For middfield Becks-Pirlo-Ambro. Becks will play with 200% of power against his former club.
Boriello seems injury, and he could start from the bank. The first option is Klaas, and what I saw against Udinese is: speed. He would help more against Manchester, because he can run with Pato, and create conffusion in the defence.
Abbiati is a must for MAnchester and for the whole season.
I wouldn't play Bonera at RB, and I think Leonardo won't too. Attacking full-backs are important for our system, especially on the right side, because when Pato gets in the middle we need RB to push up to keep width.
Becks in place of Seedorf is a big no, 2 weak midfielders out of 3, their midfield plays strong pressure, so we need Seedorf because he's strong and he can keep that ball under the pressure.

I agree, though, for Abbiati, he's a MUST.

I understand you, but Abate??? hmm, I believe in him, but his miserable in defense. And we know that from this side is rooney coming. Oddo would be a plus, but two months without a game??? I don't know, but I trust Leo, and believe that he will have an Ace in pocket for Tuesday. Seedorf? He can't run. But when he will be able to do the same match from Madrid, then he is a MUST. But, what i read in Gazzetta, probabily our midfield will be: Flamini-Pirlo-Ambro.

my formation would be our italian 433 not a english not a dutch 433, the midfield must be strong and physical i want to see alott of ball possesion united isnt a physical squad like before and without ronaldo they lack the width to open up more on the wings united isnt a squad who directly attacks you up midfield they're squad depends on the wingers if sir alex is smart he'll use his 442/433 aganst us and use 1 winger i doubt 2 up top about berbatov i think sir alex has lost all faith so i doubt he'll be the target man, great thing about rooney his weakness is his ariel game, if we play a compact possesion game we'll win eazy if cant remain compact or have high possesion we'll loose, with that in mind this would be my modulo

--------------Un Italiano 433----------------

-----------------Abbiati---------------------

----------------Nesta------------------------

Abate-------------------------Silva------------

------------------------------------Zambrotta

-----------------------------Ambrosini

----Becks----------------------------

-----------------Pirlo----------------

----R80-------------------------------

----------------------------------Pato

------------Klass/Marco---------------

The game will be pretty even, I think it will come down to who can dictate the tempo of the game.

Somehow my hate for Man Utd has not died even though CR9 left for Real.

I think Fergie will play Rooney as the lone striker and try to crowd the midfield. I don't see any of the teams sharing a lion's share of possessin. I don't like to say this but I hope Leo plays Flamini ahead of Ringhio.

Evra will have a tough time trying to contain Pato. He gotta mark Pato like the left-back in every Serie A team does. Fergie will also play Park and this guy runs all the time and could be found everywhere and that is just annoying. If they play Rafael as RB, it would be interesting to see his discipline against R80.

And lastly I think Ambrosini has been playing like a true Capatino this season.

latest reports say that Silva is a doubt, Boriello will not make it and Huntelaar will start.

Seedorf/Becks/Gattuso/Flamini, which one of those is going to get the 3rd midfield spot?

Who's going to be our starting fullbacks?

Will R80 finally deliver on the big stage for Milan?

The game is in 30 hours!!!!!

Fergie say's its a great time to play Milan since Kaka left that our system has fallen apart lately and we rely on Pato too much and Pirlo , Rino , Seedorf are past their best. Okay Fergie , NOW Man Utd have lost Ronaldo , are playing well but not unbelievable football they attack down the wings alot have strong compact midfield but do not pass the ball very well , Ferdinand is a shadow of himself and Van Der Sar is very very slow to get down to shots from 20 yards , Rooney is playing great but is still a hot head that can be wound up and put off his game . And as for Milan needing Pato desperately well Alex Ferguson Man Utd need Rooney alot more because Hunter , Seedorf Dinho can all score goals aswell Utd have no one that scores regularly besides Rooney.

I don't believe in Abate too, in fact I don't believe in any of our full backs, except Zaborotta and Oddo. But, believe me, our left side is a bigger problem. You're not right for Rooney, he plays in the middle, Park is not the left. Park is not a player who's dangerous in attack, he runs much, he covers much, but he can't run at players and, most important, he can't exploit any positional mistakes by Abate. On the other hand, Nani is on the right and he's their most in from player beside Rooney. Antonini will have a hard time stopping him. In ideal situation I would play Zambrotta on the left and Oddo on the right, but I think we can play without Oddo, but Zambrotta's absence on the left side would be a huge blow.

The Manure official website has announced that Vidic, Anderson, and Giggs were not among the 22 players available for the match against us

As for us Bori will not make it. acmilan.com said that Silva underwent double-training sessions yesterday so hopefully he can recover for this game.

FORZA MILAN!

about Ferguson, he can talk all he likes, but what he is saying means absolutely nothing...he said:
we lost Kaka?? well they lost CR9
we are Pato-dependent?? i'd say they are far more Rooney-dependent than we are on Pato.

so although what he is saying is pretty true, i still see it as mind games because he's considering that this is the "best time" to play us....implying that we are in a poor state....well i say let him do all the talking and let us do all the scoring

Regarding the formation, i think Bonera on the right is an intersting proposition which i think we better use in the return leg away while tomorrow we should stick with Abate because Pato will keep Evra busy so we need someone on that side who can benefit from the space created by Pato and based on this i would also love to see Flamini play in midfield as he can provide excellent cover for Abate and support the attack in so much better quality than Gattuso could ever do + Flamini is no stranger to playing ManU. Beckham can be used as a subsitute.

As for the left hand side, i sure hope Antonini will make it because it seems Zambrotta surely won't and i'd hate to see Favalli or Jankulovski defending againts Nani...that would be a massacre. However, whomever will play as LB, should be supported far better by Ambrosini than was the way against Udinese because that side looked like an open invitation for attack.

I'm confident our forward trio can cause all sorts of trouble for ManU like they did agaisnt Udinese especially that that was probably their first real match together...

Our main wish is to keep a clean sheet, so i am praying that Thiago will be back, and Dida's Mr. Hyde is out of Milano tomorrow

Forza Milan!!!

It seems that our biggest problem is the 3th midfield. Pirlo-Ambro and...
But why not try Becks? I mean, he is HOT on the match. And he still has the killer pass. So, we get the ball in our room, play it to Becks, and he can shoot a killer pass in front of Klaas or Pato run. Remembar Real? Pato is to fast for Mancho defence. So, this could lead us to drive Mancho defence to get a yellow for persistent fouling. Vidic is not there, that means Rio is the man, and he is not so fast. So after today news, I think that our best solution will be:
------Ambro-------
Becks-----Pirlo
So, in this case, you have an hard working capitano, and 2 players who needs just 3m of space to see the situation and make a long nice pass in the run of Klaas and Pato. Klaas will be a BIG + for us tomorow. He is faster then Marco, and that means that the Mancho defence must cope with 2 pacefull striker, and a dangerous genius on the left side.

edit: and Ronaldinho should be forbidden to drible so much. Ok a few times, but not allways the same tactic, give to Dinho, and let him drible. San Siro is not a Circus!

Because he's maybe TOO hot for this match ... I'm starting to be fed up with all his declarations, the likes of "I will always be a MU supporter", "Ferguson is like my father", "I respect them", "I'll be able to play in Old Trafford despite emotion", "Emotion is not a problem", blablabla ... is he trying to convince himself ??

Just for the joke, Beckham showed his killer pass during the Udinese game ... oh, I repeat, it's a joke ...

No no, we need Seedorf, he's the man for these kind of games, we all know it. 4 CL winners medals don't lie

Really nervous about the game though. Want our team to show Europe what we're made of.

Seedorf is the last person I want to see starting for Milan. As his lost the desire to track back and help out on defense.
Kala has 2 CL too, does that mean he should start over T. Silva(if he is healthy)?
