Palermo and Cagliari have both made fairly solid starts to the campaign, in what is looming to be one of the tightest Serie A seasons in recent times, as just six points separate fourth and 14th placed sides at this early stage.

Having both scored 16 goals to date, the Sicilian and Sardinian outfits don’t seem to be struggling up front, however both have their sights strongly set on a Brazilian attacking starlet, who currently plays for Fluminense.

According to Itasportpress, the Rosanero and Rossoblu have both enquired about the 19-year-old Maicon Marques Bitencourt, who is reportedly worth around €5 million.

He is a promising young talent, and the player has been a key part of the Brazilian Under-20 national team in recent times, scoring a brace in a 12 minute cameo against Germany in the quarter finals of the 2009 World Cup, to lead his side to a 2-1 victory.

I read from a different forum (XT?) that we can't do that. It was a post by a respectable member who also posts here sometimes (Capo Ultra). I have no knowledge of all the related regulations but I choose to believe him.

(yes he contradicted himself)

I would be very not happy if Balotelli came here. I dont want him around here quite honestly. If we are going to get an Inter player, go hard for Santon

Why hasn't Strasser gone on loan yet? Then we could all see whether he could become like McDOnald Mariga....

The thing with Mariga is that, he is a lot bigger than Strausser and Mariga(despite his size) is actually pretty offensive.

Strasser is overrated. Stop imagining him to be worthy of even a substitute role in Milan. Serie B at best.

you cant keep unhappy player at the club that will affect your image and players will think a million time before joining you. and it will also affect the dressing room as well. and Italians will start complaining how inter are killing two of the most powerful talents. blah blah blah.

Cannavaro said one word about santon to leave inter to find first team regular and its going to happen soon, so how about balotelli now? if you are not happy no one is forcing you in... this is the thing
