Ozil is an up and coming player, problem for MIlan is that, the whole world knows that. I doubt Milan can sign him in a race with teams like ManU, Chelsea, ManCity, Real, Barcelona, Inter, and even Juve.

Inter will open discussions with Mascherano according to English media , I dont think that Inter need him but he is a bit younger than Cambiasso and obviously would and will be an asset if he goes to Inter.

On top of all this milannews reports Milan's bugdet will increase little by little based on sales. Whilst true about our budget increasing, it's also true that sold players need replacing, so whilst the bugdet may increase, the need for investment does too.

I dont think Milan will buy Ballack, he want to back to Bundes Liga and that is what probably will be happen. About Amelia, i agree , I think Milan should buy Alves from Almeria, he is young ahd had a great 2 seasons and also Consigli for free (his contract expired), I would like to see Pastore or Ozil as AMC in Milan but Pastore worth too much and Ozil probably will leave for Premier League. Milan Need Italians like Marchetti, Andrea Poli but also I hope Dzeko will finally move to Milan, he will be new Shevchenko

I have this horrible feeling that Storari will leave for 4 mil and Abbiatti for about 5 and in will come Amelia for free on a loan with a view to but and Dida will be given another year....Make 9 million spend none and Hunter will leave for about 13 million and I think that before the Mercato is over Oddo Kala and Janku will all be gone for about 5 million.

That gives us 27 million to spend but with 6 players to replace well maybe 4 players if Dida stays and Amelia comes in either way its not enough money .

Flamini 10 Millions
Borrielo 15 Millions (if milan want Dzeko)
Ronaldinho 15 Millions (not sure too)
Storari 4-8 Millions (sad but possible)

I honestly think that will not happen , I want to keep Flamini and 4 million for Kaladze and 3 million for Oddo , I admire your optomism but Berlusconi has made it clear on several occassions that we have to sell to buy and there will be no other money than that.
So if I am going by your reasoning we will have 50 - 60 million to replace 7 players as Berlu has said sell to buy otherwise no budget.Ans our problem is if we sell Hunter Flamini Borriello Dinho we will not replace them with players that will make us better .

Yeah you'd think , but he hasn't done much except say that Milan team is fine and should of won the scuddetto and would of if he was in charge as manager , and Im just going on what has been said about there being no transfer funds unless we sell players.He isnt stupid but is a bit out of touch 16 players over 30 about 10 over 33 and in a squad of 26 that only 16 ever play thats not good enough.But he doesnt seem bothered .

If he can take some longshots, he is the second Pavel Nedved.

We need him for RCM in 4-3-1-2, his workrate & movement help us a lot, a attack-minded Gattuso.

He did great today.

Like I mentioned after the Serbia-Ghana game. I think he suffered in that game because of the formation. He was asked to play as a RM (a right wide player in a 4 man midfield across). He really struggled with that.

Today, he was playing in his more common role and made a difference. He was more advanced and that's what works for him. He can be dangerous if he gets the ball 30-35meters from the goal out wide. He can use his pace well then.Like we saw against Ghana though, when he receives the ball at the half way line, he isn't as effective and is very predictable in that formation.
