Not now, but in near future with Ambro,Pippo,gattuso,Nesta,Abbiati,Pirlo,Oddo gone, we are in serious danger of loosing it. Especially since our next generations backbone will consist of Tiago,Merkel,Boateng,Pato,Robinho,Flamini

Against Sampdoria last night we had only three Italians in the team (Roma,Antonini and Oddo)

What do you think??

As long as AC Milan is keep winning, I don't care. The two qualities of AC Milan should be world-class and good-looking.

If you want good looking, then you need to grab Ricky Kaka back and convince Maldini to return from retirement.

If the guy plays and looks like Bale, I'd still be fine with that, so long as he helps us win :P

ye that's true u do ave to be good looking to play at milan.Thts y i think if was a word class footballer i wud be playing here.I dont think there will buy bale cos he look's like some sort of dinosour.but then agen we have brought the like's of ronaldino cassano and ibra.so i think u only have to be world class these day's

Milan agree 4m deal for Didac Vila, the 21 yr old isn't that bad, i've seen him playing for Espanyol

Dilac Vila could be a great player down the line. But I don't think he is currently better than Antonini, or just marginally better. Point is, I think Galli signed a LB for the sake of signing one instead of finding a true upgrade. Nagatomo is a sure upgrade and he is available to play in the CL with Serie A exp. I really think Galli should sign him before Inter does.

I cant see why we want many cheaper players. we are leading seria a and have a goal to get far in CL! we need a strong team now! Antonni is not good enough to this milan team!? we need first class players, but they have to stay for some years! We need players there isnt to old like i mean van bommel is, but neither to young and cheap!?

YOu do know that only Vila is available for CL, where as Cassano, Van Bommel and Emmauelson are all cup tied. I think Milan is aiming for the Domestic Double this season and will try to go as far as possible with CL.

i dont know much about spanish FB so i cant comment on him. But im a little bit confused as some says he is great young lad some says he is worse than Antonini and not a upgrade over him. Confused...

@Gabriel with his addition Milan's avg age cut down to late 2o's.... so we are no more aging squad. lol
since Galliani has this knack of signing WC player for virtually nothing, i'd love if he get Benzema in summer, then we could let Pato go........

Benzema has 5 goals in 2 years , Pato has 10 in like 15 games this season.Vila who knows Evra , Maicon , Vidic didnt cost loads when they went to Utd and Merda.Now they were already internationals and had played i the CL.So Im not saying it's the same but I dont think he's a Montelongo or Mattioni.

Banzema has 9 this season already despite the lack of first team action

He has 10 goals in 46 la liga games which is a bad return for a striker who cost what he did , defences in Spain are easier than Italy if he can only get 10 in 46 in his time so far then there is no way he can replace pato , and while he hasnt played all games that again is down to him not beeing as good they thought.No way he could replace Pato.

Actually, Raiola is a kind of scout for us nowadays at the same time as being an agent for some players. The fact is he can't make his players move from their club each season (well, it happened two years in a row for Ibra, it'll maybe happen for Balotelli too), so he maybe found another "job" aside, being a kind of scout and negotiator for us.

Each of our last transfers (two great mercatos) has Raiola behind the scene ... If he can help us to get what we need for the next few seasons, I'm ok with that, even if that means we have to buy one of his players sometimes.

So, Raiola is not the agent of Didac?

If Emmanuelson turns to be great, I will be of course happy. What I am seeing is his actual stage now. He can improve but IMO he is not what we should have for the backup for creative-offsensive CM. If he is set for backup for left fullback, it is still OK as long as we buy quality FB to be starter.

Until now I haven't seen real improvement in our midfield except we have more choice but still lack of quality (both Emmanuelson and Bommel capacity can be found in our backup midfielders).

I made that post you quoted after read that we paid for him for about 800k euro (which seems not true - news said we paid 3-4 mil euros). A players who is rated under 1 million euro price should be not a quality player (with very small size of exception from big possibilities). In addition, I am getting tired if we have to take players who has Raiola as their agent.
