Yup, both parties agreed to rescind the contract despite Rafael still has two years left in the contract. Why can't Baldie do the same with Marek and Kala?

Ronaldinho is no way weaker than Diego, and Juve only better than us indisputably under the bar with Buffon (who btw won't play in season opening).

Only Chelsea, Inter, Barca, or Man Utd have starting CB pair comparable to us. Maybe Madrid too. We should admit though that our fullbacks are one of the worst in European top flight. Our first team can and will compete with everybody, and we can talk big in CL if we could avoid Barcelona, Madrid, and Chelsea in last 16 or quarterfinals. Our backup, however, are horrifying and we need many prayers that our starter will be fresh as always for every match in this season.

What I want to say is, with right tactics, right coach, and right player mentality, we will achieve something this year. Don't say I don't want any new signings; if only I had 20-30M in my bank account, I will sign Honda and give him to Milan.

What is the chances of Nesta staying healthy for a whole season?
Yepes, Papa and even Gouch can fill in here and there but they ain't Nesta or even close to that.

FB are not as much a problem as the midfield. Do u guys even remember how mobile the midfield were when there are two games per week? Pirlo movement is crap, Ambro moves a lot but only if he plays once a week. Flamini might be the key but how much can one do. After all, he is the only under 30 midfield as well as someone who actually runs the whole match in Milan.
As much as I love Dinho, he won't be as good as this past year.

Unless Pato develops more and stay healthy, Milan won't do a thing in CL. While they will finish Top4 in the league due to the weak Serie A.

Since JM is the coach of Real, I doubt they will be playing free flowing attack football, as JM is known for his structure. I really see no point comparing Milan to other top teams any more as that is too depressing.

Persoanlly, I rate Inter and Roma finishing above Milan in Serie A while Milan will duo it out with Juve, Viola and Napoli for the final two spots.

yea I like that idea too. I also would like the winner of the Coppa Italia to get the fourth CL spot instead of being 4th place in the league..

We do have crappy full-backs compared to other Champions League teams...
It doesn't help either when Oddo gets an extension..

but i still see alot of improvement in Antonini. Although he is not that young, he seems to improve when he gets his chance to play. And Sokratis still has much to learn but wll be good in the long run due to his age and ability to play CB as well.

Yes Whole idea was just to compare our team with others. Juve is still in dissaray and without an identity. But teams like Barca, Inter, Madrid (mourinho) chelsea ManU Bayern are in my opinion a lot stronger than us...

I'm not saying I want us to spend like Man City...I don't...

But, Berlusconi could make a possible Championship team immediately if we bought Dzeko or Honda...(i understand we cant by both which sucks)
but if we had both those guys, jucilei or Lassana or Marquez..
and then Van der Wiel... or Coentrao.. not even both but just 1...

All in all, 40-60 m would make us great... but I'd even be happy with Honda at this point although I think we're too weak at the FB position and not deep enough in the midfield...

Nesta Silva are a GREAT CB pair but for how much longer and how much longer will Nesta last?

1 signing per year would be fine..in next 3 years..Honda then Coentrao/VDW, then a Striker..
