Not enough. Looking at the starting 11, the current starting 11 (from the start of the season - 11 that beat Real) was better.

In your team, the only player who's capable to create is Pirlo and he's waaay too up front, Flamini and Ambrosini can't create sh.t, we need Pirlo down in front of defense and another creative player in the position you put Pirlo. Furthermore, you have two weak links (both SB), and truly great team can afford just one weak link.

Frankly, we can't work in this system. I don't want to repeat my words, but we need another coach, who will make new, better, system. 4-3-1-2 is way to go nowdays, and it fits to most of our players, in fact everyone, except Dinho. I think it would take something (or someone) special to make Dinho work as AM in 4-3-1-2, but everything is possible. Again, few signings won't change anything, we need to go from the top, top-down, not bottom-up.

I think it is better to sell Dinho than fire the coach if we need new system.

With Dinho's form, his value could be about 30M. This amount enough for a WC AMC.

I honestly think that Dinho's having a good season is because of:

1. Leo puts him back to his old position where he shined for Barca
2. It's a WC year and he's trying to convince Dunga to take him.

If Dinho doesn't make it to South Africa (and I believe that's going to happen) he will lose his source of motivation.

I'm not being ungrateful but it seems to me we're simply changing from Kaka's dependence to Dinho's this season. We need more than one player capable of running the show.

Looking at these recent ping-pong of comments between Leo and Berlu in the media, there's a chance that Leo might not be at the helm next season. But even if he does, I can't help thinking that if there's a perfect time to sell Dinho, this summer mercato will be it.

Quite honestly, keeping Leo beyond this season will be a huge transfer coup for Milan.... I am not quite sure about him replacing Galliani in a director role, but the guy has got guts and a brain, proven by the way he has utilised and gotten almost everything out of his past prime players and often leaky defence, and the way he has stood up to the bullying ways of our beloved president.

On paper, replacing Yepes with Favalli is a good move.... Experienced and having plenty of first team action in the last few years, far stronger (not afraid to tackle and take his man on, unlike Favalli), very good in the air due to his physicality and slightly younger. But replacing a veteran with another veteran especially with Milan's situation is NOT GOOD. We need to replace these outgoing veterans (if they don't create a tantrum and blackmail Galliani to extend their stays!) with younger players... Atleast below 30. Is that too much to ask? God, if the true reason for this was that older players were far cheaper to sign, than maybe I would forgive, but the fact that MGT is paying top dollar for these past-prime players anyway is crazy!!! WHAT ARE THEY SMOKING?

So if Milan has a realtively balanced squad, in terms of those beyond 30, those in the 24-28 age bracket and those 23 and younger, this signing would have been excellent! However, since we have such an unbalanced spread of age, this signing represents the exact OPPOSITE direction we are (or atleast I think we are) aiming for as a club.

same here man... the thing is we are discussing the same things in circles cause we have no idea what kind of Summer Mercato we are going to have.

until the management decides to spend some money there is not much we can do besides making fun of them.

I actually hope that articel about Leo's ultimatum holds some truth and he requested a number of transfers for the summer.

On the contrary, I think a lot of us have a pretty good clue about what's going to happen in the mercato this summer. All signs are pointing to an usual spend nothing type of mercato this summer. We have signed another dinosaur to fill out the roster; our coach is threatening to quit due to a lack of financial support; we have made no progress toward any major signing; and the icing on the cake is our president and GM both come out and talk about this team being absolutely perfect in every way. Outside of the coaching part, that sounds a lot like the mercatos of the past years. The only question mark is, are we going to sell Pato this summer or wait until next summer.

A lot of people only use this thread as a fantasy world these days. It is a place where we can escape from the cruel reality that milan will never be the same again without a new owner.

I think our love for Milan is one-side, that's the definition of fan's love. Bitter but true.

We might not win the Scudetto this year, but I'm glad that we have Leo as the coach. If he has more power, he can do wonder. I believe that.

If I am the president of Liverpool, I get him to replace Benitez.

WHy would Leo join Pool, thats like jumping from one dying Top Team to another.
Funny thing is that, if Leo actually manages to win the league and B & G refuse to invest, I reckon Real might be knocking on Leo's door. Imagine that.
