Hehe, think it's a bit early to talk about Daniel, what is he 10? A bit early to start talking about being a Champion

And I agree Dutchie, really looking forward to seeing Verdi. Whenever seeing highlights from the Primavera, he always stands out.

Another video.

Thanks for the video.

From what i seen from vids,he is great athlete, skilled and pacey...

i dont know how good he is in work rate, finishing and defending and his strength...if he is good on these as well,we should give him a chance for first team...

he has to be stronger,he has to help to defence,he has to move the penalty area much, has to be good finisher,he has to fight for the team...

its very early to speak off him so highly from a video, what he can be in the future,if he does the things that i count in the above,he can be a good alternative to Pato...

Beckham or Abate are not ideal Pato replacements there,When Roni plays at left, the player at right should be great finisher and should move so much in the box for the balance of the team, this is why i want Verdi or Adiyiah to play there instead Beckham or Abate...

i even would play both Verdi and Pato together when missing Dinho instead of Pato-Abate or Beckham...

As someone said (brk?), its wiser to invest 30 mln into one great fullback and one midfielder then into one forward.

Also, Chivu looks like missing whole season and Inter will buy new LB, Kolarov. Milan has again spend almost 0 and no money super policy goes on. And we need so little to improve drastically... one great fullback at least to patch up and give some bonus to CB's!!

Beckham played as CM at times yesterday, playing 2 times better then See...
i agree,we need a BTB midfielder more than anything,Seedorf will be 1 year older next season,Pirlo and him doesnt have quality subs,we missed Seedorf and we had to play Gattuso there.

if i were Galliani and Berlusconi,i'd sign Bordeaux's left back,he is what we need in the wing back, ideal wing back in modern football...

if we dont have money, then lets sign Simplicio,he will add more depth to us in midfield, left back costs around 7-8 m euros according to what i read from the web...

Left back and BTB midfielder will improve the quality, then from free agent players, sign Chamakh, who is free agent, rotate him and Borriello for one spot, sell Huntelaar, call Astori back, sign Krasic with Huntelaar money.everything is solved...

Bordeux's left back
Simplicio
Chamakh
Krasic
Astori

15 m euros(from Huntelaar sale)
Left back costs around 7-8 m euros

then we have a greater team...

Douglas Costa
Shakhtar Donetsk have completed the transfer of highly-rated Brazilian youngster Douglas Costa from Gremio for a reported fee of €12 million.

Costa has been linked with a move to Europe for some time, with Manchester United and Milan showing an interest in the 19-year-old.

"This transfer was in everybody's interest. Douglas asked us to sell him and we needed the money to satisfy our creditors," said Gremio president Duda Kroeff during a press conference.

''I was not expecting it,'' Costa said. ''I only thought of Gremio. Today I think about Donetsk and I'm extremely happy.

''That's two times they tried to sign me. I do not know if this is the right time to leave but I mostly thought about my family.''

Shakhtar have reportedly acquired 80% of the player's transfer rights and Gremio will receive 15% of the transfer fee in the event of his transfer from Shakhtar in the future.

The Ukraine side have also secured the services of Alex Teixeira from Vasco da Gama during this month, having won the final UEFA Cup last summer

Come on, we don't need Douglas Costa or Teixeira, we have the Dinho and Seedorf! How many championships have Costa and Teixeira won? Our legends can play until they are 50 and still win championships.

In our chase for Ederson, his agent also revealed we are chasing Roni of Sao Paulo.... 18 yr old striker similar to Mutu.

Meh, this is just the agent trying to hype their players in my opinion. We may have sent scouts or something to a game of theirs, but these agents try all the time to create hype around their players so they can sell them and make money, I don't think there's anything to it.

I'll trust Brasileiro or anyone else who follows the brazilian football scene before any of these agentts.

Sorry but how much have you seen either of them play? Only time I saw Adiyah was at youtube clibs from the u20 tournament where he won the golden ball. I haven't seen Roni play at all, and I don't trust his agent one bit.

I just don't get why people are so against the Adiyah transfer. We're getting a promosing player, very cheaply. He might be the next Ronaldo, he probably won't be, but in any case we didn't pay more than we did for Zigoni for him. I understand that we could have used his non-eu slot on Hernanes, Krasic, Giuliani, Rafinha or Dzeko, but I think that it just becomes irrelevant when we can't pay the 10-15M euro's that it takes to get any of these players, in that case I think that Adiyah is a pretty good transfer.

The David Luiz transfer reeks of Leo's request all over it. A Brazilian, technical and athletic defender. For those interested in him, here's a video on youtube...

He's actually a CB. At LB he doesn't push up too much hence I think he's not really considered for the role.
