i understand what ur saying rossoneri fuego but how i understand it no matter how defensively tight seria a style of play is if a player is great they can overcome this.. look how kaka played with milan in seria a he made defence look like it was non exsistent at times, and wing play does exsist if im correct maicon stood his ground as a great player by playing for inter mainly, players prove themselves by their mid 20's - this is when experience and skill colide and if the player is talented enough and puts the experience to good use then they are a great player imo.You can't use ronaldinho as an example of switching from LA Liga and seria a also. ronaldinho is my favorite player, its not the changes in style of play its more to do with his age and form that made him halff the player he used to be.. and la liga is not too different from italian soccer, ill give u england as more kick and run and use of wings alot - but italy and la liga have always been slightly similar, i mean similar enough for the ronaldinhos and messis to adapt too if a switch is made

if thats true i think id accept.. only if milan makes GOOD USE of the money. real are willing to offer 20m and VdV for thiago.. VdV would give us more quality and it could possibly solve our forward problems by some means of chemistry between him and huntelaar, however if that 20mill isnt spent wisely then its a waste of a transfer. that 20m needs to be instantly put towards a defender whos worth to fill thiagos boots. otherwhys, its a no go for me if we have to rely on nesta-yepes in the back line. i would do a pepe&vdv for thiago deal in a second, but i doubt that would happen seeing as real bought him for 30m from porto..

Thiago for 25m and VDVaart would give us options. but like MilanMikey said, that money must be spend wisely!!! And thats why I'm afraid this deal can happen, as I dont see galliani capable of spending that money wisely. so I say NO to this deal.

I tend to agree with you.

25m and VdV is very tempting but somehow i keep remembering the "wisely" spent money we got for Kaka.

Imagine a scenario where we sell Silva and don't buy anyone...

I could see VdV coming and playing and mgt thinking we have Nesta Papa Yepes Bonera Kaladze that can play CB and taking the deal but spending no money.Its what would be most likely to happen .

that's the worrysome part. and tbh 20-25m and VdV is a hard offer to reject woudlnt you agree? berlu is probably gona think why not pocket 20-25m we still have great champions in cb with yepes and bonera and we're getting a midfielder. however, in one way we did sign thiago for 10m.. if we could find a talent like that for 10m we have an additional 10-15m to spend, meaning we could probably land a promising youth or a good player in a position we need reinforcement which is basically every other position.. and to rossoneri, what i meant is wingplay like i stated, he mostly runs up and down the wing. thats still considered a winger imo. quaresma is a wide midfielder, most websites etc or articles on him catigorize him as a winger - i just used it as a form of speech. , wide midfielder etc basically means winger dont let my opinions offend u in any way sorry if i did. anyhow does anyone know what happend to Vagner Love? i cant quite remember if he had a good south american or good world cup campaign this one time and then right after his name disapeared off the face of the earth? i think hes still in his mid 20's

MAybe Real should send VDV, M. Diarra/Gago/L. Diarra, and Drenthe/Marcelo for T. Silva. That way, no money for B & G to pocket while improving Milan with three very useful players.

That would be an awesome deal, as long as we can get the other half of Oduamendi, Strasser and Zigoni with a low price.

25 mil + VDV for Thiago Silva is too little. VDV is not a star or even was. He was and is only decent player.
