But what about losing the other players ?

If you get relegated it won't be the best thing that happened to Milan. Yeah, you'll get rid of Cafu, Favalli, Serginho, Simic and few more but you can count on losing Kaka, Ronaldo, Nesta and maybe even Pirlo and Gattuso.
You think your youth players Pozzi, Marzoratti, Di Genarro and Aubameyang can replace them ?
You think Milan fans can live 2/3/4 years without CL ?

You want a wake-up call for Berlu but it can be done without a shock called relegation, even without missing out on CL. 4th place in serie A and early CL elimination would be enough.
I said maybe we need this sort of crisis to force the board into action i.e. relegation in Juve's case or as in the case of Bayern missing out on a Champions League place. Obviously I'm not calling for relegation!

Seriously Dru what do you expect from Ronaldo? The man hasnt trained well for more than a month now, and before that for 5 years! When he copmes back will Favalli and Cafu play better?? Wil Carlo play 4-3-1-2, or paly Roanldo as a solo striker and then destroy him like in away Roma match last season. Ronaldo is a great player, but we lack some serious quality depht.

And what about Pato? Messi needed 3 seasons to be a palyer he is now, Pato cant just play like KAka' right now. Or if he canm, then we are really saved...

IMPORTANT:

wHAT BOTHERS ME IS THAT Carlo always keeps talking how we play with 2 DM's to protect our midfield! WTF?? We lost midfield even against Catania, Siena or Fiorentina with 2 or even 3 DM's! If Fiorentina can play with 2 strikers at San Siro, and Palermo introduce 3rd striker against Milan, why the hell our midfield consisting of Pirlo-Gattuso-Seedorf-KAka' cant dominate ANY midfield i Italy??? Plus, playing Kaka' as a second striker is a SIN in every way! Did you see him playing behind 2 strikers, he becomes Pele!!

Messi only established himself in Barca's first team in 2005 and people forget he's very injury prone. Pato will be better, after all he's Brazilian

Lets wish we lost to the 1st less than 10 points and secure a first place at CL before Januray, that is more realistic. Do you know any Serie A teams whose all not-scored forwards?

I still believe we have a good squad, but they lack of motivation, played like in holiday. They do not want to win anything more, not Serie A and EVEN CL, how can we protect the crown with this attitude.

I really miss Maldini, if we have him at training ground or dressing room, things can change. Without him, we lost the fire in our heart. I expected his return more than Ronaldo.

Ok, like i said, it's only IMO and you have different opinion.
But it's still a fact that Juve did lose a lot by selling Zambrotta and Vieira. They are still better than Molinaro and Almiron and better than everyone Juve could have bought this summer, aren't they ?

But even though i respect your opinion, i think it's an insult to Zambrotta to even be compared to Jankulovski.
I believe that if there is a choice between Oddo, Janku and Zambrotta and you can only chose one of them, every single team in the world will chose Zambrotta, including Milan.
And i also believe that at least 90% of Milan fans will agree with me on this. Just start a poll and you'll see.

Even allowing for your not so subtle anti-Juve bias, this statement is right out there.

SANT, your sig is typical of a Milanista who needs a wakin up call, yes you are a great Euro team, but never forget how you reached there, it's through the league that you started in, and that is your additional ticket to stardom, will you always win the CL? What happens if you lost and giot disqualified from he CL later on in the season, and you continued your bad form in the league, go for the Coppa?

Wake up

drucurl, Ronnie isn't the same anymore, putting all this weight -additional weight - is just too much

Maldini and Ibra, let me see: http://www.zshare.net/download/12488424203a8e/

Ambro, going down hill

Pippo, needs more support from another good striker, Ronnie might help

We need a wake up call? LOL!

Moratti spent just as much as Roman has with Chelsea and what have you achieved? 1 Scudetto? Rofl

Its simple the last CL you won was in black & white - your team is pathetic. I still dont see what will be more humiliating this season us scraping 4th position (which is unlikely as I do think we can pick ourselves up and challenge for the Scudetto) or you getting knocked out the CL in the group stages lol, oh well theres always the Uefa cup.

Group stages? Come on, you try play with over 80% of your defenders injuried or suspended and playing with a coach with no euro mentality and having your midfield injuried as much as ours
yet still we managed to reach the last 16 and if it weren't for our midfield's injuried we would passed Valencia, we played the Mestalla game with Burdisso and Dacourt in the middle of the field, would you imagine Milan playing with Bonera and Ambrosini in the midfield?

No, he means Bonera and Ambro because Inter had so many injuries that they had to put a defender in midfield.

I agree with Karim in this case. You do need a wake up call and it's something all the interviewed fans at San Siro said yesterday, something most of you guys here were/are saying all the time in last 1 month. Why does it hurt when an outsider tells you that ?

this game was horrible... this couter-attack mentality, while successful, is incredibly gay.
Catania had 10 men behind the ball at all times!!! this isnt soccer/football, its cowardly. who wants to play / watch a game like this?
if i was coming off the field yesterday, i would have called every player on that team a ...<curse word also synomious with felines>.

why ambro-gattusso over gorky?
why would we start with just one forward?
we should set up a 2-5-3 next time we face this bs.

like:
------------gk---------------
----------(cb)-(cb)-----------
(lb or dm)---pirlo------(rb or dm)
------gorky------seedorf----
------------kaka -
----------gila-pippo
