Hunter is a great striker under a 4-4-2 system.
If he plays for ManU, I am pretty sure he would be TOP scorer in EPL.

Under the current Milan system-with no wing plays, Hunter is pretty much useless.

how can u expect goals from striker when you don't create much for him, sedorf & ronnie did well between them, but whenever they passed to Hunter, it was awful one. and also i noticed that pato didn't passed the ball to hunter in 20 yard area.........

Leo also add to misery of hunter, bcoz he didn't give him ful 90 mnts once..........

Would anyone be surprised if we got Dzeko next summer on a swap deal for Huntelaar?

It's a lack of service, and it's the same with Pato because they are not like Ronaldo who will do everything himself.

Our whole midfield is useless as a unit and has been for a while. They lack creative ideas, a change of pace..... any pace to be honest and behind them is a defence with holes in.

I don't think our team is all that bad.
The thing is when too many players are not good enough, they drag the rest of the team behind.

I think Pirlo can still be great for us, but the current squad is too slow for him to show his passing skills. Passes directed at static players are too easy to read and intercept.

Huntelaar is the the last person to be blamed in the current ACM team. He could have gone any where in Europe and scored a lots of goals, but he chose ACM. I have alot of respect for him. Our midfield has completely lost it

yes, because Dzeko probably won't fancy a season of scrapping in the middle of the table when he could be playing in the champions league with a team with some ambition.

actually, I think he would. He's dying to come here, apparently he's as big a fan of Milan as we are.

The treatment of Huntelaar by Milan this sason is very poor. If Inzaghi or Borro had rescued us with two quality late goals they would be given a starting berth in the next game. What does Hunter have to do? Borro is not aplayer of any real quality to be honest. He will score against poorer sides but do nothing in the big games.

borriello did save us yesterday by earning a penalty! Zurich may not be a big team but borriello is decisive again!

I want to ask you, who has been the better player this season, Borriello or Huntelaar? Huntelaar also got his chances but didnt took them, he has played good for only 10mins!!! While borriello has scored some, assisted some and earned a few penaltys!! + he's very important for the team. He does the simple things right wich is important.
+ we are WINNING WINNING WINNING in recent games? Dont you think leo is doing a good job? Why complaining???

Hunter came with no pre-season and played in a team with no shape and no threat. as panned for it and hasn't been given any chance to do anything about it. Borro is supposed to be a target man and gets bossed by centre halfs every game. And the only reason Borro earned the penalty was he was too slow to get his shot off. If we persist in using Borro up front then we will not make much progress. We have been very lucky recntly, both with the way the fixtures have fell and how we have played. If we wan to make serious progress we have to recognis that.

Everybody has their opininion, and I dont think leo is an idiot by playing Borriello, Borriello took his chances even in a difficult time, and after a few injuries. He is one of the reasons the team started to play well, he clicks great with pato , dinho and seedorf. the hunters finishing is better but Borriello is more a team player.

BTW I think Huntelaar will leave at the end of the season.

In terms of quality no one can deny that Huntelaar is a better player then Borriello, nobody. The thing is Hunter came at the wrong place at the wrong time.....when he came we were playing ****,and when Borrie got his chance Leo changed the formation and Ronaldinho got on top of his form.

Huntelaar isnt finished with us yet,i am still waiting on his goals, you will see.Give him 90 minutes and he will score easy.

yeah, it would be really interesting to see him start when the team is playing like they did in the 1st half against Samp...i'm sure he would do well....and it's actually a good thing that he is a pretty different striker than Borriello...gives us more options.
i still think he plays better with a striker by his side (proof against Catania)...and if that striker was Borri??? i would certainly like to see that someday and I'm sure Leo will try it at some point...he's been excellent at getting the best out of his players...
