BRAKING NEWS FROM SKYSPORTS:

Flamini has 99% moved to Manchester City on a loan untill the end of the season.

I can't find it on the internet anywhere....yet.....but I'm watching skysportsnews now and they just reported the news.

It true....it's a horrible move. We definitely needed him here. We finally could say that we have depth in the middle and now we let go of a very important player untill the end of the season.

Wow, that is a seriously dumb move because it does us absolutely no good whatsoever. How many CDMs does Man City need? Don't they already have Kompany, De Jong, and Vieira among others playing that position already?

I really would have preferred sending Gattuso to city rather than Flamini, but so what? What's the big deal exactly? Flamini hasn't been able to prove his worth or his importance to this side, and now we have Pirlo, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Seedorf and Beckham fighting it out for 3 spots. I say no problem, just as long as he comes back at the end of the year.

Milannews quotes Huntelaar saying that he wants to stay in Milan however he needs to play more before the World Cup, so he wants to leave on loan until the summer and then return to Milan and fight for a place. I can totally respect that, but I think the management will dump Huntelaar come season's end. And also if we give Huntelaar away we will definitely need 1 more striker for this season. Pippo and Boriello is not enough.....but maybe is thinking of playing Pato as a CF and Beckham on the right as another option..

2) Flamini to City to play as a RB (wtf?)

3) Flamini to City to improve relations with the clubs for future profit sales to City

4) Flamini / Robinho swap

I thought #1 was the made up. Viera hasn't even shook hands with his new team mates and now he's going back to Italy?

I think this is pure speculation by the media. Flamini's playing as a RB was due to force majeure. He himself stated afterward that first and foremost he's a midfielder.

Regarding the rumor about Joe Cole, I'd welcome him. He can play wide on the left and right, or even in Seedorf's postion. If he comes for free that will be fantastic. A much, much better option than that kid from Belgian league

i hope there is some truth to all this speculation, J Cole would be the perfect replacement for seedorf. Flamini for Robinho sounds ideal, we could use someone like robinho to hold the ball and feed the strikers. Robinho can provide competition for dinho, I'm sure they would love playing next to each other.

I have a feeling Inter will steal Joe Cole from under our noses just like they did all the other players we were interested in.

i don't like Flamini leaving

we need the depth, 5 players for 3.5 spots (considering Pato's as well) is simply not enough...they are probably now considering Jankulovski for the midfield.
i know Flamini must be feeling frustrated to stay on the bench especially the way Gattuso came back from injury & was automatically placed ahead of him.
i hope he doesn't leave and if he does, that we won't regret it.

as for Joe Cole...definite yes, especially for free.

Robinho? i know it's hitmanq's rumour...but just the thought sent shivers down my spine...plzzzzzzzzz NO!!!! now that we are playing some beautiful team football, the last thing we need is an egoistic KID who apparently will never mature into his talent...

That kid (if you are referring to Jovanovic) is 28 years old.

Heh he!!! Whilst Hunter and Flamini are stressing over their futures, Rino is celebrating his mostly undeserved return to the 1st team with the opening of a new fish shop! And no, this doesn't seem like an immediate retirement plan either...

Perhaps the money earned from this store can help us more in the transfer market...
