No, it was not clear second yellow card. Only the situation there made it worse to be looked by us.

I don't think it's idiot. You should watch the first action. He was pushed by Pandev until he fell down! I am sure other player would react the same! It's clear a YC for Abate but also red card for Pandev! One for the pushing one for the provocation. If Maldini's near there, he would kick Pandev's ass and tell him to go back to the bench!

What would you do is someone pushed you over? Isn't a typical male instinct to get back up and show who is the toughest one?
It was dumb sure but the ref saw Pandev's push first (=provocation), the replay clearly showed that. He should/could have given him the red card for that.

Those last 20minutes or so were so intense.. damn we held on great. Not really giving Inter any clear chances. Great play by everyone, FORZA MILAN!

He was actually injured there. I can imagine why he fought back. He just came back from treatment on the field and almost substituted by Antonini and suddenly there was idiot who pushed him. Pandev should do that to Boateng, Gattuso or Ibra! ****ing coward!

We made it! Those idiots have 1 player more for a half an hour, and they even couldn't trouble Abbiati.

Second yellow for Abate was harsh. If that was yellow for Abate, it should be a red for Pandev. Yellow for Ibra was harsh too, he didn't even touch him. Materazzi was acted like a p.ssy (nothing new really).

About our team, we were fantastic in the first 30 minutes, dominating the game, playing nice quick football, but then the referee started to whistle for every little touch, showing yellow cards all around (and we're remembering very well how Mourinho's Inter played last year, it was a rugby game), Gattuso got yellow, harsh of course, and they took initiative. But, they couldn't trouble Abbiati all game long.

Regarding out team, Allegri's setup was great, the way Seedorf, Robinho and Ibra moved, I was really amazed, especially about Seedrof, he was everywhere, left, right, running (!) back for the ball, covering Flamini... Nesta and T. Silva played a HEROIC game, especially Silva. Midfield was great too. The one thing I hated is Robinho staying wide all the time in the second half, instead of moving in the middle to pick up a through ball like in the first half.

And finally Abate. I don't like bashing our players too much, I've always wanted to stay as real as possible, but Abate is simply not good enough at this level. Really. In the first minutes he made one great run through Chivu and made a great cross for Seedorf (the first chance of the game), and I thought "Look at this, the guy can run with the ball and through players actually", but then... A VERY bad defending, he's simply too nervous, and he's running on Eto'o like a headless chicken, and his timing is horrible all the time. But, the worst thing about Abate isn't his (in)ability, it's that he's one of the youngest players in the team, yet he's always first to exchange words with opposition players and the referee. There was no ANY sense nor need to kick the ball that way after the four, and even worse was his reaction on Pandev's provocation, he even didn't wanted to listen Pirlo calming him down. Pandev should get a kick in the face because of what he did, but a professional simply can't act that way, especially since he had a yellow card already.

Anyway, let's not ruin this beautiful evening anymore. We won, and we have shown we're simply better team than Inter this season. The fact is they were without 4 players tonight, but the fact is they couldn't create a single goal threat all game even with one player up.

Finally we had such a perfect game in defense, it felt good beating Inter again. Abate is going to be a revelation of this season. Congrats to everybody

Dude there are plenty GF to go around...but only one Milan. prioritize

Our first big win this season, though we had to play the merda style lobotomy football, so no supprise their ex excelled in it with a very nice double hit in Materazzi K.O.

I have a feeling we'll be a class above them in our next match so we don't have to play judo with those merdas any more.

It is not important what I would do, and it perhaps doesn't matter either what Abate would do if it was a different game. This was a derby game, and we were leading away. All of a sudden, we were outnumbered and his immaturity put the team in disadvantage. I have no problem that he fought back but by doing that Pandev got away for free and he got sent off and Milan got the tide overturned.

I agree that Pandev should got a red for provoking, but I don't think the referee saw his first push. The referee was occupied with another foul a few seconds ago and quite a few yards away.

I was aware of that, and immediately I remembered from last season's first derby, Gattuso was hurt and needed to be replaced, but decided to hang on for a few more minutes and got a second yellow. That was not a good feeling and haunted me until the end of the game.

Pandev is such a perfect match for Merda.


On another note, I am quite happy that Milito was off at the half time. I can't help wondering what might have happened if Milito and Eto'o were both on the field. Both are extremely experienced in knowing how to exploit this situation. But then again, if Milito was still on, that thug Pandev would not be on!
