I didn't know what the question was until Ego (Oskana) quoted it in her post. I apologize that I chose not to see all the posts.

About Gilardino, I think my answer was very clear and it still is. what's more important, I do not want to run into any further discussion with you (together with some others) regarding Gliardino issue, and I thought that was very clear to you. I do not appreciate the your aggressive attitude and paranoia (I do like most of your other posts, as well Ego's), and I would appreciate if you could please cut the provocative crap and limit discussion on Jankulovski in this Jankulovski thread.

Let me make myself clear: This is still a free world. I choose not to discuss with you regarding certain topic(s), and I have done my best to avoid that. Please respect my right, and please don't barge in whenever you smell a chance. Have I made myself understood? Take it as a compliment or whatever, I don't mind reading your posts at all. At least so far so good.

Hey, that is a great post! (just a little remark, as you can see I dont say anything about Gila anymore...I try my best). However, what I really would like to know from you is the answer on my question:

Quote:
I think Janku is being good enough...he have proved the right to be in the starting line-up for Milan. Janku contributes a lot to the game and he even scored once against Chievo..he scored an important goal that made us win 0:1. So what is it really so no good enough about him? (just being curious)

thanks,

I guess I was just annoyed when I saw the fingers in your post.

well, about Jankulovski, actually he scored two (instead of one as you said) "important" goals already, one against Ascoli, and one against Chievo, both in 1-0 victiories. So I appreciate his services, as he obviously is good.

But in my opinion (I may be wrong though), he is not good ENOUGH, compared to Serginho or Maldini (today's Maldini, yes). he is less confident than he was in Udinese when he was much more instrumental. Maybe it was because of his nasty injury; and also maybe because that Ancelotti never gave him consecutive chances to prove/improve himself. He doesn't impress me either as a left fullback as: 1) his defensive skills are not outstanding (well, neither is Serginho, who could be even worse in this department) and he doesn't seem to have a good sense of positioning; 2) he seems to lack the ability to power down the flank and dribble past one or two defenders (it is important to me as that's lethal weapon to disturb the defense especially when the opponents are stationing 6 or 7 back in the box); and he often chose to pass the ball back to Pirlo or Seedorf. But his passing is pretty good (not just the passing-backs, his crossing was pretty precise too, that must have something to do with his long-distance shooting skill).

that's just my opinion. As I admit, Serginho is old and flawed too, but I rate him higher than Jankulovski, but that doesn't mean that I don't like him. He is a Milan player, and I love every Milan player. As simple as that for me.

You know what..I have just realized something..I did not know that the "smiley" with laughing devil actually shows the middle fingers as well. I have discovered it just now..I guess I need to edit that post..lol. I thought it was just a laughing devil showing thumbs. I feel stupid...
Thanks for a reply..I personally rate Jankulovski higher than Serginho, because I think that his passing and defensive skills are really much better than Serginho's..Although it might be just my opinion.

That's fine. I might have over-reacted anyway. Except for your Gilardino posts , I have always enjoyed reading your enthusiastic posts, well, zZZz's posts are pretty good too. I don't remember specifically, but I think I actually agree with him on several big topics.

my post was provocative? ok... that's news to me... because i meant exactly what i said... and honestly speakin'... i was relatively eager awaitin' your reply to that question... without a hint of the so called "aggressive attitude and paranoia" & "provocative crap"... and i sure wasn't attemptin' to "barge in whenever i smelt a chance"...

i supposed my alleged "bad" reputation here as well as perhaps some sub-conscious negative feelings of you towards me in general has brought about this mis-understandin'... i guess next time i should show some smiley emoticon just to avoid this confusion...

I don't care whether you have alleged "bad" reputation or not. You are fine to me generally. As I said, I remember agreeing with you on a variety of topics. I even remember vaguely that I have backed you up on quite few occasions, though I am not going back to dig out the old posts. of course, except for that infamous Gila talk from which I have long ago decided to retreat.

Honestly, I don't remember I have sub-conscious negative feelings towards you. I do have bad feelings against someone here in the forum (only a few, two, at most three). and you aren't one of them, and I surely don't hope that you will become one of them. You can trust me on that one, if you want to. I still think the same. also, for what is worth, I always think your username is cute and creative.

As I said in another post in response to Ego, I might have over-reacted too myself when I realized, well ok, thought, that I was under attack for no reason by three "Gila-haters" here in a Janku topic for something totally unrelated. And yes, on this point and this point alone, I still believe that you smell such a golden chance and try to force a discussion with me which I have made myself clear that I am not interested. but that's not important any more, as you obviously stated that you didn't intend that way.

So if you don't mind and if you could, let's leave it behind. When Ego explained that she indeed was interested in hearing what I had to say about Jankulovski instead of just dwelling on Gila topic, I offered my opinion. If you are interested, please check, and you can find the answer from me that you said you were looking for.

And yes, a smiley would be a good idea to avoid confusion, or sometimes, even to create confusion. But bottom line is, it makes a post more vivid and so I don't like the policy here that no excessive smilies can be used in one single post.

my username is cute... that's a first...

as for your comments on Janku & Serginho... i basically think the same & have read them thus i wasn't so concern about that anymore... but rather was tryin' to clarify my initial intentions from the original post which brought about your reaction...

and i hate smiley emotions... or rather those provided here... =)

thanks for the efforts. I appreciate that.

I really love smilies (I think they also call that 'emoticons'). So let's agree to disagree on yet another point then.

no problem... just wanna avoid those drama created since the Gilardino-discussions not too long ago...

yeah... typo about emoticons... i spelt it right the post before... =)

as for the discussion about Serginho & Janku... while generally i agree with them... i always felt Serginho was more of a winger than a full-back... as he was basically made into a full-back since we don't play with wingers as well as Maldini's injury last season... and he is a brilliant winger...

I agree about Serginho, I think we miss him more than any other player from last year... except for that one guy, can't remember his name at the moment. Serginho was brilliant as a wing back, especially his crosses, how many goals did they result in? I hope he returns in full form, although its doubtful considering how serious his injury was. Even if he doesn't return, we can always remember his greatest performance in the red & black.... 11 de Maggio, 2001

I heard that he might never return to the field.

Oh no, he's done nothing. He gets back defensively and makes some plays here and there, but he hasn't been that good defensively and has done nothing offensively.
