i also think that Cassano is closer to Juve or inter than us. Matri or Floro Flores would be ideal solution for us.

For january transfer window, K.Honda plus one of Matri or Floro Flores would make me smile... Then in summer window we can focus on World class wing backs and Trequartista...

Honda to replace Dinho. he could be important for us considering in Allegri's formation, we need a player like him to link with Boateng, ibra, Robinho and Pato.

I don't mind Cassano, but I won't lose sleep on that. I was dreaming of having him a few seasons back, when we had Kaka and Gilardino. I was hoping that we could form a lethal 1982-born trident which I believe would last for at least 7-8 years. Now I want Pato-Paloschi/Balotelli-Ganso.

he'll be alot more usefful then ronny.. ronny is out of shape, doesnt put ANY effort forward and never tracks pack. 3 things cassano does NOT lack.. he does track back once in a while, he IS in shape and he does put effort when he plays. imo the only thing dinho has left is his ball control and passing, hardly useful when you can barely run .. this is coming from one of his biggest fans. I LOVE r80, wel i should say R10 cause i was in love with this player when he was at barca, literally wouldnt miss a barca game just to see him play on tv absolute magic. cassano>r80 by a long shot atm.. and i could see milan getting him, why not .. him and ganso + luiz in summer would be great.. i think we should get a cheap solution for our defense for the time being.. its just worrysome the fact that if we do get cassano the closes the door even greater for a ganso approach.. ganso atm at all costs.. wel be losing out big if we dont eventually buy him.

Back to mercato, several days ago Rafa said, and it was confirmed by the player's agent, that Santon might be loaned out in January. Rumours have it that several clubs like Arsenal and MU are even willing to buy him. His displays on his debut season were joy to watch, and above them all I remember the game where he faced C. Ronaldo (he was still in MU then, CMIIW). I remember thinking "sh*t, the next Paolo was born on the wrong half of the city!"Okay, our own Abate did well too this season, but with all due respect, I honestly think that talent-wise, Santon is better. He can play on both flanks just as well, and a Milanista. It's sad that his progress was hampered by injuries and other things (he himself admitted that he might've partied too much after a succesful debut season).

Now that Merda look like they're going to their pre-Calciopoli state starting from the appointment (and pretty soon, the dismissal of) Rafa, do you guys think we should give them a hand on this for old times' sake? After all, what are cousins for eh?

There is some light debate on Abate. Abate is neither the most talented defenders around nor the best attacking Fb in the world. But he is perfect for Milan. In this system where we press seriously high up the field, Abate is able to go a press in the last third of the pitch and still manage to come back to its place and defend in line. His pace and work rate are unmatched.IMO

The best example to prove this is Antonini from last year. He went from prince to pi* in less than a year. WHY??
Because he was a great fit in Leo`s system. His combinations with Dinho were match winners sometimes, in this system his just average player with lack of defensive tactical knowledge

neither Abate nor Antonini will be greatest FB but in respective systems they have been solid to say the least. Don`t forget that abate is still 22, so lets give the guy a chance to mature in to great player.

Cassano to Juve or inter is a huge possibility, also considering they were willing to sign him and replace Del Piero with Cassano. Regarding inter, Milito's form is a high concern for them, they might sign Cassano and play alongside Eto'o.

im sure that Ronaldinho will be replaced by a world class player soon, maybe in january otherwise in summer. Thats our policy...

Ganso, Lamela, Pastore...considering Allegri's formation i think be one of them.

K.Honda is what we need for now, him, Boateng and Flamini can form a great midfield,
i'd sign Honda even if we are planning to sign one of Ganso or Lamela. They can co-exist together in midfield just like Kaka and Seedorf in the past.

if we have a chance to sign world class FB's, we shouldnt this oppurtunity. Antonini and Abate are not enough, at least we should sign one world class FB.

How do you rate İnsua? former Liverpool FB, now he plays for Galatasaray and they dont want him and send him back to Pool. low price, young and talented.

Apparently Berlu has prepared a gift for January. Pretty much all of the names we've been linked to are in there, so it'll be interesting to see if he has and who it is (Ganso is still a favourite, though to fit him in would require a shuffle in midfield...again).
