Don't get me wrong, those were penalties so Milan is the team that should complain for not giving one more penalty for them. But the way Gila jumps at the slightest contact must be punished by the officials somehow. It was obvious that contact or no contact, he was ready to dive. Luckily for him there was contact for PK so he can now defend himself. But the way he over-reacts is shameful for a world cup and CL winner.
Yeah, I guess he learned it from watching Nedved...the "dive" master.

Good first half by Milan. We finally created chances and Gila moved around alot, so thats a good thing. The Mauri goal was noone to blame really, it was a nice attack. Now if we start the second half defendin this lead we will conceade. So hopefully we can get that third goal fast and play this game out easily.

MILAN PER SEMPRE!

ive seen worser calls given to some teams in seria A so far lol.. there was contact from the goalkeeper, and according to the rules hes not alot to do what he did.. Even though Gila made the most of it

Or he learned it from Pippo, who is also an expert ;-).

WORSE. There's no such word as worser, I'm not picking on you specifically but I see people make this mistake all the time.

Superb first half of football, highly entertaining stuff. Gila's performance needs to be commended, he was fantastic, looking sharp, excellent work for the team and far more sharp than anytime this season, I seriously hope to see him score in the second half.

The first goal has to be one of the goals of the season by Ambro, simply amazing stuff. Lazio then had a period of about 5 mins where they totally raped our left side with some very good football (though defensively we were getting caught) and deserved the equaliser. Then finally, the penalty came, and I do believe Gila made a meal out of minimal contact. However, I also feel we were denied a fair penalty earlier on, so I won't say I'm too disappointed.

Overall, the score is fair right now, we're playing much MUCH better than previous matches, committing forward well, playing a high tempo and working hard. However, we need to tighten the space between the midfield and defence on the left side of the field.

Gila is just a reserve player for CL winner (World Cup, too), we now have a real CL winner, and can dive far better than him. He is called Super Pippo

watching the highlights on bet365, the face of that linesman is just hillarious on the moment the Milan players get to him.

No Warro, this is really an issue. It's something different when an attacker dives in the box at least 3 times per match and a midfielder dives 35m from the goal.
I don't care if it's Gila or Trezeguet or Crespo. The officials aren't punishing these acts the way they should be.

Tonight i think it was a clear penalty even though some of you think it wasn't. But Gilardino is really acting cheap and he always tries to cheat instead of do it fairly.

In regards to this, Ancelotti, being the intelligent coach that he is, moved Ambrosini out to the left, and after that we suffered much less on the flanks.

COME ON MILAN!

At least Gila will have a career in Hollywood afterwards if his acting is so good ...
I wonder what odds Tony could get for making a bet that Gila will dive in a match?

I completely agree, but I think we have this issue in the centre aswell, as they have gotten the ball in dangerous positions around 20metres from goal. However it's kinda obvious that Lazio know our weak spot is Favalli, so that's where they will focus their attacks. Hopefully the midfield will be able to cover this space better, and give Favalli and co a bit easier conditions.

well i agree with Tony on this issue. May it be Nedved or Gila, its reserved for girl that cant play football properly. And i would introduce strong penalties for divers, post-match.
