were terrible against Inter. Also, I would really love to see how Abate or Borriello would do with a DM marking them all game like 'Dinho has, I bet they'd be real stars. Ronaldinho is our creative force wether you like it or not. And comparing Abate or Borriello to him is rediculess.

Also about Borriello vs Huntelaar, in my opinion they're completly different players. Borriello is less likely to score than Nesta, he just doesn't have it in him, but he does offer something else. He's excellent at winning the headers outside the box and lay the ball off. Against Inter when we were playing well he was actually completly dominating in the air. He's not that big though, so he seems pretty good technically. The way I see him, he's an Ibrahimovic ultra-light back in Ajax before he learned how to score

Compared to Huntelaar Borriello plays alot deeper, it's obvious what Huntelaar does, he's a born goalscorer, so all in all I think they both provide good options for Leonardo. They'd also probably make a pretty good forward pair I think.

edit: And what the hell, Barca signed Dmytro Chygrynskiy from Shatkar Donetsk for 25 M EURO's!!! That's insane, imagine what Srna would cost...
R80 is the most overrated player on this team. if we include preseason, than he has had like 2-3 good matches in 10-12 or so. and everytime one of his good matches occurs, certain ppl come out and say how he is making a comeback etc, but he hasnt put two good games back to back. he is a lazy slow shell of his former self, and i currently rate Seedorf better than him, which is saying something...

Come on man, wake up and smell the coffee. We wont get anything this winter. Next year we will get Beckham on a permanent deal and other players will come nad become foil for the average starters we have.

Juve and Lyon reach agreement for Grosso (sky).

Out of curiosity, did anyone see Berlu's picture on milannews.it? It's the one when he is smiling lecherously into the camera. The headline: I am not worried. Tell me if there is a face in the world that you hate more than that.

Christian, I didnt count Huntelaar becouse in my scenario Milan did not sell Kaka' to Perez. I think Huntelaar is a great CF, much, much better then Boriello and that he CAN play for us in the CL. But I doubt if Milan said "no" to Perez we'll be making business with Real MAdrid.

And again, you see Dinho vs SIENA and you speak how good he was. Dinho cant play against top teams becouse the man cant move/run. Look at the defending Siena did on him and how much time he got for the passes, and how he was vertically turned to goal in 3/4 occasions. Aguess its hard for you to analise football, you just see assists and you think how good he is.

Get used that Dinho is a finished player who will have 6,7 great games but becouse of who the whole team suffers. A player like Sneijder as a AM can do 5 times more for this Milan then Dinho.

Juve bought Grosso for 3mln! 3! We could have made that investment coz Grosso can play defence way better then MArek. You all said how Cannavaro is no good anymore, and look at the way he played first two games - perfectly tactically and perfect in positioning. Same will be with Grosso with a good coach in serie a. We'll follow Grosso carefully during this year and we'll see if he is **** and cant play in a good club as some suggest.

If we had Grosso as a LB vs Merda the marking in first and 3rg goalc would be hugely different mark my words.

Anyway, we dont have a team to win anything and Im in peace with that. LČets fight for CL spot and hope Milan somehow gets some money for the next year.

And you guys think we're in trouble now?

Can't wait to see the "glorious midfield": Ronaldinho - Seedorf - Pirlo - Beckham
Then the real "show" starts

I am actually looking forward for Beckham as he actually runs and spread the ball right away instead of setting himself and look for players.

Not to be rude or anything, but where are those who positive fans that by AUg 31, Milan will have good signings.

To be fair, we all saw this coming months ago when Milan sold Kaka to Real. In over 11400 posts, Milan only signed Gooch and Hunter(who should be treated as a package deal for Kaka).

Its funny how one year of no CL football can undone Milan

Mods might as well close this thread since no signings are going to take place. We have to stick with our current roster and learn to respect them for the year.

750+ pages and 11000+ posts.

braida said today, that we're not getting anyone at all..

the thing is that against inter somethings were pretty clear after saturday's match..last year inter were nowhere close to a wc team(i ve written it again),i was sure that if they didnt get any creative players in their medfield they would loose serie a this year(of course cl too)..they got motta(for me maybe their best player in preseason),who is for sure a reinforecment for their playing style, defensively and attackingly..they sold ibra(who may be=etoo, but inters game was so predictable that it was boring, just because they were too depended to him..),they got milito, and then snejder thats the key part..

they tottally changed as a team, and i mean their playing style..they are way too dangerous and way too good..their game can be complicated now, they can control the pace and be safe on the backs..they are a whole different team imo..

----snejder---
eto-----milito (all brand new)!!!

mourinho is a really gifted man,and moratti knows it..thats the story..

ps..
ibra maxwell out

lucio motta snejder milito etoo in(all starters!!)

they got 50mil and they spent 55 for this story..
-----------------------------------------------
whereas we all know our story this year, and we have one thing in common(we both sold our best players),but when you have scums instead of true peolple in charge, the stories end quite differently..

Digao was sent to Lecce on loan.

I hope that since Oddo says he wants to stay with Milan, that he actually plays well now. Honestly, considering how poor Janku played, I wonder if giving Oddo a shot and placing Zambro on the left would be worth a shot.
