What? Nesta and Galliani's hand picked Nesta successor is gone? This is even worse than when Kaka left! |

I guess there is no use discussing transfers just yet, as any notable ones will be done in the very last minute of the transfer window, and will be a rushed decision no doubt.....

Is the deal finalized yet? Is he really gone? I remember his wage was 1 million. remember Fiori, our no.3 goalkeeper? got a J.D. degree while "working" for us and collected more than 10 million over his 9-year tenure with us. those were good old days. perhaps even the janitor got paid big bucks. ![]()

I'm surprised no one has mentioned we're on the verge of getting 2 Genoa youth players for our Primavera. The first is Diego Polenta who is 18 and appears to be one of the new generation of solid Uruguayan defenders, whilst the other is Richmond Boakye who is 17 and has scored for Genoa in Serie A. Basically, getting these two means some of the Primavera last year will either get promoted or be moving out on loan. |

Samaldinho and ACMILAN1983 both you guys mentioned that 2011 seems to really be that year for the revolution......well we all thought that...UNTIL THIS CAME UP
http://www.milannews.it/?action=read&idnotizia=29412 Wasn't he almost certain of leaving the team this summer? Why the FK have we renewed his contract? My gosh Galliani is killing us. I hope to see him sold just like Storari after he renewed with us (Storari renewed to increase his value, hope its the same with Massimo). Brasiliero: I really hope R80 would get sold to those teams, it would be great for Milan. I believe he could be sold for 12 million at least, and save 9 million of his wages for next year. That amount in itself can bring in a player like Coentrao or Van der Wiel. About Van der Wiel, I will be hoping to bump into him in Johannesburg tomorrow and tell him to join Milan. I like to take credit for bringing Pato to Milan, because when he played the World Cup in Canada I told him to join Milan and he did later that summer . Your welcome guys.King James joins Chris bosh and Dwayne Wade at Miami Heat Last edited by hitmannq8; 09-07-2010 at 03:16. |

With all these 2011 summer transfer thing. I think we are really hoping for the best, as soccer is not like Basketball where players are free agents. Like what Miami did with Bosh, James and Wade or other teams creating spaces just to have a shot in signing them.
Lets say, Kala, Janku, Zambro, Dinho, Ambro, Seedorf, Pirlo and Pippo are all gone in 2011 summer. DO you really believe that Milan will be out splashing huge amounts on players then? If so, why don't they do that this summer or last summer? |

I'm not sure if I'm honest. Either Galliani's out of his mind or it could be a clever move given the situation. As you said it could increase his value for an eventual sale, but more importantly I think it depends on what he was previously earning. If he was getting 4m a year like many players, then paying 3m over 2 years lessens the cost a lot, especially if we can't sell him.
I'm not in the slightest pleased about him staying on. However, it may be a necessary move to try and cut costs on the whole. |

Cant wait till the new NBA season!! Miami looking strong on paper
I wonder who will replace LeBron in Cleveland. Nba is much more fun to talk about than Milan Now Oddo renews? holly crap, I thought it couldnt get any worse, but the management keeps proving me wrong! they are doing a great job at making us look ridiculous.

The self proclaimed "King" runs like a girl under mother's (DWade's) skirt
He wont win a thing there, because the Heat has banked all of its cap space to the "big three" (+ chalmers, beasley is off to the wolves for a 2nd round pick LOL).Milan is not interesting these days ![]() |
