I'm not mad at Abate, but instead ALLEGRI.. Why allow Abate back on the field after an injury and you plan to have ANTONINI come in ANYWAYS... STUPID...

As for Abate, what he did was certainly normal.. What Pandev did was a joke..it was done on purpose for the yellow card...once he got the red card, ABATE SHOULD have walked up to Pandev, and layed him the FCUK out....

That's what I would have done..at least earn your red card...

Pandev should got a red for provoking, too bad the referee didn't see that when it first happened. It seems that only a few seconds ago there was a foul somewhere else on the pitch. With that in mind, it is actually fair that each got a yellow (if the referee believed that it was a 50-50 brawl), but it is just too bad as Abate had already a yellow.

Is it possible that referee was making up the balance as Gattuso could have been sent off?

Galliani on the official website has criticised Abate for what he did. He said that he went to the locker room after the game to tell him off and he started crying (boohoo u fking queen... i can't believe someone here said he thought him crying was a good sign???)... Galliani - agrees with the majority of us - that Abate should have not reacted even though it was Pandev's fault... Galliani said Abate is lucky that Milan won at the end so people will forget about his mistake.

No, ofcourse he can do that. Abate was stupid as hell to retaliate back at Pandev.

Pandev provoked Abate - Abate had a yellow card previously - yellow cards handed to both Pandev & Abate - Abate gets sent off.

Since Abate got sent off we took off a striker and played on D the rest of the game. If they had scored, we would not be first in Serie A, and we would not be 6 points in front of Inter.

Just because someone attempted to do a suicide bomb and it failed to work does not mean he is innocent to go back to the streets. Same thing with Abate - what he did was wrong, childish and irresponsible - he was lucky it didn't cost us.

I think Abate will grow from this and really breakthrough the rest of the year and make this RB role as his. His speed and endurance are amazing and his positioning improves a lot since last year. I am not saying he will develop into Maicon, D. Alves or Bale but he is on his way to be a solid or a good RB.

Yes, his sent off was stupid and dumb, but the team and he survived.

People can say anything they like but not in the real situation they have to face. By talking, people can picture himself as a perfect human. Just like Galliani did or many people here think.

Crying or not, it is up to the player. There are people crying after such incident, there also people drinking as much whiskey as they can, etc. There are ways people would do after such incident. The most important thing people can learn from it and get better especially mentally after it.

I don't see anything stupid, the referee is stupid. You should watch the incident again.

Not all people are like CR7, not all people are talented to be an actor.

Mate, there is no problem with the fact that Abate cried, I don't see why he would be a "queen" because of that ... Like it was said, at least, that shows the guy cares about the team, about his career, and probably thought it was a stupid second yellow card (he should have tried not to react, but he also probably thought his second yellow card was unfair).

About his second yellow card, I first thought he was quite stupid because on TV, we didn't see Pandev pushing him. But then, they showed the replay of Pandev aggressively pushing him, and I understood (even if I think he should have tried to keep his cool attitude) why he was so angry.

Anyway, it's probably also because he asked to be replaced few seconds before and finally stayed on the pitch that he was upset ... And in these moments of stress, you can totally forget that you already got a yellow card.

It didn't cost us the game, and that's what I will remember !! We won the derby !!

milan vs fiorentina

it was three points last season for the milan team at the san siro. i hope we can do it again this time. fio won their last match against cesena in florence, the night we won our derby match. both teams are in good spirits, let the milan team be careful and not be overwhelmed with the victory against inter. it's a must win match

If Galliani really did that, then that was some really sh*t man management.
I mean does anyone really think that Abate did not know how badly he f***ed up?
i wanted to shoot him on sight when he got the second yellow, but not to be a hypocrite, we all know it was a tense moment in a tense match and getting pushed by an a**hole and he just stood his ground....sh*t happens...

by the way, did Galliani go to the locker last year to shout at Gattuso for getting sent off? ...yeah right
not to mention Gattuso was an experienced 30+ yr-old (who by the way did the same mistake this year but got veryyyy lucky and was not sent off again!!!) while Abate is just a kid who is trying to prove himself...

so give the guy a break
