You're right. Before this signing, I just expected 4th in Serie A and qualifying the CL group, but now 2nd in Serie A and quater/semi final are quite realistic. Kaka-Pato-Ronaldo didn't last long, maybe too beautiful to last ![]() IMO, real beauty is to win, and this new trident is more capable of. If Pato could play like he wants without too much burden, he will be less likely to get injured. And if they could play about 20-30 matches with each other, the end result will be immensely better than just 2,3 matches of the old one. Quote:
Thank for reminding me that, the joy made me think he is already our player ![]() |

If we had better RB and LB..then we could play more of a Christmas Tree...
KPB---Pirlo---Flamini --Pato----Ronaldinho-- ----Ibrahimovic----- Unfortunately, we don't therefore I think for now Ronaldinho may experiment as Trequartista, but if he drifts out left, could be an issue, maybe not. It's also possible to see this in January: KPB---Pirlo---Flamini -----Robinho------- --Pato-Ibrahimovic-- (bye bye Ronnie) Either way..i was just looking at Zlatan's highlights from last year in Barca and it's amazing .. I think 21 Goals 10 Assists on a team like Barca where everyone scores..is a good year at the least..plus he was injured for part..I think he's going to score 20-25 for sure considering he's getting balls from Pirlo and Ronaldinho... he's going to love all of the passes from those two.. Get his a** training, medical, etc..and let's get him ready for next weekend... FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Last edited by Elmago99; 28-08-2010 at 21:19. Reason: mistake |

By the way, it's very important as another poster said, that we respect Barcelona. You do not want bad relations there in the future.
Yes, Galliani practically stole Ibrahimovic. The method was simple. He saw a deteriorating relationship between Raiola, Ibra, Pep Guardiola, and Barca Management. he exploited the situation and used the media to make things worse. Actually, he knew Raiola would make things worse himself. Anyways, he was able to do a backroom deal with Robinho, which put pressure on barca, and that sealed the deal. Anyways, I agree we must respect barca and not rub it in their faces. We got a good deal here, and we are all very happy. We sold Hunter for 12 and bought Ibra for 24 (don't have to even pay yet).. so its as if we bought him for 12.. It's fantastic. Let's hope things are smooth between Milan Mgmt and Barca Mgmt. Going for players in the future or selling players, is very important. Milan have good relations with most clubs besides MERDA |

Elmago99, I really admire your enthusiasim & energy.
With our current fullbacks, we can not play 4-3-1-2 or Xmas yet. The formation with 2 wing forwards is still better because of the difference in skills & class between FB & Winger. Cagliari is at lower level. Allegri maybe like the 4-3-1-2, but he is a true tactican, he knows what is the best. IMO, we could try Ibra on the right wing, and sometimes swicht with Pato in the center. About Barca, we should respect them, they sell Ibra to us in order to keep the harmony in their team. That means they treat the spirit of the club very high. For now, despite of being happy with Ibra, we should concern a little about Raiola. He could create something uneasy to get better contract for his client or so. However, in this season, there will be not much to worry ![]() |

One thing people seems to forget is Messi had by far the best personal season playing with Ibra. Something that people overlooked. We all know Pato will break out sooner or lateR, and maybe this is the year for him, as he is finally playing with someone upfront who is actually better than him, thus will create more open space for him.

Since everyone is doing formation. I actually think Dinho might be a sub if he does not run. As a front three of Pato-Ibra-Borreillo are very mobile, can all hold up ball, draw defenders and can score. Imgaine that with a midfield trio of Flamini-Pirlo-Ambro/Boateng. We could actually see the great Pirlo as the front three can actually all run, dribble and score.
