we should sell , R80 Rino and switch melo for klass , sign honda , dempsey , jucilei , joe cole , finally management makes sense and is noticing we need midefielders more than strikers don't get me wrong i want Ibra more than anybody , but he himself won't be enough to win us Serie A or CL , rebuild the midfield , promote some young defensive players and we're okay dominic adiyiah should be ready at 20 years old ? finally but is getting more confusing since we have only 1 EU spot to open up , REMEMBER ALLEGRI WILL PROBALLY USE A 41212 OR 422 so we have to imagine what would fit his plan ?

i tryed to be cheap as possible creating this formation in my head we atleast spend over 10 million under 20 million euro's for a fact and get younger and start running finally im doing this under the FIGC's new rule , and based on what i herd about allegri's tactical approach .....

Not convinced this would be a good move at all. Hopefully just another silly season rumour with no truth in it whatsoever.

Clint Dempsey? Then why not J.Hernandez? ManU may be loaning him.

Our best hopes lie in Allegri being a tactical genius, and a coaching guru with youngsters.

I'm hoping he can see that Strasser, Verdi, Oudamedi, Albertazzi, Romangnoli, Adiyah can give more to the team than Rino, Inzaghi, Zambrotta, & others who are still on the good books of the management.

Our real problem last season tactically was the lack of any pressure from our forwards when we lost the ball. If that happens this season then we'll have another poor season.

I thought our problems was mainly the lack of movement from players in the second half of the season. Esp., when they needed to play 2 games in a week more frequently.

Personally, after Carlo-anti youth, and Leo-a bit better, as he did used Abate and Antonini more, with mostly youth in the Coppa. I really doubt the youth of Milan are good enough at Serie A level or just not ready yet. Ofcourse, they are probably better than guys like Oddo, Kala and others.

Considering De Vito is the only Left footer LB in the system and yet Leo did not call him up, or Verdi the only natural RW/RM still did not get a chance to play when both Pato and Beck got injured.

Anyhow, still rather see Milan lose with young players than those walking zombies.

Ì refuse to believe that only in Italy are the youth not good enough.

They get enough chances in other European countries, some fail, some succeed.

We've produced imo about 10-15 players in the last 10 years or so who haven't been given a chance. Instead we've signed mountains of foreign crap wating millions.

Until they get a proper chance the way Barcelona and other big european clubs give their youths a chance, they'll never be good enough.

It might take them a few games to lose some nerves, to play more naturally, but it'll come and Milan can look forward to a season with some players of potential instead of last paycheck players playing for nobody but themselves.

The thing is, I am sure there are some great young IT youths. Mario, Bonnucci, De Gilge, Marchiso, Santacroce, Racchaonia, Santon, Givinco, Rossi, Macheda and even Polashi.
My point is that Milan youth might just not be good enough yet.

I don't think IT youths are as bad as those in England but at least youth in England gets a chance to play in meaningful games while youths in IT don't, even in small clubs.

I must say I'm nervous about this summer's rumours. Klose, Cole, Otamendi and now Dempsey aren't names that fill me with much confidence.

There are plenty of good youngsters in Italy, but they are often overvalued too early and so big clubs look elsewhere for quality youngsters, not giving them chances. Without experiencing a high level of football, most disappear into oblivion and never live up to expectations.

Esp, young IT defenders. Not long ago, guys like Bonera, Legro, Zaccardo, Baraghi, and Moretti were all praised as the next Nesta, Canna, Cap, but all of them just became good squad players.

I believe that if the player is good enough, they should start and play regardless of age. I mean, if a 17yrs old is good enough to play at the highest level, whats wrong with playing him?

They say that the revolution is coming next year every year and we always end up with the same crap. Face the facts, the only revolution in milan is for the junior team to be promoted to the first team in its entirety. They will, of course, all be touted as the greatest players of their generation and then end up being nothing but busts.
