Pato's goals were onside they were level which is on , Ibra missed a penalty and Cesena definitely had 16 players on the pitch , we were unlucky and will get better...Forza Milan.

Stitch is an unknown quantity at this point
I watched only 1st half (was too dissapointed after great expectations), and I noticed that Pato was VERY selfish. It was like he is trying to prove something.

gattuso was crap, i admit, however ambro and pirlo can still play...

most of our problems came from misunderstandings, that should go away as the team gels and plays together more. so yeah, good luck to Alegri

FORZA MILAN!

Ibra was tracking back in the 1st half but he just lose interest in the 2nd half when his teammates are not supporting him. I would be if i am in his shoes.....I think what we really need is some teamwork in front, it seem that when ronaldinho is not doing his job, the rest don't know how to work together to create something. Too much individual work in front. Ibra also seem to play as a 2nd striker, we need pato to play a more central role to pair up with ibra. The 3 forwards need to change their shape slightly. Let abate or antonini take up the RB spot so that they can support the right side and pull pato to centre together with ibra.

I think it was fairly obvious what was missing: Seedorf.

Allegri made a big fuss about how we lack someone linking midfield and attack, and he got at good player, Kevin Prince Boateng. So why the hell does he decide to play Gattuso with Ambrosini? I can understand Gattuso with Seedorf, but you need one of Seedorf or KPB to make the team work.

Also, what the **** were Cesena on? I demand a total team drug test. They never stopped running! Pirlo was always closed down, and every player had two men on them. What the hell?!

Had we scored first, this would have been an entirely different game. This worries me. We can't seem to win games when we're behind, but games become very easy once we score first. What does that mean?

abbiati is crap idc what anyone sais - sokratis made some errors today but was ok. robinho and pato were the only ones who did a good job today.. most frustrating game ive ever watched it looked like cesena had 30 players on the field everytime we got a chance.. and patos goal was not offside. imo we were unlucky today players were probably tired from international duty just lets ff to auxerre and see how we play then before we worry about anythingg.. gattuso imo should have never started because he gave up position in midfield to many times - boateng shouldve been in his place and if anything we should have put robinho in from the very beginning.. abate is far better then bonera imo. anyways bottom line - amelia should be our starting goalie without a doubt because abbiati is garbage and i always thought this everytime he goes tomake a save i get nervous because of how slow he reacts.. the only reason he saves the odd shot is because of his height and ill give it to him maybe some goalkeeping skills.. but half the time hes WAY to slow to react.. pirlo kept getting shut down today somehow, all his passes and ronaldinhos efforts were shut down i dont understand... thheres not ligitiment excuse to why we lost today. cesena played amazing.....

how did Ronaldinho's level go down 3 notches from last game?

Our Midfield and Defense was so poor. They can't help in attack..very predictable. We looked a lot like Milan of Last year...

I don't want to see Pirlo-Gattuso-Ambro ANYMORE...

Only time I'd ever use a 4-3-3 is if we do this:

Flamini/Ambrosini-----Pirlo-------Seedorf---------
--------Pato--------------------------Ronaldinho----
-------------------Ibrahimovic----------------------

I agree Seedorf would help as he can actually do something with the ball unlike Ambro and Gattuso...

Pippo did a good job tonight by the way..

He played like crap in the first half, did nothing on the 2 goals. Abbiati in 1999 would have saved that easily.....

exactly my thoughts mate!

i cannot believe how such a tall goalie didn't save the second goal today.
the first header was also made from far away, giving him enough time to react.

BRING ON AMELIA!

All in all, i'm not too disappointed in the game. It's not every day that you'll meet such a united, bloodthirsty, disciplined and single minded team, and their crowd was really something.

They played a perfect pressing game and offside trap. It was really stunning to watch them. They even got lucky with the few chances they had. They did really well.

Too bad about the 3 points, but we will still win the Serie A.
