Well, all we can do is to stand up and applaud to Moratti and Mourinho.

Not because Mourinho is a genius coach (which he isn't), but because they've made a great team with a little investment. Cambiasso was a reject and he became one of the best DMs in Inter, Sneijder also a reject, Pandev came for free, Lucio came cheap (and what a beast he is)... The only one they really paid for is Milito and he was just 25 M. Now he's one of the best penalty-box strikers in the world.

Don't believe about that stories about "bad referee cost Barca a game". It was nothing like that. It should have been 3:0 at half time, because Barca scored because of luck, and Milito missed two clear goal chances.

I REALLY can believe that they blame referee, even for Alves diving, because replays clearly shown that there was no contact AT ALL, it was a clear diving. They forgot how they beat Chlesea last year, it seems. They are used to La Lige ridiculous referees who whistle for every little contact. As the legend Gentile said, ballerinas shouldn't play football. They're not graceful in defeat at all.

Overall, Inter won the game not because Barca's players were tired because of the trip, or referee was bad, but Inter won because they were a better team. Period.
The made a great team because of Calciopoli.

I forgot to mention the Balotelli stuff. It looks certain he will leave Inter now with England his most likely destination. I'd love to see him in Milan though. He reminds me a little of Cassano at a younger age, an incredible talent, but one that needs a leash. If we were to get him we'd need to try and calm his idiotic nature just like Samp have with Cassano. But simply put, he's too huge a talent to not consider taking a gamble on.
For Criscito, it's on TMW and Calciomercato, they reported this rumour yesterday and today again on TMW.
And yeah, I meant versatile, sorry !!

Can't believe Milan fans are happy inter won, even my friend Revolver!! As Filipez said, is this the work of hackers?
Joe Hart + 20 mil for dinho would be a fair deal IMO.
Guardiola and Ranieri, please save us from HUMILIATION by stopping inter in thier quest for the treble (especially CL). Imagine how Mourinho would act if he won all three............ urggh, the thought alone is sickening!

Having a great city rival like Inter is one of the reasons I love Milan, but I don't want the blue&black win more

Inter have 17 Scudeto = Milan, I want their 2006 be stripped and lose this year to Roma, and next year we'll take it, with some new... ehem

Thanks. Biggest problem is Juve co-own him and want him back now.

A journalist of TeleLombardia gave an interview to milannews. He said Milan (rather Berlu's) new management style is the future of football club management as clubs can't keep wasting money and salary caps (internally at least) are being introduced to reduce costs. This is partly why Kaka was sold last season and this season Dinho's under question. He goes onto add that during these transitional years we as fans must suffer, but it's very much forward think in his view.

As far as the market goes he says Milan's loss for this season will be expected to be around 10-15 million compared to last season's 60+ as CL participation covers much of the debt (I think he adds that for this reason Pato won't be sold, though I'm not sure). He then says that we can expect free signings like Yepes and Cacau, and maybe look towards "great" (in his words) players like Buffon, Trezeguet and Camoranesi (he was referring to the Juve meeting yesterday).

He goes on to speak about Leo's future and says Leo has been presented with a dream job to coach Brazil for 2014 world at home, so it's understandable he leaves. He would suggest selecting the next coach internally or maybe getting Lippi.

I can understand where this guy's coming from. Our frugal spending policy isn't necessarily wrong, as most clubs need to try and do it for the future. However, I'd definitely question how we've approached the whole policy.

What particularly interested me is the comments about the CL income last season. A solid if unimpressive run in the CL reduced debt by around 50 million for the upcoming summer. If true, in theory we could purchase players over summer (say around 40 million worth, more if Dinho's sold) and cover much of our debt (if not all) during next season's CL.

I'm in agreement about his thoughts on our next coach. I think we have many decent coaches in Milan who we generally haven't seen enough of. If they aren't up to the job then Lippi's not a bad solution (though not a favourite of mine right now).

Just like how a real Milanista would never say crap about Gattuso? And a month later you soon joined me?

My milanistaness () is unquestionable. I am also a big Italy fan so regardless of who deserves to go through and who plays beautiful, I will always be on Italy's side no matter what.

Reports say Balotelli has agreed with Moratti to be sold.

I just am convinced that Moratti will never sell him to us. For some funny crazy reason I have a feeling Galliani has a hand in all this mess and some kind of trick to get Inter fed up with Balo so thats the only way they will sell him.

nothing wrong with that as long as Milan don't sell him, he needs another season at a smaller club. it might be premature to bring him in so early

Calciopoli, version 2.0: official, it starts again ...

It can look like it shouldn't be posted here, but depending on the "results" of the investigations and the potential punishment of some clubs (which ones, I don't know, but Inter seems to be in the center of this Calciopoli this time), it could have some consequences on the mercato of the Italian clubs.

That will never end ?!

No doubt this is bad for Italian football, but honostly, I REALLY hope Inter get their comeupins.

There are some SERIOUS tapes regarding Facchetti and Moratti from Inter talking to Bergamo as far as I know. Tapes where they offer the referee's gifts and what not, much worse than our Meani tapes. Rumour also has it that there even are tapes involving a game against Anderlecht some years ago in the CL, which could potentially see them banned from the CL like Marseille was.

Anyways, the fact that there were 50-something recordings with Inter that were not presented in 2006 is shady, very shady. Let's just hope that they at least get their paper Scudetto revoked, plus having to pay financial compensation.

One more reason for Galliani to be "carefull" and not sign anyone.

As for Merda ( the most disgusting club in the planet) I wish them all the worse and if its possible the same faith as Juve had few years ago. in serie B I also wish they loose vs Barca and dont play CL final and Roma wins scudetto. That is all I have to say about Inter.

Im really interested to see is it really possible that we have even worse mercato then last year?

It wasnt all about money, it was about the incompetence also. Branca bought Motta and Millitto for 17-18 mln together! Milan gave 15mln for Hunter ( which Milan did not but... its not officiall so...). Pandev was free, Eto'o was part of the Ibra transfer.

Millitto, Motta, Pandev and one more Real player ( Robben, VdV ) in Kaka' transfer would make HUGE difference. It was all about work, not about money.

Those Trez rumors are also ridiuculous, he is too old now. Also De Ceglie is not the class we need. Melo? No, it is the great Zebina to replace Oddo!

For Milito and Motta, it's more than that as Milito alone costed 16M + Acquafresca ... If I remember, they paid something around 10M for Motta, and they gave Crespo.

From what I read recently, Inter will have to pay Barcelona for Eto'o as it would be actually a loan.

They just have money and use it.

But if Inter had to play in Serie B (who knows, everything can happen now with this Calciopoli), I would be curious to see how many players would ask to leave, because apart from Zanetti, Materazzi, Toldo, and some other players who are less and less in the first team, I don't think there are as many real Nerazzuri in their team as there were real Bianconeri in Juventus few years ago.

They bought Milito + Thiago Motta for 17 M + Aquafresca and some other youngsters. Inter have been giving all their talents away for years.

Also totally agree with Geo. Half of Inter are mercenaries, more so than most players.
