if Milan can bring 3 to 6 players like Silva and Kaka,im more than happy...we would have a great team in few years...The problem is that you have to find them before others,before they are overhypeed...then our chances became zero...

its easy to manage a club like Milan yet Galliani cant...Berlusconi should solve tax's problem for instance,then new stadium...Berlu can just inject some money for new stadium like Alianz Arena...Bayern gets 100m euros a year profit from there,its enough for signings...They can sign Ribery,Robben while we cant...The problem is there...They can sign Gomez for instance with that money.yet still have players from Bayern II...The left wing back just promoted from Bayern 2 in january along with 2 new players.Muller is from there...i'd rather to have Muller instead Huntelaar+inzaghi...

if Galliani could send some of old and finished players like Kaladze,Oddo,Favalli,Jankulovski
e.t.c.we wouldnt have that 9.8 m euros red...we would be in blues...Thats the problem...

if he fails,you dont lose much.if he doesnt fail,you will earn a player...for nothing...

He certainly is talented,just look at his goal vs Palermo in Coppa italia final for instance...
after that dribblings,off course dribblings were awesome,yet only a really good player can make that finish after that dribblings...Verdi is really a good player...

Other teams had 2 players for one spot,yet at Milan,we had 3-4 players for one spot...
then most of them were/are overpayed...just look at Barcelona's midfielders...

Xavi,iniesta,Keita,Toure,Busquets...
Seedorf,Pirlo,Gattuso,Flamini,Ambrosini...

who earns much?just calculate it then you will see the result...whos to blame,Galliani or Berlusconi...most of ours players are over 30...Milan signs free agent Flamini for 5.1 wages when Milan had 2 DM at his spot...yet dont have a sub for Pirlo or didnt replace declined Seedorf since 1-2 years at that time...Who signed Flamini?Berlusconi?i dont think so...

ibrahimovic and Ukranian player are flops,yet Barcelona has economic power to owercome this...They can sign Villa,Silva,Ribery next season...Guardiola made this signings...i knew that both would be flops...i didnt know Berba would be a flop yet i knew Quaresma would be the flop or i didnt know about Mancini...they dissapointed me...

ibra was the king of Serie A yet he always failed at high tempo,what did ibra do in CL during inter times?Ukranian player was good player yet thats all...didnt prove anything yet Barcelona overpayed him and signed him...they could sign Villian for 30 m euros...if they do it,i wouldnt be surprised at all...They gave Eto'o for ibra as well...

Any team would be happy to sign guys like T. Silva, Kjaer, Cissohko, Pastore, Hamsik, Santacroce, Dzeko, Honda, Krasic, Jovetic, Mordic, Corluka and Gourcuff before they become the players they are today. But the problem with that for MIlan is that their scouting department is really crap beside Leo. On top of that they really don't like risking anything over 5M on unproven talent-Leo's recommendations were exceptions, and lastly, their development of young player is horrible.

Lets ignore the Gourcuff case for now. Can you imagine Kjaer and Santacroce having any play time in Milan 3 years ago under Carlo? Given that they both are unknown players, of which, Santacroce was playing in Serie B before hand. The answer will be not much, as Carlo would not have risk playing them instead of the great Kala, Favalli and Bonera. Do you think Dzeko will have any playing time when Carlo when they were Gila, RO, Pippo and then R99. What about Honda, Jovetic, Pastore, Hamsik, Krasoc? They will be just like Gourcuff in Milan.

Point is that in order to find the next great/good players that make us diehard fans go WOWWWW, thats KID is amazing......Sure, for every Dzeko or Jovetic, there will be a Saviola(good player but not close to the hype) and Anderson(though I think he is being misuse but unless he starts playing well, he is still a flop in my book) Milan need to take risks on young players and have great scouts. Sadly, that will not be the case. Since the MGT is very conservative and have no faith in their own scouts.

I don't know why do you prefer Antonini than De Vito. And if De Vito plays as left fullback I still don't get why you choose Abate and not Antonini? Antonini is better than Abate both in defensive and offensive ability. Abate has made good improvement this season but still I will choose Antonini over Abate at anytime. If Leo can do same thing (what he did to Abate) to De Vito, De Vito should be better than Abate since De Vito is left fullback (which means he is better defensively) and has better vision of the game play and cross.

Our current management were the ones who provided us with Kaka and Sheva in the first place.

But that doesn't mean I think they're doing a great job right now though...

They are also the ones who sold them and did not replace them.

I agree with you. Many of Milan fans think that all great players want to play for Milan, but it's not the case. We can attract great players just with money. The only player we got cheap from 2004 till now was Flamini because we gave him 4 M a year and he left Arsenal because he wanted more than 2 M a year. No matter how much Pato is talented, it was ridiculous to spend 21 M for 17-years old. Then, 20 M on Ronaldinho, when Barcelona would let him for free, I could bet my life with it back then.

Actually, we don't have good relationship with any of the clubs. Nobody wants to sell their players to Milan. Lazio "sold" Pandev to Inter and not to us, and Galliani invented a stupid excuse like we don't want to mess with Lazio.

Then, Pastore thing, it's really sad we are spending so much money for trips to South America and Palermo spots the jewel that Pastore is and takes him for 8 M, and then Galliani ridiculously says Pastore is fantastic player. After someone bought him! Where were our numerous scouts in South America?! Same for Hernanes, they've spent so much time in Brazil and then when whole world knew Hernanes is great, we made a bid. Why do we need "scouts" when we are making bids too late, when all world knows that (for example) Hernanes is a great player and his price is not low anymore?!

From 2003 - 2007 we were most successful club in the world and two years latter we're suddenly in 60 M debt and it would be 120 M if we haven't sold Sheva. Where the money went?! Calciopolli cost us a lot, but not so much that from all the money we earned in 4-5 years time we're suddenly 120 M down. For example, Inter made a numerous investments from 1990 until 2005 and won nothing in that 15 years.

All this proves that lack of investment is not the problem. This club is maintained badly for years, and that's much deeper than "Berlusconi doesn't want to spend". Everybody (Galliani, Braida, MilanLab and so on) are guilty for this situation before Sivlio.
