Summer Mercato 2010

At least today we're linked with a few players that are more exciting than the ones we already got, like Ibra, Robinho and Veloso. And Pato has again committed to Milan.

At least there are plenty of news link with us (even with zero result). No news and no result would be more terrible, nothing to read nor nothing to dream (our habit in recent years).

About the Oddo situation:
- Without signing the new contract, we would pay 4M for 1 year
- With the new contract, we'll pay 3M for 2 years.

So we'll save 1M (not a lot) after 2 years, the best about this deal is that this salary will be cut in 2 years (so we'll spend a lower part of our budget on him), but that means we will have dead wood in our team for one more year.

So I'm not really convinced by this new contract.

Actually, we're doing what the guy from Cagliari said he would do with Allegri (keeping him, so paying him for nothing). We all thought it was quite stupid, and now, Galliani does the same thing with Oddo (for a different reason, but the result is the same: keeping a player and paying him for nothing). So, after writing that, I'm not convinced at all and I even think it's a stupid idea.

PS: About Oddo, I don't criticize him, he accepted to be paid less, so the only stupid part is the one coming from Galliani.

Why not take the 3 mill for one year and then just GTFO.Go somwhere like Chievo and get 2 mill for 2 years retired and thats it.

Besiktas have offered 20 million for Robinho Man City turned it down...does that mean we are out because if they want more than nothing for him that kinda rules us out but turning down 20 million euro (£17 million) and Dinho isnt worth more than 20 million.

In an ideal world, we would sell him for 3 million now and save on his 8 million (tax included) salary, then we would buy Arouca with 2 million and pay him 1 million.

Apparently Barcelona wants Pato in exchange for Ibrahimovic. Well then... Forget it!

Why am I so sure about that ?

Go on the official AC Milan website, you'll notice something: Pato is everywhere on the website, in the news ("Pato will be in Milan in 11 days" for example, well, who cares ?). If you went on the website some weeks/months ago, you would have noticed that the star of the website was Ronaldinho, and suddenly, he totally disappeared from the site. For me, that means that the situation with Ronaldinho isn't clear right now and as a consequence, all our "marketing" is done around Pato.

I may be wrong, but if the website has some kind of importance ...

Pato costs around 55-60 m euros at least, İbra failed at Barcelona and however they want to sell him, their asking price is 35 m euros if i remember correctly...Lets keep Pato and loan İbra with an option to buy. Only City can pay that amount of money to Barcelona for ibra considering Mancini, considering Juve wants to sign Dzeko, Who's another city target.

Oddo's wage was 2 m euros a few years ago. Who renewed it with 4 M euros a year. Who can be? Off course SOB Galliani. his magic continues...

Loaning Mancini is a bad move, inter would give him free to us, as they want to get rid of him so bad...We need young and quality players who can improve first 11, not the bench. Why we allways improve the bench first then we say, we have Oddo, first we should send him away to sign anyone.

Galliani should be replaced first...Then Everything will be okay. Roma is doing very good mercato without money, Adriano and Simplicio are very good signings. Juve is doing bad mercato with money. İnter s in silent, as they dont need to strength the squad to win scudetto, they could have 2 first 11 which both of them are much stronger than ours.
They have many world class players, while we dont have much. maybe they can sell Maicon, if Real offers what they want. 30 m euros.

i dont see the logic playing Pirlo as trequartista, Come on Allegri, Pirlo cant play there,
you have to find a way to play Ledesma and Pirlo together or rotate them. Pirlo is not effective on further area, its better to sign a player like Honda, who is effective there and has great finishing. Playing Pirlo there, will make us so predictable and slow, and ineffective in attacks.

İbra's wages are around 12 m euros, its an amount we cant pay. so ibra is very unlikely.
Fabiano's ages makes me think and he costs much considering the age.Then we dont have much options there. Melo wont add anything to us. Veloso wont add anyting to us.

what you said is valid, but that will mean that we actually have a action plan..and all the indication prove that we don`t. Pato is well protected and not for sale, but an indecent proposal can change everything in Milan atm.

What I believe is sure that, if we are going to sell Ronaldinho, we will get Ibra for sure. IMO.
