It's not just a vision its a reality , athletic strong player nothing more.I'd actually go as far to say that if the game was played without a ball he'd be perfect , but he is awkward on the ball will not split a defence will not change a game in an instant and make you go wow.And while thats not a what you always need he is not a player that will add much , some people bash Abate but K.P Boateng is the same a headless chicken some people call it.Ive seen only a few games of Jucilei but thats the kind of player we need in mid.

Anyone is watching Jucilei ? What an amazing effort so far. He is all over the pitch. Helped to score the first goal.

They promised not to sell our best players and they did it......they promise that we are going chase the seri-a title, and after 4-5 months they said we chase the fist 4 places for cl........ Act like a victim and you will be a victim....... If you want to see us again top, wish berlu to sell the cluub because he is finished..... |

I'm one of the pessimistic ones as I am growing increasingly more pissed at Berlusconi and Galliani....
I was the original person to state that Berlusconi was not buying mainly because we are entering 1932 of the Great Depression... Things are not good... Europe is collapsing and America is next. Things will unfold over the course of the next year or two that will show that our economic and financial system is build on a rotten core due to Globalization, Central Banks fiat money system, and more.. Anyways despite all of this.... I really feel like Milan could still be a good team with less money... Merkel can prove to be an up and coming star... Honda can be an ACM that brings great balance..Flamini can hold everything together and Pirlo can orchestrate from the back... I do feel that we need another striker in the future and that Dinho probably needs to go.. not because Dinho is not good but because he only fits in 4-3-3 systems... anyways hopefully we can solve our Fullback situation, midfield situation, and gain a reliable top Striker haha |

Hitmannq8, sorry, I saw several reports about Insua being really close to Genoa ... there would be some problem because of the salary, but it looks like the guy will come to Genoa in the next few days.
And it is also reported that Genoa would try to make a last effort on the mercato by taking Podolski. Actually, I like what does Genoa this year: they bring some known/hyped names in Italy, and Serie A needs that (no matter which club does it), especially after the biggest stars of the championship left each season for some years (Sheva, Kaka', Ibra, well, they are the most known players who come to my mind, there are probably some others).

Fiorentina will probably have to make some purchases this summer: Jovetic is out for 8 months ...
We can maybe sell them Ronaldinho for 10M ? ![]()

Real's move for Maicon collapse. I think that seriously Inter should have taken the money for Maicon when they could, kind of like Barca did for Zambrotta. Maicon's defensive game isn't that great, he has got speed and can cover ground. It is eerily similar to Zambrotta. He was fast, he had a good shot and could deliver a lot of crosses.
When Zambrotta was Maicon's age he was just as good. When you have a fast fullback at about 27-29, within a few years he is bound to get slow, and if his defensive game isn't that good he will fall apart. The same happened to Zambrotta. He was fast and could move forward. A few years later, he's not fast he cannot make a tackle and doesn't provide the threat going forward that he used to. If I was an Inter fan(Trust me I'm not) I would want Maicon to go to collect funds because in 2 years he will be slow and a horrible player than Real will have a contract with him thats long and a lot of money and they will have him warming the bench. I can picture it coming into a Jankulovski, Oddo situation. But Inter will keep him, pay 120,000 a week for him and have no where for him to go. I think that move was actually pretty stupid by the Inter management and kind of stupid by Mourinho as well to invest so much time and possibly so much money. Personally I don't think Maicon has much of a defensive game, what do you guys think?

![]() Seriously, Maicon is the best RB when going forward, it's simple, if you look at the results of Inter in the last 2 years, there are 2 teams: the winning (but we know they cheat ...) team with Maicon, and the "normal" team without Maicon. Defensively, I disagree with you: the guy is also among the best RB in the world, I think he's quite solid. It's the main difference between him and the other RBs: he can both defend and attack. And so far, paying useless players has never disturbed Morrati, he has always done that actually, so Inter should keep this player as long as he has something to give. It's what I would want Milan to do if such a player was in our defense. Anyway, I just wanted to reply you, but I can't make a complete post about a player from Inter, so I need to write something about Milan now !! ![]() Does Madrid giving up Maicon mean that they will buy another RB ? Or will they annoy us for Thiago Silva during the whole summer because of that ?! Maicon going to Madrid would have allowed us to relax regarding Thiago Silva.

Boetang is another Sissoko-the one playing for Juve, nothing more.
As for Maicon, dude, he is the best RB since Cafu. Someone who is great in attack and defense. |

I like that saying, it suits the best in conciously control one's life, you and your life, me and mine, but a fan and his/her favourite club is another story. Milan sold Sheva & Kaka at the right time, IMO. I also think we should have another president since Berlusconi can't concentrate 100%, but I can't name names. No real fan wants to invest in Milan, except for some pure investors like the Glazers. It is hard to manage a team, but I think it is even harder to be a fan, emotion is never easy to deal with. Frankly, I'm now hoping for a Man City budget while talking to myself limited one is OK ![]() |

I would not say selling Sheva and Kaka were right decisions at that time or even now.
Since Sheva was sold, B & G tried to replace him with RO, R99 and finally Pato. If Sheva were to stay, Milan would not have wasted money on RO and R99, that's roughly 30Mil including wages excluding Pato. I still think Kaka is a great player, just look at the Confed. Cup and World Cup. I think his struggles at Real is down to the team play. Thats just my IMO, I think if they both stayed, Milan would have been a much better team and waste less money. |

You are right. However, at other viewpoint: - Sheva wanted to go, he said many times that he wanted to learn English (what a reason). In fact, the management & fan tried their best to hold him back, but no result except his tear. So we had no choice but sell him and we sell at the best possible price. - Kaka didn't say he wanted Real but we all know he liked this team, and his father used the rumour to force Milan to give him better contract. Of course he deserved, but something like 3 new contracts a year is still ridiculous. He is the reason for wage inflation in Milan. Money wise: Milan got much money and could begin to reduce the wage of old players. Achievement wise: I don't think we'd have better season with Kaka, he's been injured a lot after 2007 and last season with hernia & knee problems, how we would play with him? Couldn't be sure but high chance: not much special. I'm still sad about their departures, but the decisions were not totally wrong. |
