Wise choice there mrki except I'd have Gourcuff on the left, he seems more comfortable there. Or instead play 4-2-2-2 with Pirlo next to Emerson and Gourcuff next to Seedorf. We'll need our fullbacks to provide some width there. However we'll never see this, we'll probably see the same team as last week except with Gila over Kaka.

I'd rather Kaladze didn't play CB, he's too unpredictable ... left-back seems less of a risk for him

bonera or maldini to partner nesta

I actually like your formation a lot. And if Gorky plays bad Seedorf should come in..

Pato hasn't scored in two games in a row now, so the theory has been cancelled.. He has 6 goals in how many games, 12?

Kaladze won't play left-back, forget it.. he hasn't played there for a few years now and will not do so.. Nesta-Kaladze will play in the middle with Maldini on the left and Oddo on the right... in midfield we shall see Rino - Pirlo - Brocchi (Gourcuff), and Seedorf as a trequartista supporting Pato and Gila. Thats the most logical..

Personally I would play Gourcuff and Paloschi (and whats going on with Serginho, this guy is finished isnt he?).. Maybe its time to bring back Dida to boost his confidence..

I was thinking he'd score 2 tomorrow to kinda make up for things...what do you think? Also he assisted last game so that's sorta 0.5 of a goal.

Still, he's much more reliable than the # 11

Serginho gets injured far too often, and for a player of his age the injury takes more time to heal. Is he finished? I don't know, but I think this would be his last season in Milan. Grazie Il Concorde!

How about continuing with the Christmas tree formation with 2 trequartistas--Seedorf and Gourcuff (instead of Kaka) and play Pato as the lone striker. Then we can have some solid DM's covering for Pirlo and Gourcuff can be released from some defensive duties and finally show us what he can do.

Gazzetta has a midfield of Gattuso - Ambrosini - Brocchi, if that is true, all I can say is WHAT THE FFFFFFFFF??????????????????????

I'm goin to bed now and have to wake up in 4 hours to see the game, if that is the midfield we will be playing I will get pissed. Without Pirlo we're nothing, I may understand if Pirlo needs a rest but what I dont get is playing Ambrosini (who's had 3 terrible games in a row) and Brocchi when we have a creative player like Gourcuff on the bench. Now we have both Kaka and Pirlo out, and still no Gourcuff in the lineup. What did we really buy Gourcuff for? Who's back-up is he??

Gourcuff has a foot pain so he rested at home.

What is the problem with Carlo, he have Emerson avalaible for this game, but instead of him he play Brocchi, are he lost his mind. Yesterday i was preety sure that we will win this one, but when i saw the possibility formation and in it Kalac and Brocchi, now i'm preety sure that we will have a hard game. I want Pato to do some magic, but he is still young, his magic we will see next year, he will be great, greater than Sheva, but i want him right now, today, please Pato make some magic.
