Head to head. Check the UEFA site--that is the most official. In short, we are making a real mess of things.

And last year we were saying the same things about, we lack motivation, we lack the desire to play, to win. What had change? Nothing, we are the same crap like last year.

Seedorf has enough power for 25min of football, its disgusting now. He is a class player but its enough. Pirlo also showed once again he doesnt fight and doesnt sprint at all. Etc.,etc... Marek instead of Zambrotta then used sub on Zambro---->Marek is a joke. We again had no plan, no movement, nothing. And this Roma is actually in lousy shape.

Im really hoping this was the last game for Carlo, Seedorf and Favalli in Milan. Aldough Im not sure.

I will not comment Maldini on the same page with those people, its a shame to do that. We just showed we are FAR behind the team Milan needs to be.
Don't think it's fair to blame Carlo for this one, he did the right things today, only thing that was a bit suspect was having Jankulovski start ahead of Zambrotta.

Seedorf came on in the midfield, where he always plays ALOT better than his AM position, and while he usually is terrible, he was absolutly class today. Zambrotta came on which proved to be a good sub, aswell as the Dinho sub. I love Pato, but everytime we have had him, Ronaldinho and Kaka playing at the same time, they all stand hugging the left touch line, and it NEVER works. It was the right choice to take Pato of for Ronaldinho, and it did work, since we scored twice after that.

The real problem was the defence clearly, and unfortunatly Dida had one of his bad games this time, and Arthur had an incredible game.

Like the French commentators mentionned, it is maybe a message sent by Ancelotti to Berlusconi: they said that Berlusconi wanted at all cost Ronaldinho whereas Ancelotti didn't really want him at start, and Berlusconi almost never came watching the club playing, so like he was there, he maybe decided to put the best player out for Ronaldinho, just to show to Berlusconi it was a mistake ... it's of course, pure interpretation, but if Ancelotti leaves, I think it's a possible interpretation.
True, I don't want to target Flamini (though I felt he could have done better on the Menez goal) and Seedorf, who actually did make a reasonable contribution today. Ambro did well to push up for the goals, but by no means was he really doing well today. I presume he was fired up and wanted to do well, but by no means was his performance good.

I've heard really depressing news that apparently some "Fans" in the Curva Sud apparently booed at Maldini at the end and then held up a banner saying the only captain is Baresi or something. Bastards should be banned from the stadium for life with that ****ty attitude.

Well, to be honest, if a new coach comes in, I am sure Senderous and Sheva will be head back to their club, Dida, Favailli, Kaladze, Seedorf, even the likes of Janku and Pirlo will be gone.

I really think we are 5 players short(WC CB, FB, 2 Midfielders and a striker) plus T. Silva, a healthy Borreillo, Abate and Gourcuff. We will be great again.

The whole world but the people who're running it. It's a shame.. Also, there's no reason to assume that if Guardiola succeeded, Leonardo also will. The former had an excellent stint with the 'B' team and got rightfully promoted. Wish I could say the same for Leonardo.

I've heard more about Maldini post match. All I can gather is he was expected to give a short interview to RAI and never showed up. Ancelotti showed up (I think), but didn't give any details.

About this booing of Maldini, it supposedly goes back to some sort of argument/dispute between him and Baresi around the time of Capello's second spell. I honestly don't remember anything of the sort. Anyone else know about it?

If Pirlo can play like he used to, well and good but that fails, maybe the two should part ways.

Yeah, fair enough.

Right now, I could care less about the workrate of players. I think today is the most depressing day I've had since I started following football. The defeat, together with this disrespect shown towards Maldini (albeit only by a minority) hurts more than probably any other time I can remember as a Milan fan in the past 20 years. In those times I've suffered the CL final loss against a doped Marseille (also the match which ended Van Basten's career), the 1995 CL final loss when I distinctly remember one of my heroes (Rijkaard) setting up the winning goal right at the death of the 90minutes. I've gone through years of disgust of watching Milan as a midtable team between Tabarez and Terim. During this time I had to put up with the 6-1 loss to Juve and humiliation in the UEFA cup against Dortmund (4-0 loss). I've put up with Deportivo and throwing away a 4-1 lead on aggregate, as well as Instanbul. I've managed to accept Calciopoli as well and even the last 2 seasons of mediocrity where the side hasn't been far from the midtable fiasco we had a decade ago. Quite frankly, I, like all Milan fans in the past 20 years have been elated beyond our joys, but we've suffered a LOT of pain in the past 20 years too.

Today, above any of the events I've described above hurts more than anything I've suffered through football. To think anyone, and I mean anyone, would show such disrespect towards a man who has literally given his whole life towards the club, given the club so many great honours, the fans so many memories and earned respect from the whole footballing world to a level I don't think even Zidane, Pele or Maradona earned is not just shocking, but truly depressing.

I was hurt and annoyed at the display of the side today, as well, as the result, but this action from the scummy little ****s that call themselves fans has ruined an already really bad day.

It is often said no person is bigger than the club. Maldini also fits into this category, but he is synonymous with the club and to insult him is to insult the club.

Good point about Guardiola, forgot that we had worked with the B team...

Well, I just realized that Juve got sent down to Serie B, got a couple of their stars signed by other clubs....

and finish ahead of us 2 seasons in a row!!!

I think the Curva displayed a banner with Baresi name or whatever, and also there where some other banners against Berlusconi.

Thats what happens when you have people in the club, who have a plan for the next season or next two seasons.

Not like Galliani, every season he says our objective is Scudetto, then by Dec we are 12 points behind Inter, then objective changes to Wining the UEfa Cup, then we are thrown out of that competition, Galliani then changes to the objective of securing the CL quali. Now that we can lose that position I wonder what is the objective now? Oh I know qualify for the Uefa Cup (Europa League)

A big shame if anybody did anything in regards to Maldini but if he didn't show up for an interview or something like that is disappointing as well.
In regards to Berlusconi and the team as a whole a few boos and banners (as long as they are non-personal threat ones) are pretty much all the power any fan has, there is no way a fan can be really happy with what is going on from top to bottom in recent months and years.
