BREAKING NEWS: Milan Confirm Ronaldinho Will Leave The Club In January
Adriano Galliani revealed that Ronaldinho will definitely be leaving Milan this winter...

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed that Ronaldinho will indeed be leaving the club in January after a meeting with the player's brother and agent Roberto De Assis.

The 30-year-old has been linked with an exit, with many feeling the writing was on the wall after limited appearances this season under coach Massimiliano Allegri and the acquisition of Antonio Cassano from Sampdoria.

"We mutually agreed that Ronaldinho will leave Milan in January. Now he had no desire to train because he no longer felt he was a part of the project," Galliani was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

"Now he will return to Brazil and be sold. To who? Whoever offers the most money."

Ronaldinho joined the Rossoneri in 2008 from Barcelona for a reported fee of €18.5 million. He is currently ranked 234th in the Castrol Rankings despite having a minimal impact for the league-leaders this season.

Not sure what to expect of Dinho, there are many mixed messages right now with us apparently ready to sell, but Brazilian clubs (namely Gremio) aren't prepared to offer money.

Personally, I don't really care, Dinho clearly has no place in Milan now. Worse news is Boateng and Amelia both got injured in training, but both might/should be back for the Cagliari.

lol, probably not really anyone besides Reza I think. Most of those who post and XT don't post here anymore, and I only ever read XT rather than join (with all due respect too many idiots and off topic posts there).

Don't know what to take from this Dinho thing as 8mil for a player like him should be a bargain but somehow there is no takers! If I am a manager on a mid table team wanting some instant impact, I would sign him right away for 8mil as he is worth it at that price. Just the new sponsors, shirt sales and publicity are worth the fees and wages.

8 million for a player who is again out of sorts and allegedly partying too much and not being professional and is not young anymore is no such a great deal. I hear what you ate saying but for million you can get a young hungry Brazilian player.

i've not seen Debs post for quite a while and yeah we joke, usually in the match threads rather than in the Mercato threads

I was just wondering. That other guy said something about not liking XT because of off topic posts but to be honest, so long they don't kill a thread, the off topic side comments can make for some great times.

Taken. Just don't use 'crap' words extensively, especially when commenting another's posts, especially before you know what the meaning is. Otherwise, case closed.

The reason XT is so lame is because of those off topic posts. They are absolutely terrible and time wasting. I read topics there to find some info but instead I see them talking about their work life, travel plans, and girls.... This place is good because there is the right place for everything.... Anyway we've already gone way off topic for this thread, this is hoping it never gets to that level.


Sop wats the deal with Dinho? Lamella? Constant? I really like constant n last I heard is we have an agreement with him and Chievo. Negotiations with Lamella still on going, last rumour is 18 m. 2 days ago we were suppose to pay Dinho 3.5 mil to end his contract, now Galliani (fking legend) is saying Gremio needs to pay us 8m to get Dinho (which IMO is how it shudda been).

I guess I kind of like the banter about life in addition to the football talk. I've made some pretty good friends that way.


Anyway, I was reading that Lamela was close to done. Problem is the papers and news sites like to take a blip of near truth and write stories.

Yeah, I am lookin for a new Milan home base. I am not sure what happened with me there, but lately the local sport seems to be mocking me every time I ask something. I don't have time for it. My posting days in that forum (I still like other XT forums) may be done.

Anyone can tell us a bit about Lamela?? I've never seen him play. It seems like he is sought after by many clubs and I've read good things plenty of times. But just wondering if someone can give a better idea of the kind of player he is?!?!?! Thanks in advance

I understand he is a playmaking 10. very skilled on the ball etc. I have not seen him play

Hi Dae, I won't comment about XT, my few recent posts there haven't been very interesting or insightful so if xt's not been good I haven't helped it either.

In my opinion MM is not strict or rough but not way too off topic either.

EDIT: Regarding Debs, she has stepped back for a while, but she is the owner of the site/domain.
