So aswell as an over the hill team a humiliating derby and a god damned awful mercato , we are going to have to cheer for inter and juve so as we do not lose a spot in Europe. But I honestly don't think the German sides are up to much even Bayern. Am I tempting faith I don't know.

wolfsburg and bayern both have outstanding teams they could progress far in the champions league, remember that the europa league will also be taken into account when uefa decides on champions league spots. i can't see genoa roma lazio making much of a impact on the europa league.

God damned awful how the fuk those idiots have not done anything and I mean anything is beyond reason. Chelsea HAD it bad, until they got OUR manager.

If Carlo still wanted Pirlo, looking at his squad, that means there is something to our players. I don't think Chelsea's players are crappy, but many pundits and fans thought they were. They didn't get any new toys, that's what I meant.

Milan management is good, but I don't think Berlu allows them to really do what they need. I mean, it seems Galliani isn't allowed to bring in the players he actually thinks would be best.

Like I said, we cant win pre season games so no 4th place wouldnt be good enough. This was supposed to be the year we challenge for the scudetto anyway.

No Chelsea were fine with Hiddink at the end of last season and the reason they are clear favourites in England now is because Ronaldo left United, not because Carlo arrived.

Forget what the pundits say, forget new players arriving. You and I both know that Chelsea has one of the most formiddable squads in Europe. They have players like Deco, Ivanovich, Carvalho who arent guaranteed a position in the lineup.

And as far as new toys, they have Zhirkov. A wet dream for most Milan fans right now.

So yeah make your self feel better, but try and stay honest wiht yourself.

And if Berlu doesnt give the go ahead for big players, then Galliani must formulate a strategy and persude Berlu to follow that. Otherwise he is just inst doing his job. Key thing here is that we dont have a strategy as a club other than hope and wish! That is not good leadership or management.

Galliani is the one who has left the squad in its current condition. He is the one who professed his love with favalli at the end of last season. He said Thiago would need him. All I can say is thank your lucky stars Nesta is back. Because favalli was his replacement.

whereas we all know our story this year,and we have one thing in common(we both sold our best players),but when you have scums instead of true peolple in charge,the stories end quite differently..

reading that was depressing..as so was many other the other posts.... jsut more depresing news to pile up on what we already know will be a depreasing season.

IMO right now everybody need to chill with R80..he ovbiously isnty the player that he was, but i woudl still take him for a spot in the midfield since he is still probably capable of changing the outcome of a game if he gets the "nail-out-of-his-ass". As sad as it is, its all that we have and we better support and hope for him to make sure we dont make a fool out of ourselves for the whole season.....
We need to switch formation, load up the midfield with 5 and usethe only 3 worthwile defender that we have.
Of course what we really needs...is a real coach and a true president that isn't talking fantasy football anymore....

i say close this thread for a week or two, we need time off to reflect on the season coming ahead.. we need to sit and discuss with one another excuses for all our losses this year, and will need to find new hobbies for a year (i'm considering nfl, any other ideas?)
