The difference is, those teams do take their chances with their opponents slip up... Milan is a team that cannot handle the pressure any more

Official lineup:

Dida; Abate, Thiago Silva, Bonera, Zambrotta; Gattuso, Ambrosini; Seedorf; Huntelaar, Borriello, Ronaldinho.

We have 2 different official formations !!
One of ours isn't official ...

On Calciomercato, they put the unofficial formations and it was the one you just wrote, and on TMW, it was the one I just wrote (on TMW, the title was "Sampdoria Milan: Official formations").

Only Albertazzi from Primavera sits on the bench! Hope he gets some minutes.

Geo, eurosport's line-up is the same as yours, so i guess your formation is the official one.

I would much rather Mancini start on the right than Huntelaar and yeah Geo's lineup is the correct one. Kick off.

Let's go Milan..let's hope you don't piss us off like you have been for the past month.

Interesting stat on Sampdoria: They've not lost at home since January 2009 (Palermo won 2-0),
But in the last 17 matches against us, they've lost 11, drawn 3 and won 3.

what a goal by Borriello, and what a miss by Mancini. What an idiot, could have been 2-0 by now.

the best player in the first half has to be Dida.

I agree, Dida saved us. Let's hope we wake up in the second half.

Ambrosini has been TERRIBLE.

Best Milan players of the first half: Dida, Seedorf, Borri, Gattuso
Worst: Ambro, Mancini

Two defensive midfielders do provide a lot more cover than just Pirlo/Ambro, but we do miss Pirlo's ability to start moves from deep and relieve pressure. We just can't seem to get the ball forward; Seedorf is trying his best, but Ambro isn't helping at all. He seems distracted.

A strange day in Italy, ALL the matches ended 1-0 at half-time. I wonder what that means!
