Leave it open. We can use it for the winter session now.

Heh, yeah. Seems like any player who would actually be useful for the team is a fantasy signing these days.

I still can't get over how angry the current situation makes me.

Like they would say in the US, we're up sh*t creek without a paddle.

The Dutchman took some extra time to get ready, as he had to change from sneakers into football boots and some have criticised the veteran for the delay.

"I think this is an insult to my professionalism. It's very simple, [I was wearing the sneakers because] I returned from an injury that lasted 40 days and I had some soreness in my calf," he explained to Sky Sport 24.

"If I have to apologize for that, I also ask your pardon, it is not a problem. I believe that I demonstrated in the second-half by playing well."

Indeed, the former Real Madrid man was one of the few bright spots for the Rossoneri on the evening.

"In my career I've always acted like a professional or at least like someone who is willing to give his all to the team," he concluded.

well between now and the next window we can always hope Didas contract is recinded.. We have buyers lined up for Kaladze and Oddo. Ronaldinho takes performance related pay and we start to scout and work out how to improve the team..

Carlsberg dont u football management, but if they did....

Wow i'm usually happy to be right but not this time. Where are Warro and Rick and mzk and giancarlo and all the people that said 'relax it's only june' then 'relax it's only july' well we're in september and we're still without a left back, a right back, a backup creative player....nothing other than real's reject forward and a bunch of kids who most of us don't know. Kool-aid tastes great but in the end it won't ever quench your thirst. I doubt i'll be buying a milan jersey this year because in trinidad it costs $600 and i'm not in the mood to put more money into the hands me a guy who isn't willing to put a name on that shirt i would like to wear.

I think Warro becomes more like a pessimist over the course of the summer.

LYON CONFIRM GROSSO DEPARTURE

Lyon have confirmed they have sold full-back Fabio Grosso to Juventus for an initial fee in excess of 2million euros.

The Italy international had been linked with a move to the Turin giants all summer and agreement was finally reached just hours before the end of the European transfer window after the Italian outfit increased their bid.

Lyon will receive a further million euros in performance-related add-ons under the terms of the deal.

A statement on Lyon's official website read: "The transfer of Italian international defender has been realised.

"[Juventus] agreed to increase their offer to over 2million euros plus 1million euros based on future athletic performance."

Grosso, now 31, joined Lyon from Inter Milan in the summer of 2007, and was under contract with the French side for a further two seasons.

a completely wasted summer campaign. we could not get rid of the many dead wood we have, lost our star player and did not reinforce our many problem areas.

we had a weak and unbalanced team last year and are even worse of today.

thank you berlusconi and galliani. i hope you both die a slow and painful death!

Forza Milan
