I guess this is just for extra things that come up, we have been doing most things needed. But anybody willing to volunteer is always welcome and will be needed.

If someone gives a negative reputation to a post, will moderators be notified? thus is it equivalent to reporting a post to moderators?

I don't think that happens. Its different from reporting posts because reputation can be seen by all (the green squares I mean)
