bonera is absolute garbage. seedorf needs to go,antonini+amelia thank you for a good performance, rest of team good job to they did their best. BONERA NEEDS TO GO ASAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP and seedorf should play max 2 games a month! next season:
sack allegri(sorry but im already fed up of his poor timing in making subs) his lack of using proper formations when needed, his hardon for bonera over papa and yepes both 50x better then him. anyhow - next season in-ganso,david luiz and coentrao (alot of money, but we need these players.) out-seedorf,ronaldinho,bonera,janku,oddo and whoever else todays game made me realize 2 big things - we still need to rebuild.. AND cr7 is amazing:P marcelo also performed good. that guy khedira is nothing special neither is arbeloa we were outplayed simply in the midfield because of ozil,cr7 and marcelo coming from the back and always causing problems.. BUT- realize we didnt loose tootoo badly. two stupid goals one of a dumb set piece and another off a deflection off of some sort of pilon wearing a milan jersey Last edited by MilanMikey; 19-10-2010 at 18:35. |

Ronaldinho, Pirlo, Seedorf, Janku, Oddo, Onyewu, Ronaldinho.... What's childish about realizing the truth. Seedorf's performance tonight was awful,, and your GREAT coach didn't even sub him. I'm not joking when I said it looked as if Seedorf was Match Fixing this match... HE MOVED OUT OF THE WAY of Ronaldo's free kick and then kicked the ball into the 89th row when he was 1 on 1 with Casillas... |

We need a LB ( a PROPER LEFT FOOTED LB) Coentrao, and then maybe Van der Wiel too!!!! or at least Antonini there.. and then Jucilei or Ganso in MF... yes many purchases are needed. I'd love to see who mourinho buys for us if he was our coach.. I can GUARANTEE you he would not put his name on a Gattuso-Seedorf-Pirlo MF Can't wait to hear what GEO has to say.... I don't want to hear anymore excuses for Allegri.... Last edited by Elmago99; 19-10-2010 at 18:43. |

It sickens me reading some of the garbage on this forum sometime.
Try this on for size...Seedorf stays in the wall and blocks the shot. Boneras incredibly unlucky deflection goes over the net. We escape this game 0-0 in a hostile environment. Instead, people don't think or look at things objectively and sensibly. Bonera actually had a real good game. He closed down attack, read plays well and disrupted passes, aside for his challenge on Di Maria (which by the way would have sent us on a counter outnumbering Real by a lot...risky but failed). What do you guys want Seedorf to do? Run around aimlessly all game? He's an offensively minded midfielder who has partners who dont run and cant complete a 5 yard pass. His CAM doesn't run and always comes back into midfield to give the ball away. It's a product of the players around him and him as well. To simply state Seedorf is the sole reason we have problems is stupidity. |

![]() To me it's not childish to say that lessons were not learnt about the importance of midfield. It didn't matter that Bonera was this or Ronaldinho was that when Pirlo is forced to spend time way too deep, Rino has to run after CR (first 20 minutes this was downright embarrassing) and Seedorf is not the player to play along side Pirlo with an undefined role which he didn't do any way whatever it was.

Who the HELL said that Seedorf is the sole reason we have problems???? We have multiple problems.... My judgement of Seedorf & Bonera is not from today, but from weeks and months of poor form. Bonera looks like a lost boy. His deflection was unlucky, but was also a hand ball (shoulder). To say he had a very good game is mind boggling. The Milan defense looked stunned half the time. Even Nesta got burned by Ronaldo on 2 occasions. Yes, the team is too Static. Seedorf is STATIC. Pirlo is STATIC. Ronaldinho is STATIC. Ibrahimovic is STATIC. However, Seedorf MOVED out of the way of the Freekick, totally scuffed a 1 on 1 with Casillas, and misplaced multiple passed, not to mention losing the ball every time he tried to dribble. That was a 0/10 performance, as playing with 10 men may have been better. I'm sorry I will not apologize for this analysis. I'm sure Mourinho would have agreed. Many new signings/promotions need to take place. Boateng and Flamini should have played this game. Now, that does not mean we would have won. But that would have been the right choice. We all knew what would happen with that Midfield, and it happened. |

Last year you criticized everyone here that said that about Leonardo, calling it excuses. Now you're contradicting himself trying to defende Allegri with the same arguments you criticized the other coach last season. How?!?! I'm confused?!?!? Before call a post of another member childish, go back and read all the childish haterism you posted here last season about Leonardo. Seriously, go back and read what you wrote and you will see... You will see all you attack there in the near past, is what you're trying to defend now... I still remember that after we got trashed by M. United lasts eason, you put all the blame on Leonardo's back. People here told they were a better team and you claimed it was a excuse... and now, you come here to use the same arguments you criticized in the past to defend the actual coach?!?! Wow!!! Games thread is a place for knee jerk reactions, and thats the reason I rarely post here. I also don't agree that Bonera need to go, he's a Italian squad player(average) and a better defensive RB than a CB, but the coach is the one to blame for starting him there, period. Back to the rest of your post, it's just show you had an agenda against our former coach. A thing you gave a lot of effort to denny last season... Last edited by Brasileiro; 19-10-2010 at 20:34. |

We scaped a embarassing loss... A 6 x 0 would be a fair result for Real Madrid today. If Iguain did not choke and Di Maria was a little less selfish(besides our GK), History would have been made at Bernabeu... |

We lost because Real pressed us constantly in midfield and defense and we just didn't or couldn't do the same. At some point, Casillas had the ball at his feet for more than 10 seconds and no one bothered to rush him.
I don't understand why we keep playing the same 11 all the time when it's clear that they can't sustain good performances every three games. We need a real turnover policy. We have the squad to do it, but it's very disappointing to see the same 11 all for the past few games.

I'm not sure which loss was more embarrassing..the loss today or the one vs Man-U last year. I'm sure it's abundantly clear to everyone now that we CANNOT afford to have midfielders who are not willing to run in defense and attack. Madrid were able to defend with about 9 men and attack with 6, while we attacked with 3 and defended with 4. Our midfield was COMPLETELY run over..only Gattuso was trying to provide some cover for our defense.
I don't even have words for this performance..we clearly need to revamp our midfield. Boateng is a good start..he did well enough when he came on. Now we need a real CAM (who defends as well) and some real CM's (sorry Pirlo/Seedorf but the walking/jogging just isn't good enough) and we'll be competitive once again. We once were a feared team who could pass the ball around opposing teams for days...now we're just chasing the ball like headless chickens. Sad, sad performance. I hope never to see Pirlo AND Seedorf start in midfield against a fast team again. Either one or the other..not both. |

Milan team:
--------------Defense---------------- --------------Midfield(SLOW)----------------- ----------------Attack---------------- Real Madrid(and Chelsea, Barça, etc...) ------------------Defense------------------- ------------------Midfield-------------------- ------------------Attack--------------------- We cannot beat the big ones with the amount of space we have between our lines... I am no expert, so I perhaps need someone to enlighten me why Seedorf always get the nods? To me, he is much worse than Bonera, but I could be wrong. I hope that it is indeed something that I have failed to see so far.
I am being serious asking this question, and I know that there have been funny answer like "he blows the coach every night," but I am not looking for that kind of answer.

![]() Well, actually I don't hate him that much, at least he tried. I just don't like him as he seems to bring bad luck to us. I am just amazed at how Seedorf could always smooth his way out. He has such a thick skin that he never seems to feel ashamed of himself no matter how much he gets booed and jeered at. Damn, he is good. ![]()
